it didn’t seem too bad to me in terms of mental health, they go to a physical health place to investigate stuff, if that helps

Yeah ... well, the premise sounds really fatshaming to me though and that's the one thing I absolutely cannot deal with. They had a similar plot on The X Files, and that one was fine for me to watch, but I don't really trust SPN with this. At all. So I'd rather not risk it.
