This painting kind of sucks. I limited myself by not truly mixing colors and by not using different sizes of paintbrushes. But i learned so much! I actually quite like the top of the painting. My goal is to create something truly beautiful, and it will take me quite a long time to get there. With every piece, i learn more and get closer to my goal. Therefore no paintings i make are a failiure!

Hi new followers! Thank you so much for joining us! Me and the kittens welcome you! Here is Calvin with one of his favorite toys (a blue plush elastic tail mouse with eyes that glow blue and squeaking action!) to welcome you!

Speaking of blue: I swear I'll get you guys a good picture of Calvin's face soon! His eyes are this really pretty aqua that I've never seen in a cat before, and they're even more surprising due to his breed/coloration. Special guy!

And they all deserve truly special homes. And more mouse toys. XD

I painted another picture!

This one was more of an experiment than anything else. Trying to figure out how contrasting colors work together and layering. The moon was dripping a bit so i attempted to run with it and make a teardrop come from the moon but i made it a bit too circular and large. However, Ive learned a lot! Watercolor is tricky and i dont think it will be my preferred medium, but damn is it still fun! I may use it for more abstract stuff.
