He is pretty different from his ibrid friends, he is the only one that can't actually transform himself into a full human or seamonster (all the others can switch easily to human and seamonster) doctors think it's a DNA thing, but they aren't sure. In the pictures you see the differences between his wet form (that he doesn't enjoy) and not wet form. He is 25 years old and works outside of Portorosso, usually in disguise for racist humans. He doesn't fit in with the other seamonsters and prefers staying outside of water. He likes to swim, to surf and a lot of other stuff. He is bisexual and chilled about it. Italian version:  Riccardo è un ibrido tra umano e mostro Marino, il suo soprannome è Rick. È diverso dai suoi coetanei e amici ibridi, lui è l'unico che non riesce a trasformarsi del tutto in un umano o mostro marino (gli altri intercambiano senza problemi) i dottori pensano abbia a che fare con il suo DNA ma non sono sicuro. Non riesce a integrarsi con i mostri marini e preferisce stare con gli umani stando fuori dall acqua. Ama nuotare, serfare e altre cose.
