The Muktinath Temple is the place to attain Salvation or Nirvana. Besides natural fire representing Brahma and the holy waters, people also worship lord Vishnu at Muktinath Mandir in the form of ammonites (shilas) known as Salagrama Shilas. You will find many folks on how Vishnu turned to stone and how everything is related to the holy Kali Gandaki River, also known as Salagrama.
Another Hindu idol connected to Muktinath Temple is Swaminarayan- the creator of Sabij Yoga- which shares the goal of realization and service towards God. At the Muktinath Temple location, Swaminarayan practiced severe penance for two-and-a-half months. This penance helped him to attain the ultimate degree of dexterity. Here you will find small monuments dedicated to him and a place where thousands of pilgrims, followers of both Hinduism and Buddhism, flock every year to witness and connect with the mystic of this place. A local nun manages is said to manage all the prayers of the temple.

10 Kali Ma Mantras, Chants, Hymns & Quotes for Pleasing the Dark Goddess
Kali Ma is known as the preserve of Earth, but due to her destructive powers she is also known as “Dark Mother”. The name Kali means She, who is Beyond Time.
To aid her son in his endeavor to rid the three worlds of the multiplying demon, Raktabija, Parvati entered the cosmic battlefield as the dreaded goddess Kali – dark as death, gaunt with sunken eyes, gaping mouth, with long disheveled hair covering her naked body.
She is considered as a berserk form of Durga/Parvati, who is the consort of Lord Shiva. Kali Ma is simultaneously portrayed as the giver and destructor of life. However, in most of the interpretations, she is portrayed as ferocious and evil.
She is the mother of the world and the treasure-house of compassion. She is considered as the primordial mass from which all life arose.
1. Bija Mantra: “Kreem” This mantra will protect you from all the evil forces.
2. Simple form of Kali Mantra: “Om Krim Kali” K stands for full knowledge, R means she is auspicious, I means she bestows booms, and M that she gives freedom
3. Kali Mantra: “Om Kring Kalikaye Namah” This mantra is simple and transforms the devotee to pure consciousness.
4. Simple Kali Mantra “Om Sri Maha Kalikayai Namaha” Only a few people use this mantra due to its purgative nature. 5. Kalika-Yei Mantra “Om Klim Kalika-Yei Namaha” This mantra is believed to bring relief from all kinds of problems, no matter how complex it is.
6. The fifteen syllable mantra “Om Hrim Shreem Klim Adya Kalika Param Eshwari Swaha” It is believed that this mantra brings rapid growth to one’s spirituality. 7. Kali Mantra for Worship “Kring Kring Kring Hing Kring Dakshine Kalike Kring Kring Kring Hring Hring Hung Hung Swaha” The Mantra consists of three seeds, krim, hum and hrim, and the name ‘dakhshina kalike’ and ‘swaha’, which signifying offering. This mantra is used by the devotees of Kali, the preserver of Earth, who saves us from all the ignorance and the fear of death.
8. Kali Gayatri “Om Maha Kalyai Ca Vidmahe Smasana Vasinyai Ca Dhimahi Tanno Kali Prachodayat” Meaning: Om Great Goddess Kali, the One and only one, who resides in the Ocean of Life and in the Cremation Grounds that dissolve the world. We focus our energies on you, may you grant us boons and blessings.
9. Kali Chants a). “Om Kali, Kali! Om Kali, Kali! Namostute, namostute, namo! Namostute, namostute, namo!”
b). “Ananda Ma Ananda Ma Kali Ananda Ma Ananda Ma Kali Ananda Ma Ananda Ma Kali Om Kali Ma!” These are the simple chants to please the Black Goddess.
10. Dakshina Kali Dhyan Mantra : This is also known as karpuradi stotram. “Om karala-badanam ghoram mukta-kEshim chatur-bhuryam. kalikam dakshinam dibyam munda-mala bibhushitam sadya-chinna shira kharga bama-dordha karambujam abhayam baradan-chaiba dakshina-dardha panikam” Meaning: Om. Fierce of face, she is dark, with flowing hair and four-armed. Dakshina Kalika divine, adorned with a garland of heads. In Her lotus hands on the left, a severed head and a sword. She bestows sanctuary and blessings with her right hands.
11. Maha kali dhyanam “Om khargang chakra-gadeshu-chapa-parighan shulang bhushundIng shirah shankhang sanda-dhatIng karistri-nayanAng sarbanga-bhushabritam. nIlashma-dyutimasya pada-dashakang sebe maha kalikang yamastou-chhaite harou kamalajye hantung madhung kaitavam.”
