以前一直無機會，但最近終於看了《inside out 》啦～  最近自己情緒一直很波動，看著這動畫真的看出眼淚來😂  在動畫中最深刻的是Joy在地上畫圈，不讓Sadness出來。 是的，Sadness真的很討厭，也很煩，滿滿的負能量；看似是完全不知道自己在做什麼，但她是最善解人意的一種情緒。  她是告訴我們自身情緒出現問題的警號；是什麼還未懂得時的原始情緒；是感受別人內心的一種安慰。  她的出現是一種表達，是一種宣洩方式；她的出現並不羞愧懦弱，所以請不要譏笑她，困住她。  請給她一張紙巾，一個擁抱。  I was watching the movie Inside Out as of late. I have been down recently, and that movie made me cry.  In the movie, Sadness appears to be troublesome and very negative. She doesn’t seem to know what she is doing, so Joy draws a circle on the ground, and she makes Sadness go in the circle, and not to come out.  However, Sadness is the most empathetic in emotion. She is a warning of our emotion problems, and is one of our most primal emotions, and it brings out our empathy to others.  She appears as a way to vent. Her appearance is not shameful or a sign of weakness, so don't laugh and trap her in. 上帝沈默了嗎？ 上帝沒有沈默，祂在聆聽。因為祂興起了年青一代，讓更多心靈蘇醒，關注社會，關心我們這個家。缺乏的，祂供應；孤單的，祂要我們群體結伴。每一份嗎哪就是每一個恩典，降落在每一個微小角落裡；從天降下，出現在我們身邊，你 發現了嗎？ 主呀，求祢賜下更多嗎哪，讓我們的心更堅穩，更有從祢而來的信心，有盼望的，看見祢。 Is the Lord silent? No, He is not. He rises the teenagers of this generation. He awakes the souls to concern about the society, our home. Insufficient, He supplies. Lonely, He gathers. Every mana is grace. 有時候，真的希望祢能在身邊，能夠觸摸祢，擁抱你。 讓祢拍拍我的頭頂，摸著頭髮，擁抱著我。 傾聽著我的心事，衰傷與無奈。  主呀，求祢憐憫我們，安慰我們，Amen！  Sometimes I really wish you could be here with me, so that I'd be able to touch you and hug you.  May you pat on my head, and stroke my hair, while I'm in your arms. May you listen to my stories, know that I'm sad and powerless. Psalm 29:10 As we face adversity, we are afraid, worried and fatigued. The power of darkness, the scheme of Devil lead us to despair.
