#depression has me in her talons atm which is fine bc im used to it and work keeps me busy so thats 8 odd hours a day im not thinking abt it#plus another 8 hours im asleep + maybe another 4-6 im doing chores or eating or showering so really im only depressed a couple hours a day#not that bad all things considered. its worse on weekends but thats a problem for not right now bc its thursday#also im still having Health Issues but i think figured out whats causing it and it should be fine in a week its just embarrassing#so trying not to worry abt it. its not like its particularly causing me pain or anything anyway its just uncomfortable#ugfh. crazy headache tho. i think im just gonna go to bed early again#ill take some paracetamol first hopefully thatll help#maaaaaaaan. what i wouldnt do for a hug rn. well i guess i wouldnt even ask anyone so thats that. anyway#goodnight :-(#.diaries