Meaning: Aum, Her ten hands is holding a scimitar, disk, mace, arrows and bow, lance, club, a skull and a conch shell. She is a three-eyed goddess, Her body is covered with ornaments, and Her countenance with the brilliance of blue diamonds, with ten limbs. We offer our service to mahakali, She who Brahma praised for protection from the demons madhu and kaitava, when Bishnu was in sleep.

Bishnu Garbha Purana Odia Book
The compositions of Vishnu Purana have made due into the advanced period in numerous versions.More than some other significant Purana, the Vishnu Purana presents its items in Pancalaksana design - Sarga cosmogony, Pratisarga cosmology, Vamśa parentage of the divine beings, sages and rulers, Manvantara astronomical cycles, and Vamśānucaritam legends during the hours of different lord. A few original copies of the text are striking for excluding segments tracked down in other significant Puranas, for example, those on Mahatmyas and local escorts on journey, yet a few renditions remember sections for sanctuaries and travel advisers for consecrated journey sites. The text is likewise outstanding as the earliest Purana to have been deciphered and distributed in 1840 CE by HH Wilson, in light of compositions then accessible, setting the assumptions and premises about what Puranas might have been.

Festivals In Nepal You Must Experience
Nepal is one of the few diverse country with many differences in nature, culture, religion, lifestyle, etc. Every village in Nepal values its traditions in a unique way. Many of these traditions are centuries old and are done for specific purposes. Every country respects the culture of other countries. This is the main reason for the harmonious way of life in Nepal. Despite its small size, the Himalayan nation is home to many different cultures and tribes with different traditions and rituals. Because of their different ethnic groups, the Nepalese people have different beliefs and customs. Despite this, everyone is united for the celebration of the great festivals. Festivals like Dashain and Tihar are nationally important; like Indra Jatra or Rato Machchhendranath Jatra, which belongs to the ancient village culture of the valley, but others are only seen by one tribe. The cultural diversity of Nepal can be seen in the various festivals that are celebrated in the country. However, there are lots of festivals in Nepal, which are also popular with tourists from different parts of the world. To take a closer look at the diversity of Nepal, here is a list of festivals in Nepal.
Dashain
Dashain is one of the biggest and most popular festival of Hindu. Dashain is the festival of Goddess Durga's victory over the evil Mahishasura, according to Hindu mythology. Nepalese people celebrate Dashain for fifteen days by spending time with their family members eating delicious food and receiving tika and blessings from elders. It is one of the few festivals celebrated by many people of Nepal. The first day of Dashain is celebrated as Ghatasthapana, the beginning of the festival. People worship the eight tantric goddesses on the first day and the next nine days are dedicated to each form of Durga.
Tihar
After Dashain Tihar is another biggest festival of Hindu which is right after Dashain. Tihar is celebrated for five days. The first two days are celebrated with the worship of crows and dogs. On the third day, people sprinkle crackers and light small clay lamps in their homes. On the fourth day, cows are worshiped in the morning, and in the evening you can watch the special Govardhan Pooja. If you visit the Newar community, the fourth day is celebrated as Mha Puja, the New Year. The last day is Bhai Tika (Brothers' Day). This ceremony is done between the brothers and sisters of the family. Sisters pray for the welfare of their brothers and apply tika on their foreheads for long life. On the other hand, brothers give their sisters sweets and gifts. They follow special rituals during this festival.
Teej
Teej is one of the biggest festivals in Nepal, celebrated by women. Traditionally, it is a great day for married women, who visit their mother's house and eat a traditional meal called Dar. After Dar, women fast for a whole day without eating or drinking while singing and dancing in groups. Many women go to Pashupatinath to pray. Teej is celebrated for three days. On the first day, married women fast and perform rituals for the well-being and health of their husbands. Single women fast for the blessings of a happy married life in the future. During the next two days, you can enjoy many special rituals performed by Lord Shiva and Lord Parvati. You can enjoy cultural events, special food, and many more things. During Teej, women wear red saris, tikas, and bangles, and sing and dance for days. What is interesting is to see women of all ages gathered together, young and old, dancing for hours in the heat, in the rain without a single drop of water or food for a whole day.
