to some degree once I'm properly giggly pretty much anywhere will tkle a teeny bit at least and im willing to bet some of those spots would count as uncommon ! it's odd, I just slowly get more tklish the more giggly I get. once I get out of my own head enough to giggle genuinely without holding it back I usually can't stop giggling for a while >///<

Seeing you down is something Peppino never enjoys. The pain you’re in makes him so upset, and he’s near desperate to try and soothe you however he can.

Pain medicine is regularly given. Peppino does his best to keep up with the correct times and dosage, but in his nervousness he can maybe give a bit too much too soon. Luckily it’s noticeable, and also easy to soothe you’re very apologetic lover.

Whatever you want to eat, Peppino busts his ass to make. You’ve never had food so delicious, and Peppino has never felt so proud of himself. Of course, this eagerness to make you only the best food leads to him overworking himself a bit. Luckily for you, this painful time means you’re very good at convincing him to come to you and relax.

You get so many cuddles. Peppino is as warm as he is soft, and his weight against you or on you is perfect for troublesome cramps. Peppino gets a little flustered being so close, but he can’t deny how nice it is to hold you. And the fact that it helps you only makes it better.
