Mac was looking forward to having another roommate in the house. While he loved Bozer, with the two of them the place sometimes ended up more like a bachelor pad. Maybe having Addy there would encourage them to clean up a bit more. As logical and level-headed as Mac was, sometimes the two guys had a tendency to get into a bit of trouble. Addy might keep them a bit more tamed. Though he also hoped she was prepared.

Bozer was cooking up his famous pastrami for their first dinner together, while Mac kept eye on the door. The instant he saw Addy pull up he swung open the door and walked out to greet her. “Hey! Welcome to our humble abode. Need any help with things?”

Most of the time Mac woke up before his alarm even went off. It was more or less a back-up in case his internal one was on the fritz. It came with the territory of his job. So, on a rare Saturday that he actually had off, he’d forgotten not to set it. Addy’s voice from beside him spurred a laugh from the blonde as he reached for his phone and disabled the alarm. “Sorry, Ads,” he said more softly, twisting around to face her. The two had become close — more than just friends or roommates and — well, the night before had... consummated that. There was no regret on Mac’s end, but he hoped that Addy didn’t want to turn back time either. These feelings for her had slowly been growing, and sharing a place only made that more obvious. This morning, they were evening sharing a bed. “Want me to let you go back to sleep, Sleeping Beauty?” Mac teased, his eyes lazy and content as they dragged over her face. Gently he ran his fingers through her hair, lulling her if she was still tired. “I would be totally fine to not leave the bed today,” he mused. “If you want.”
