“The 8 Limbs of Yoga” . I feel like so many get lost and transcendent in pretty poses and beautiful back drops. . Who got what yoga clothes where. . The affiliated who sell out for money and free clothes rather than a organization or small company they believe it. . That could be you. That could be me. But would that still be Yoga? . In my opinion all life in general is the natural state is yoga. The natural BEING of yoga. . Look at your dog, look at your cat. Take a walk outside and really observe and think... watch the animals, play, mate, meditate and migrate. THATS YOGA! . Tonight’s challenge for my Yogis is not only to see and look at the 8 limbs and really really learn the philosophy behind what you do. . Teachers please verbalize the important of this to your students. I know teachers know these but are you teaching them. . It seems women and “girls” go on from tt and decide to show it off on Instagram and brand themselves, without fully knowing the philosophy of what they are teaching. . Don’t be ignorant.
