                 Tendrils of fiery chestnut crash against her back as she ran vigorously through the dense forestation. As she went, the trees caught on fire - a manifestation of her power, a sinister merging of heaven and hell pumping through her veins. With her unique hybridization found nowhere else came a target on her back. This was not the first time in which she had to do this - but it was the first time she had caught an entire section of woodlands on fire. As she grew older, her power would become more and more unbridled. Angel grace, demon blood, and human soul coming together in a manner most malicious. Animals, plants, and ungodly creatures alike died in those raging flames - the screams of monsters burning alive filling the air. She did not dare look back, but she could feel the heat rising as the damage became greater. She is halted rather abruptly by the presence of a man - no, not a man. Upon further inspection, she realized exactly who, or rather what this entity was. She had only heard of Him in stories, admittedly majorly biased by the tellers. The fire surrounded them both, but quickly she put up a shield of energy around them, fearing if she extinguished the flames, she would leave herself vulnerable to attack. She had no idea just how vulnerable she was already. “God?” She questioned, her voice sounding as though she were a frightened child, and by all rights, she was.

oh shit, she actually got an answer?? maybe-- just maybe -- in a world where she brought in monsters for money, actually getting an answer from god shouldn’t have really been too surprising. still, with everything she’d learned in church and school- she hadn’t been too hopeful about getting a real answer, let alone hearing him or seeing him in person.

so with this, all she can really do is give an awkward and sheepish moment of finger guns before rubbing the back of her head just as awkwardly.
