I think the important think for me, was to let Matthew Lòpez know that I loved who Henry was as a person and I empathise with him as a character. 

I wanted to deliver as honest a performance as I could, never a caricature.

We were on the same page in trying to create a very textured, vulnerable feeling person, in this sort of quite poppy and fun world that ❤️🤍 & 👑���� is at time. 

I put a lot into Henry and I hope fans will appreciate my performance.

Eddie was born in Mexico, his dad (a peaceful protester) tragically died when Eddie was at age 12. Most people think this would leave him broken but he saw it as an opportunity to be just as great as his old man was, he wanted to strive to be as good of a man as him and to leave the world better than he found it.

When he was 14 him and his Mother moved to a small town called Bleakhill. There he met many people but mainly his soon to be friends: Mandy, Milo, Maria and Kara. They all got along well, Eddie loved everyone equally though he started harbouring feelings for Kara. Him and Mandy were basically siblings, he saw Maria as someone who was responsible and strong. His view on Milo was a guy that was caring and fun. After complications Kara was removed from their group until Milo met a boy named Markus. Eddie bonded with him quickly even though they had their fair share of differences. He wanted his new friend to feel welcomed but he was still sad to his old friend go. He was quite the people pleaser especially to new faces, but he still knew when to draw a line

When he turned 16 he got a summer job at a place called “Randy’s bowling” he thought the place smelt bad but he liked Randy, the two were close when her worked there so that’s why he came back the next year. Over the time he worked at the bowling alley he grew closer with Randy and slowly started to see him like a father figure. He tried not to think about it too much until Randy started dating his mother.

OIMA: MOSTRA INTERNAZIONALE DI MAIL ART-2023/2024- Studio d'arte Il Graffiacielo- San Giovanni Valdarno - Arezzo - Italia- A cura di Maya Lòpez Muro- Organizzazione Internazionale di Mail Artisti PROGETTO INTERNAZIONALE PER UNA TARIFFA RIDOTTA PER L’ARTE POSTALE L'iniziativa di questa organizzazione è nata da Maya López Muro dello Studio D’arte Il Graffiacielo/Italia il 13 Settembre 2023 ed è stata sostenuta fin dall'inizio dal Taller del Sol di Cesar Reglero Campos e da Ruggero Maggi / Archivio Amazon - Italia, appoggiata da Manuel Xió Blanco e da “El Taller de Zenón” di Miguel Jimenèz che hanno lanciato questa campagna per la prima volta dalla Spagna. Ma per essere validi interlocutori bisogna avere volto e occhi e per farlo bisogna creare e noi abbiamo creato OIMA. Questa iniziativa nasce proponendo questo bando di mail art internazionale sotto il motto: PER UNA TARIFFA RIDOTTA PER L'ARTE POSTALE. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di raggiungere con il nostro appello le orecchie degli uffici postali e dei servizi di spedizione internazionali in generale, poiché gli alti costi di spedizione stanno influenzando sostanzialmente la nostra attività di comunicazione a distanza, motivo per cui sollecitiamo la massima diffusione e partecipazione di tutti gli artisti per rendere la nostra campagna efficiente.

El pròxim 15 de gener a les 18 H us convidem a la xerrada 'El temps i la llum' sobre els treballs desenvolupats per Antonio Lòpez al llarg de la seva carrera i prenent com a referència la seva exposició a La Pedrera*. La xerrada serà a càrrec d'Agustín Fructuoso!

L'exposició finalitza el 14 de gener del 2024.

La importància d'aquesta exposició radica en el fet que Antonio López és considerat el millor pintor espanyol viu pel que fa al llenguatge realista. D'altra banda, és la primera vegada que expon una quantitat apreciable d'obres seves a Barcelona, s'han mostrat altres vegades, però mai amb una antologia com aquesta. La primera vegada que es van poder veure les seves obres a Barcelona fou l'any 1973 al Palau del Rei i a dins d'una exposició col·lectiva de la Fundació March.
