Now i think i definetly should explain you, who is "luber" and what does it mean

Actually i will use other spelling, cause "luber" is kinda incorrect. It's not from lube, it's from name of town near Moscow (Russia's capital) , Lyubertsy.

Lyuber (любер) is member of "subculture" (idk if it's correct to call them so) of youth in Lyubertsy. That subculture was against any nonformal people like punks, hippies, metalheads and so on, was sport-based, so lyubers all were well-trained, but that power was used against other people. Actually, at one time they became patriotic and antifashist, so police started to like them (cops didn't like nonformal people too, as they do in Russia nowadays). Seems preety ok? Maybe. But it became worse. In the middle of 80s they mostly turned out as just violently minded people, not just from Lyubertsy, but from other towns around Moscow, without any ideology, just violence. Even cops started to hate them. They were gone with rise of mafia in Russia and just turned into a stereotipe about people from Lyubertsy (like they all are violent, crazy nationalistic patriots, who hates Moscow sitizens)

So. About Любэ part. Lyubers are not word for Lyube fans, as you can see. They have nothing in common exept.... yes. Lyubertsy. Singer (maybe other members too - i don't was to search it) of this band is from this town, they even have song called after it. And they was not supposed to be nationalistic, but if you're patriotic rock band in Russia.... you'll have nationalistic kind of meaning of this word. And they was (is??? i don't want to search!!!!) one of president Putin favorite bands. So yes.

That's definetly funny how person, who reblogged op with this tags, came to right meaning but in strange way.

Don't mind me knowing so much about that shit. I'm against russian goverment, i'm in gay relationship (that's illegal there - "LGBT community" is banned). My bf is from Lyubertsy, was NOT part of lyubers, just was raised near these people and know about them much.

Air defenses in the Lyubertsy district southeast of the Russian capital "destroyed a drone flying toward Moscow," the city's mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote on the Telegram messaging app without specifying whether it was Ukrainian.  "There were no casualties or damage, according to initial reports. Emergency services are on the scene," he added. Russia's Defense Ministry also said air defenses destroyed a drone over Lyubertsy district around 4:30 am local time and blamed Kyiv for the attempted attack. Air traffic at Moscow's Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports was temporarily suspended, the state-run TASS news agency reported earlier, citing the aviation service. Meanwhile, two other drones were destroyed by air defense systems over the western Bryansk region bordering Ukraine, Russia's Defense Ministry said on Telegram. It did not say whether there had been damage or casualties.
