In game her aesthetic is a plain white tee and jeans but she also wears her dads old aviator jacket. It’s too big and she’s kinda obsessed with it and very protective of it. She also generally tends to gravitate towards darker colors because she gets migraines so dark reds, blues, grays, black, browns, greens are her favorites. 27. What’s their family like? Who’s in it? What’s their relationship with them?

Her family consists of her, Rebecca, Rook (rip) and Helena’s cat Bastard (she did not name him that it’s what he came with and all her answers to JSDHKJ)  42. What’s the dumbest thing your character’s done? Bobby. I’m not even kidding KJSHDKJH that whole relationship just should not have happened. Other than that, drunken b&e on her 18th birthday was pretty stupid too SJHDKJ

I actually don’t have one currently my brain is pretty good about just going “you sound like this” and that’s that, but I will probably pick one when I work on her profile and I’ll probably spend days on it JHDSKJH

8. Weapon of choice? 

Gun, unfortunately for A lmao. No but seriously she’s pretty comfortable with them and did not hesitate press f to pay respects to A 

10. Do they have any markings, piercings, or scars? No markings but she had lots of piercings as a teen but doesn’t wear them as much now because of her job. She puts them back in sometimes when she’s off duty if she’s feeling it. As for scars do emotional ones count? KJSHKJH Other than the one on her neck from Murphy, nope!

25. City or country?

Country because I have it that a lot of her plans with her First Love (Maria), way before Bobby, were about leaving Wayhaven and going to the city etc and then they broke up and she did it without Nell and Nell kinda realized those weren’t her plans anyway? They were Maria’s and she was hopping along for the ride and she didn’t wanna do that.

31.  What’s their current main conflict?

Mason. That’s it, send tweet SUHDKJH no but really for Helena she kinda has several? Her break up with Bobby was fairly recent and they’ve been off and on since so she sort of resigned herself to be with Bobby at some point and then Mason started existing and it was like “cool some fun I could do some fun. Break it off with Bobby permanently and then move on with my life” only she’s catching feelings for the town slut now and he doesn’t feel the same (allegedly but we KNOW what the tea is). Then there’s her absentee mom who is suddenly back in her life and trying to make an effort with her and she afraid that if she let’s Rebecca do that she’ll hurt her again and on top of that now that she knows what Rebecca does for a living so there’s the possibility of getting close finally and then losing her the way she lost her dad. So overall, I would say her conflict is she basically yearns for love/connection but doesn’t want to submit to the mortifying ordeal of being known/opening up for that door to be slammed in her face again JKSKJHkj

35. What are they like as a friend?

Aggressively supportive. KJSHJK when she was younger she was the one causing problems but also usually getting everyone out of it too. Like for her reason she joined the police she had a rebellious youth and the final nail in the coffin was a b&e with her friends (nothing super serious like breaking onto the school football field after hours for shits and giggles and underage drinking) it was her stupid idea and she made sure that only she was caught while they all got out. She’s like that JSHDh if that makes sense.

47. What was this character's biggest turning point in their life, something that changed them almost completely?

The way her mom withdrew after Rook’s death like at a certain point she realized that she needed Rebecca and she wasn’t really there and it hurt. It made her feel like she wasn’t enough to make Rebecca happy, like she wasn’t worth the effort. Like she feels silly cuz she was two she can’t possibly feel the loss Rebecca feels but it’s still a loss, she was still robbed of a parent. She’s also kinda envious of the time Rebecca had with him at least she had his memory to mourn. All Nell had was a stranger’s face in a picture, vague memories, and stories of a man who apparently loved her very much that she would never get to experience and that she didn’t even hear from her mother.

53 expectations vs reality: what did you expect and what did you get with this character?

I expected self indulgent romance what I got was projecting and sorting through things that haunt me JKHSDKJHkj also thirst which is always a win

54. What does your character want and what do they need?

She wants a guarantee that she’ll never get hurt again without ever risking anything and she needs to open herself to the fact that people are going to hurt you but that doesn’t mean everyone will ya know? Some people/relationships aren't meant to be forever and that's ok just love what they gave you at the time. All that cutting yourself off does is rob you of the little bit you could have had.

56. what's your overall goal with this character? Will they get a happy ending or will they succumb to their faults?

All of my characters are unofficial therapy KSJDKH and honestly I feel like a lot of 54 covers what I “want” from her and yes she will get a happy ending so help me god because I’m a sap and I don’t believe in bad endings.
