HOW TO GET RID OF BELLY FAT🤔🤨 I am a pear shaped woman. I'm the type of gal who puts on weight on my hips, thighs, lower stomach and legs fast. Also, I'm 5’1, small frame and don't have the luxury to go too much over my calories. Here's a few things I have to do to get rid of belly fat: Be mindful of what types of food make me bloated, remove those foods or limit them. ➡️Drink a gallon of water every day. ➡️Get at least 10k steps a day. ➡️Lift weights - start with 2x a week if you're new. ➡️Eat mostly nutrient dense food. Limit processed foods, seriously I don't have the room for it. ➡️Fiber - helps my digestion and keeps me full. ➡️For my sweet tooth, I have fruit, peanut butter and jelly, or oatmeal. ➡️Stop drinking my calories- I only have the occasional Coke zero if I really want some carbonation. Other than that all I drink is water and coffee. ➡️Cook my own food - only way I will know what's going in is if I make it. Notice how none of these includes abs workout? The truth is mindfulness and nutrient dense food are key when it comes to losing belly fat.
