GENESIS/CODE is an original story and world written by @luphoricsart that blends the genres of low fantasy and cyberpunk. The story tells the tale of a world where the future of technology and the supernatural collide.

As of 3/30/22: This blog is currently undergoing changes as it transitions to a more casual, concept-based blog. GENESIS/CODE used to be an upcoming visual novel, but plans for this have been cancelled. The lore has been rewritten. ooc. hello everyone! i'm really sorry to say this but i'm super uncertain if i'll be continuously active on this acc ;; real life has been getting in the way a lot and my muse has been,,, very fluctuating to say the least.

Rhys has been good friends with the Lin Kuei brothers for a while, visiting the temple a few times each year. They'd love to show up more, if not for their uncle's training.

Despite the forbidding nature of the eldest son, he was often the butt of their jokes. Bi-Han and Rhys shown here are several years younger than they currently are (note the latter's longer hairstyle) in the calm sometime before the storm.

this is Ysenika, a Trevelyan mage who's interestingly, a bit of a spoiled brat. there's definitely a lot behind that haughty exterior though, but maker forbid a lady look elegant in the face of doom. (do not ask her why she wears heels on a treacherous journey. do not. you will only set yourself up for disaster.)

some recent drawings i made featuring an AU version of Rhys, created for a lil private oc collective called "Fantasia" :3

it's influenced by regency-victorian, renaissance, and really just general royalty/palace aesthetics! the setting revolves around a grand palace called The Citadel and the stories of the people who attend its events
