um. so. talk to me (2022) was kinda. the most atmospheric and tense film I've watched in a MINUTE
#some absolutely phenomenal acting in that fckn film#the last fifteen minutes had me so STRESSED OUT hdsgfhgfsdhg#genuinely the most anxious I've been watching a horror film in AGES#also. it's so refreshing to watch a movie w/teenagers who both look and act like teenagers. they killed it#and that only served to make it more STRESSFUL jdsfhjhfsdjh I spent the whole time wound up like a stressed-out MOTHER lmao#sam speaks#only critique: the credits song is so TONALLY JARRING SDFHGHSFDGHFDSGH HELP#and not in a good way lmao#who made THAT decision jgfhjfsdhjsfdh#but all in all: FANTASTIC film#luv u weird australians. pls keep making weird art
