(since he's a cartoon at heart he makes it work) And poor Virgil wakes up to the smell of burnt fabric and a giant cake in his room. And Remus bursts out in the charred remains of his clothes and frosting, mustache ends on fire, singing Happy Birthday

Virgil has no idea if he wants to laugh or cry because this is his idiot boyfriend trying to be extra sweet, he signed up for this. At least until he licks some of the frosting from Remus' cheek and the little bastard turns into goo. Then he can laugh
