I don't remember which of my friends asked for this but here are my favorite relationships between the more minor pjo characters.

Nico & Conner & Travis : idek where this came from but I just feel like Conner and Travis became older brother figures for Nico in TTC while the quest was happening. They just saw this strange child in their cabin and adopted him as their own brother. I feel like this friendship will continue on forever, like they're attached now.

Nico & Piper : I really don't need to explain this one, like for some reason I feel like they're close friends. They both felt ostracized because people judged them based off their cabins and not their personalities, and they bonded over it.

Will & Piper : I think this one is more common but you see where this is going. They're besties trust.

Miranda & Nico : They are so underrated. I think that when Nico gets upset and kills the grass around him Miranda will fix it for him, and teach him to regulate his emotions. I love these two so much.

Kayla & Nyssa : These two are so important to me. I've also seen them be shipped which I support wholeheartedly. They just go so good together and they're so cute.

Drew & Nico : This is very hard to come by but I love it so much. They have both been seen as people who were mean or cruel or unstable when they were really just misunderstood and struggling. I think they relate to each other very much. Drew sees Selina in Nico, and Nico sees Bianca in Drew.

Drew & Will : These two have very similar trauma and are around the same age so I think they become very close in HoO. I headcannon that Drew came to camp around the same time as Will so they grew up together along with their group of year round kids of that age.

Will & Cecil & Lue ellen : These three are the best of friends trust. I headcannon that they met in the Hermes cabin before they were each claimed. They are like siblings to each other and they are all complete disasters. Cecil and Lue ellen team up to cause trouble for poor Will. I recently saw a post where they are called the apocalypse trio and I love it so much. By far my favorite trio in the books.

Will Solace is an occultist. He collects bones he finds in the woods. He researches curses and how to aflict them. His best friend is a daughter of Hecate. He knows about magic and how to use it. By the time he was 11 he knew everything odd about/near camp. By the time he was 15 there wasn't a cold case in the nation he did not know about. Dark things attract him. True crime, hidden bones, old spells and curses. That's why it makes perfect sense that he would love the prince of the underworld.
