Since there’s nothing else to watch during the break, I’ve been rewatching Castle since I never actually finished it when it was live airing. Started from the beginning and was delighted to find a 911 connection, actor playing Rick guested in some of the early seasons as a detective and all I could think of was look! baby Rick, where’s baby Athena?? He’s apparently been type cast as a cop. 🤣 but also, Rick needs to come back!! We haven’t seen him all season 😢

Also yes, I really want Rick to come back! I understand why he wasn't there during Athena's arc in season 5a because Lou was the one who was there when she was attacked (therefore it made sense for him to be the detective on that case), but I really want more Rick.

Hopefully he'll show up in whatever chaos episode 5b gives us (since we all know that at least one is going to be coming) because he tends to show up in those.
