Currently trying to get over the sad feels because I've just come to realise some friends I adored, spoke to regularly and wrote with (not on these blogs but elsewhere-) have blocked me both on tumblr and discord, and idk why.

If that's what they wanted or needed for whatever reason, then I'm all for it, don't get me wrong but the sting... God it hurts. We spoke virtually every day.

Idk I think I'll be quiet for a few days while I just... Adjust to that.

Then VS Now || Cyvel Edition

This is one of the earliest renditions of Cyvel that I could find. He's just a widdle baby. He was an arcanist back then too, a travelling florist and poet on the side, hiding from his responsibilities.

He hasn't really changed much in ways of appearance other than different makeup and far fancier clothing. And the majority of his story changed, too; he stayed with his family and suffered beneath them but followed his passion for poetry regardless. I think he became quite the young gentleman. OOC: I've been slowly remaking icons for here and I'm almost caught up on Guerrique's. I've almost finished the ones I have for his survival verse where he takes over the running of his house and then I have one of him in his formal-wear to do. Just all of the others to do, aha.

OOC: I was re-reading Vaux's FF7 timeline earlier and ... I honestly think its one of his saddest, to be honest; because he spends so much of his time scrambling to make the best of his life, the business he has worked so very hard for, his charity stuff, too - - and then all of the awful things that happen - - it's a constant struggle to claw his way back to his feet only to be knocked down again. And then just as he thinks he has the strength to try again, his father reappears and it results in the accident that kills him.

I think his FF16 verse follows close behind because he loses everything, suffers progressive aether sickness for about two months and then died from those painful and awful symptoms-
