BETTER I THINK!! WAY BETTER ACTUALLY.. In the Blacksite, everything is based on survival and "every man for himself", and while Block Tales does have things you need to fight off, I believe it's really just a nicer world! There are kinder people on the surface, especially in the Block Tales universe if he has to take on the role of the hero in exchange for this new freedom - people will be likely less concerned about what he is and more concerned if he's capable of completing the task he's given (and he'd probably be a great fighter). As long as he doesn't touch the ghostwalker I think he'll be okay/hj/silly

At least okay-er compared to his normal universe :] He wouldn't have to worry about expendables bothering him and he would get to see the sun and stuff

haru’s life hasn’t been easy, but it’s only getting worse when she wakes up in this strange world with no idea how she got there.

her ever-present exhaustion slows her, but she manages her way through games all the way up until she runs into two people she’d thought she’d never see again. the beach, it’s a ridiculous place and everything she’d expect out of danma hatter. at the very least, it’s somewhere to call ‘home’ until she can get back to her real one. she’ll even deal with the ‘beach princess’ title people keep calling her, brought on by hatter’s - and even aguni’s - clear affection towards her that keeps her out of the riskier games.

haru wouldn’t call arisu and usagi catalysts - at least not to their faces - but everything did get turned on its head and go up in literal flames when they showed up. at least haru has her luck keeping her alive when a whole new round of games start up.

Lucky Girl - Inspo

I meant to do this on my one year anniversary but I forgot!!

Anyway, one day late is fine. I wanted to share some of the places that inspired my story. It's impossible to get everything exactly right, obviously, because of the limitations of the game, but I truly did try my best.

Starting with the beach!

The beach & the caravan park is based on a place in the south east of Ireland called Rosslare, and the Surf Shack is stolen from another beach, about twenty kilometers north of Rosslare called Curracloe. Here's what I was actually picturing in my head when I wrote part 1
