I'm so tired of people being all dni if you ship/condone this like it's a fictional ship ffs.

I'm just out here living my multishipping just neutral towards most ships life and I keep coming across people I need to unfollow because they would block me because of something I condone

And guess what I condone all ships because it's all fictional. There are ships I personally dislike but I still condone them because i don't believe in hating or attacking people because of what fictional characters they ship.

And don't get me wrong I absolutely believe in blocking tags so you don't have to see content you dislike - I do this. I block the tags of ships I dislike, and also the anti tags of ships I dislike. That way I don't get any negativity about other ships or people coming into my mind.

Blocking people I also agree with but only if they're actually assholes. I'm sure you can figure out examples. I don't believe in blocking people just because of one thing they like or tolerate. That just divides people and creates an environment where hating people because of their opinions is allowed and encouraged. It creates people who believe in hating people because of differences of opinion.

I hope this makes you reconsider your stances on all this shipping discourse although I expect it will instead result in me being blocked by people. I get that this can be a morally complicated issue but guess what - this is fiction: morals don't apply. You condone murder in fiction but you know it's wrong in real life. Just think on it.

Edit: just gonna add I don't condone shipping children and adults I have a separate post on that fully explaining my views but I think I've come to the conclusion that if you're an adult and you ship children and adults aka actual children not a 17 year old and an 18 year old then I think you need to speak to a therapist
