O o f. This story really got under my skin for the best reasons: it rang true in my heart. When Bond's mission starts going sideways + he asks to speak to Q alone, everyone on the other side of comms knows what this means. Their conversation is both tender + sassy. I just typed out a few lines which gives the whole story away. NOPE. Not gonna do that! Know that it's a lovely story which hits several bumps along the way, but ultimately has a very satisfying ending.
