“Nora! Over here!” Beatrice waved her down, then decided to get up and lead her the rest of the way over. She was pleased that Nora had been able to make it to the polo match, sans June, it seemed. She knew everyone had their busy schedules, but she had been looking forward to seeing more of the two in person. That being said, she was happy to entertain Nora on her own today. “I’m so glad that you could make it,” Beatrice said after they’d sat down and made themselves comfortable. She started pouring them each a glass of tea while she spoke. “No June, I see. I take it her writing career is doing well?” That was the hope, anyway. Beatrice knew the other had had a hard time of getting genuine writing work with her mother as who she was. That didn’t let anything stop Nora though. “How are you? Last we spoke, you seemed a little tipsy. Did Alex drag you out to bars again?” A giggle escaped the redheads mouth as she passed over a cup of tea to Nora.

He goes places for a living, makes videos for a living, is always brightly smiling when on camera. It's different when he has to go out though. Caleb hates the club; the loud music and bright lights and so many voices. Caleb's aways been bigger then life but he never feels that way. He's never explained that to the other either. He knows they think he just doesn't wanna be seen with them. Caleb leans over on the other's bed and grabs at them. Pulls them down on top of him. DRIFTING THROUGH AREAS, never staying in one place for too long for her own safety, made her realize circe's decision of staying in only a secluded island. those who hunted her had long died, but-- nothing felt safe anymore. despite the powers or immortality running through her veins. she'd been picking flowers for her next spell when she saw the godess herself in the field as well. she moved slowly through the field, each step closer to one of the gods. the question she was thinking of was great, but she could not let the oportunity slip through her fingers. she missed her brother like she missed a limb, she never got to thank him for all he did to her. unlike her mother and sister with who she's had a proper goodbye. " i fear i may be overstepping, but is this field your doing ? " not quite what she had in mind, however she was going to build on her initial question.

wade strolled into the room with the kind of confidence only deadpool could muster, his red and black suit clashing magnificently with the more muted tones of the MCU. he spotted steve, aka captain america, and couldn't help but flash a mischievous grin. “ cap, my man! ” wade called out with a casual wave. “ i heard you were the guy to talk to if i wanted to learn how to be all ‘ heroic ’ and ‘ super ’ and stuff. i’ve been working on my superhero landing, but let’s face it, you can’t just get by on quips and pizza alone. ”

"looks like we're stuck here..." for a man who'd been pushed into a multitude of different awkward scenarios, this definitely qualifies for one of the top ten. the pair of them hadn't got on for a while now and it felt as though fate (or their friends) were forcing that to change...or were at least trying to.
