(Some mechanics like Harano, Doubts, and Desperation are specific to this W5 rebuild. essentially, Harano is equivlent to Remorse, Doubts are equivilent to Stains, and Desperation allows a Garou to refill their willpower or rage in exchange for increasing numbers of doubts.)

THE TZIMISCE LORESHEET IS HERE!

HI ALL! I know I kind of disappeared off the face of the earth, but I wanted to let you know that the Tzimisce loresheet is here and available on Storyteller's Vault! Featuring art from the amazing Beth The Bard (seriously, check her out she's awesome), body horror, and literary references galore (though you don't need to be familiar with Kafka's works to enjoy) this loresheet is my love letter to our favorite fiends and Franz K. himself. Hopefully it will be the first of many VTM works I publish.

MC Loresheet is Done (Sorta)

I said I'd publish it before I started following individual routes, and so I am! Here is the main character's loresheet. So far, though, I've only played the Unnamed's route (since they're my favorite <3), and as previously mentioned, haven't even finished it yet!

It's a long process for sure. Following the five routes as Unnamed, then going through intro and routes as Hound and Alchemist... and I'm still working on formatting and organizing all the new worldbuilding information I jotted down. Honestly, when the game comes out, I might have to start asking for help or something...

Noddist fans, we're getting a new Blood Sorcery Ritual, 2 new Oblivion Ceremonies, 1 new Loresheet (!), Disciplines (!!), and new texts that aren't included in the original book (!!!!!). The Book of Nod Apocrypha sounds amazing!

This PDF is included in the Deluxe Artifact Edition too, but I'm so glad it's available separately for much cheaper. :'D

I am once again gently shooing my players away, this is not for you.

So like tf am I supposed to do with a vial of Ravnos juice?

One of my players wanted to used a 5 dot merit called blood of Zapathasura from the week of nightmares loresheet and like I have no idea what to do with that. I have vague thoughts involving fire, the Chicago book talks a lot about the Chicago fires and worries that there will be a repeat.

And if the PC drinks it, no idea what to do then. I don’t want to give some kind of quick power boost, especially if they drink it in the beginning while everyone is still getting used to the game. I’m thinking maybe hearing someone speaking, or seeing illusions.

I feel like it should have some kind of benefit, it cost them five dots in character creation.

inspired anon: the character is Carlos Trastamara de Zaragosa, 10th generation Ventrue. 204 years old and embraced at 14. Just got woken up after eight score of torpor done by his sire (too protect him but who believes that) started off as a classic snooty Camarilla loyalist but is slowly getting radicalized while centuries of being a goody two-shoes fall apart :)

Torpor purpose aside that's a rough jump forward in time to experience!

And definitely the age to be rebelling, get authority to shrug it off be pleading instinctual teen rebellion. It's not like these days someone with the face of a teen can live up to the Ventrue ideals easily. Really messes with being able to mesh with Camm life, gives great reason to question it and get convinced to move away from it I think.

Leo would absolutely extend gang member status, even if there's some disagreement caused by radicalization.

First Playthrough Done!

[old lady voice] It's been 84 years...

But I finally finished going through all of the TS demo with one MC! That means I've put down ALL the info I think is relevant for ALL the love interest loresheets, as well as the Eridia loresheet. If you were waiting for some reason, wait no more!

Expecting the other two playthroughs to go much faster since I'll only be looking for MC-specific facts. And excited to inflict one of the 15 things I noted in my drafts on someone else!

"there he is. childe of ventrue, childe of hanwool. archbishop cerberus, the darkest angel." my first entry ( i have two others lined up) to the palla grande held by @tzimizce ! (commissions are open) perfect excuse to infodump and tell you all about cerberus.

first of all, he belongs to a subsect of the sabbat called the "shield of caine", which has a lot less to do with the sabbat, but for the purposes of usefulness, the sword and the shield usually stick together. the shield of caine was created by ambitious childer of the methuselah hanwool, the god of war ( i also have a loresheet for him and like. uh. a whole bunch of lore) in an attempt to claim more domains and fight more efficiently for him. cerberus himself is a younger childe of hanwool (still a methuselah, atp) who was a soft-hearted, caring and lovable idiot who tried to ghoul a horse because he didn't want it to die. hanwool saw potential in him, but still thought him too weak. in an attempt to prove himself, cerberus sought out all avenues to power, including, as an elder, the sabbat. an elder lasombra took him in, broke him properly, tortured and taught him, until he finally became such a hollow version of himself that he no longer remembers his human life. but he's strong now! and he knows obtenebration. And probably also ate his lasombra mawla. anyways, thats all for tonight! can't wait to draw more for this event.

Posting these as I haven't before (on Tumblr), but for those interested in V5 and aren't opposed to the sporadic need for homebrew. I write some Storyteller's Vault stuff.

Blood and Country was my first and is basically "But what if rural vampires?" as well as a completely relaxed and not at all emotional, personal fuck you to White Wolf's god awful lore around Australia, which comes in the form of werewolf-hunting Aboriginal vampires.

Call to Lineage = a bunch of loresheets related to vampiric lineage.

A Life of Blood = quality of life homebrew stuff. Ever expanding document.

Unliving Cities = a "how to build your cities" book with tables, and breakdowns of the ways in which certain laws/sects affect WoD cities.

Baali Apostates = the Baali, but in V5, they're spooky and parasitic in a way that makes their threat appropriately uncomfortable.

Tzimisce Reshaping the Clan = another passion project of just re-writing clan Tzimisce in V5, because sadly they were done dirty, including speculative lore continuation, discipline changes, loresheets, loose Revenant rules, etc.

Currently working on a new supplement for diablerie, because it is my absolute favourite thing in WoD ever, and the temptation to eat other vampires for the sake of personal power and pleasure is just so fun!
