so basically i’m in my final year of a dentistry degree and i’m highly considering joining the RAF as a dental officer but the contracts are 6 year minimum so i’m so scared that it’s cod influencing me and not an actual desire to work there

if it’s something you actually want to do and can see yourself doing for a long time (maybe even the rest of your life!) you should totally do it. think about the pros, the people you will meet, the experiences you will gain! to be honest we all love simon riley, but definitely don’t think about him. remind yourself of the cons, 6 years MIN, i have commitment issues in ngl so that’s the only thing i can think of that would be bad. i think in the army or any branch (guys this could be completely wrong) you can go to jail is you fail to complete your minimum years, so that’s also a scary thought.
