okay so normally I refuse to run outside when the weather gets below 45F. but I've been cooped up in the house for weeks because I've been sick and I need to get out, so today I've got on all my layers and will be attempting a cold weather run at today's 32F temp. fingers crossed i do not turn into a lynne popsicle
