Dunes, working with Rick Springfield on a sequel to “Jessie’s Girl,” touring their album, No World For Tomorrow, more than 15 years later, and memories of working with late Foo Fighter’s drummer, Taylor Hawkins, on the recording of that album.

hello i was so preoccupied rambling incessantly about dunes shows and the scene and who knows what else to frank last night i didn't even see how homie signed my cd until i walked away and it absolutely melted my heart ("keep the faith") <3

gave him a print of a poster i made (first i showed him & he asked if he could keep it... of course u can my guy!!!) & he was telling me again (he said this last toronto show too) to tag him next time i make another one so he can post it (i told him i'll be in pittsburgh next week and wanna make more)!

also when i said something like "you wanna take a pic?" dude went "yeah let's go nat!!!" in this endearing kinda manner and the impromptu nicknaming melted my heart even further, the only ppl allowed 2 call me that r officially frank iero... & my old pals from moshi monsters when i was 11 /lh

the coolest dude, the best band. i'm just glad i can talk about music in a chill environment with people i've looked up to because of their music for the entire time i've been in this scene (going on ten years), man.
