#lucy heartfilia’s apartment is ran thru

as much as Lucy’s tried her best to hide the fact that Natsu and her sleep in her bed together, everyone in the guild knows about it for two reasons

1. When Gray and Erza snuck into her apartment, they saw singe marks everywhere, which is to be expected when you’re friends with Natsu— but most noticeably by Lucy’s windowsill, her headboard, and the edge of her pillow. Lucy would have no reason to bring fire anywhere near her bed, so the suspect is obvious— and it probably doesn’t help that they both laid down to test out how comfortable the bed was and then discovered one of Natsu’s identically tinged, stray, pants left under the covers next to Lucy’s matching pajamas.

Lucy had forced him to leave them there as sleep pants when she’d finally given up on trying to keep him from sleeping there. though it backfired once Erza and Gray saw and consequently ran back to the guild to gossip.

2. Cana also snuck into her apartment. Often.

While yes, Cana was often on the highs and lows of booze, it also meant that she often got the munchies.

Naturally she’d inspect Lucy’s fridge and pantry to see what she had, and to her surprise she found multitudes of spicy food.

From exotic chips, chili hot cocoa, and pickled magnolia reapers— the list of spicy food didn’t end. But here’s the thing, Cana knew Lucy didn’t like spicy like that. Sure, the girl had developed a spicy food tolerance after spending time around Natsu’s menu ordering habits, but this was an insane amount of spicy food.

The kind of amount where just from looking at them you’d think you were gonna develop ulcers and ibs.

So it’s clear it’s only for one person: Natsu Dragneel.

But that wasn’t what led Cana to discover he was sleeping in her bed. Rather, it was the crumbs of these snacks around Lucy’s living room, tracking all to the top of her otherwise pristine pink sheets.

Now, Cana could’ve assumed that Natsu perhaps just liked snacking on top of the bed, but that wasn’t enough.

Cana too, had to try out the bed to see how comfortable it was, and came to the same fate of Gray and Ezra’s discovery.

And she too, ran to the guild to gossip— though not before taking one of Lucy’s bags of chocolate dipped potato chips.
