This isnt necessarily like an underrated/random fav thing but when thinking about possible characters it reminded me of the fact that i yearn for a pn2 where the Motherlobe employees are just as strangely fleshed out as the campers in the first game. Tumblr user technovillain did that lineup of the employees with more unique designs that one time and i think about it constantly. If this is anything.

like I would have LOVED if the employees had their own weird wacked out side banter and connections that were fleshed out like the campers. I wish I knew more about them. I wish they all had twitters.

There's a few good tidbits, like the dudes talking abt paper weights or that unhinged mf Lori but ough we can always take a second to daydream abt what couldve been... though if I took anything from the psychodessy its that I'm gonna assume the employees had to be low on the list of priorities just by necessity.

Since I didnt Grow Up with the first game, and also found all the camper dating talk uninteresting back in the day

(which maybe was me being a lesbian and hating hetero stuff, maybe me just having different taste at the time),

I've never really felt that connection to the campers that some folks in the fandom obviously do.

And I wish I did sometimes! bc it looks like a lot of fun!

also, I salute those who are big interns fans too bc I think they get slightly closer to that camper ideal than the employees do, esp if you gather up some of the cut dialogue and concepts

but there was still definitely like. Something missing! it's a valid critique to say the game's less relevant cast feel less fleshed out than the first game, where every camper does feel like they could have their own stories going on.

The employees and interns are good, but couldve been Great. theyre like the least interesting part of an overall very interesting game.

it's like when my partner says Ponyo is the weakest Ghibli movie as a way of saying "it's it such a compliment to Ghibli that their 'weakest' film is still Pretty Good"

i honestly realized based on her memory vaults, she still have that same hair-- but i do imagine she didn't wear that suit, she probably wore a Agent's outfit or in Sasha and Milla's case, her own outfit... maybe something familiar with medical and just. Yeah.

also just me rambling at the idea of Viola (my PN oc) actually trying so hard not to be gay (awakening) due to ms forsythe when that woman was still a Agent and one of the mentors for the intern program--