Fagu Purnima/Holi
Fagun Purnima, also known as Holi, is named after the goddess Holika. Like many other festivals in Nepal, Holi is also linked to Hindu mythology. According to legend, a young man named Prahalad was a devotee of Lord Bishnu, who was considered a mortal enemy by his father, the demon king Mahisasur. Filled with rage, the Demon King commissioned his sister Holika, who possessed a flamethrower, to kill his son. After that, Holika sat in the fire holding Prahalad, but she died in the fire while the boy was alive. And to celebrate this glory, people play Holi, a festival of fun, color, and happiness. It said that it begins with the victory of good over evil. Holi has gained popularity among tourists. This festival is fun by splashing each other with colored water. Holi is celebrated on two different days. Nepal's northern regions perform it on the full moon day of February or March. Other Nepalese people do it on the day after the full moon day.
Chhath
This festival is celebrated by the people of Mithila and the Terai people. The purpose of this celebration is to honor the Sun God for his mercy and light on people. The people fast during the day, praying for prosperity and wealth. After worshiping the sun, they had a feast. Other important rituals of this festival are holy immersion in the river, bathing in water, preparing special food for the Sun God, etc. After fasting, you can enjoy these foods. The best food to try during this festival is Anarsa and Thekuwa. Unfortunately, these dishes are not prepared during other seasons.
Buddha Jayanthi
Buddha Jayanti is celebrated to remember the birth of Lord Buddha. Gautam Buddha was born in 623 BC as the head of the Shakya dynasty in Lumbini, Kapilvastu region of Nepal. Being the birthplace of Budhha, Nepal celebrates Buddha Jayanti as one of its major festivals. It falls on the night of the full moon of May or June. Peace lovers and Buddhist communities love to make their pilgrimage to the birthplace of Buddha, Lumbini of Nepal on this beautiful day. The main destination to visit during this festival is Lumbini. Many tourists visited Lumbini to see the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Watch many beautiful and interesting shows, led by monks and nuns.
Maghe Sankranti
Maghe Sankranti is celebrated on the first day of the Magh month of the Nepalese calendar. It is a reflection of the holy month, usually in the middle of January. This festival is expected to bring the end of winter and hopes for warmer weather and better days of health and wealth. On this day, the family gathers together to eat a delicious meal together. People eat sesame seed candies, ghee, molasses, sweet potatoes, and ji according to tradition. Also, the same day is observed as Maghi - New Year in Tharu village of Terai. People celebrate this festival with family gatherings, eating varieties of food, going to Melas, wearing traditional clothes, etc.
Indrajatra
Indra Jatra is the festival of the Newar community in the Kathmandu Valley. It is an eight-day Jatra festival that falls in September. This festival also marks the beginning of the autumn moon festival season. It is done to remember when Indra came down to earth; According to Hindu mythology, Indra is the king of heaven. The chariot of the living goddess Kumari is taken through the streets of Kathmandu. Lots of people gather to enjoy the joyous procession led by masked dancers known as Lakhey.
Shree Krishna Janmashtami
Shree Krishna Janmashtami celebrates the birth of Lord Sri Krishna. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Krishna is considered the 8th avatar or "incarnation" of Lord Vishnu, who was born to stop the wickedness of his uncle "Kansh". Lord Krishna was an evil deity who was involved in many misdeeds as a child, including breaking pots and stealing butter from villagers. Therefore, during Janmashtami, there is a ceremony where a pot of butter is hung on top, and different groups break the pot for delicious food.
Mahashivaratri
Mahashivaratri, or the night of Shiva, is one of the main festivals in Nepal. Lord Shiva is the supreme deity according to Hindu mythology. According to the belief of the day of Shivratri, the stars are in the best position which increases the spiritual power. On this day, thousands of Hindus visit the holy place of Hindus, Pashupatinath Temple, which is also considered the protector of the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal. During this festival, the Pashupatinath temple is decorated with flowers. Many Sadhus from India come to pray on Pashupati and perform the spiritual dance of Tandav of Lord Shiva on this day. As it is a nocturnal event, devotees celebrate the whole night, chanting and praying for light in the darkness. At home, people gather, light bonfires and prepare holy Shivratri food.
In Conclusion
Apart from these festivals, Nepal celebrates many other regional, national, and seasonal festivals. Since there are so many of them, every season of the year promises a rewarding experience. Make a plan for your trip with Alpha Adventure Treks to experience the exciting activities of Nepal. We are here to help you to find the best and perfect festival and unforgettable cultural tour in Nepal at your convenience.

Tripura, meaning three cities, was constructed by the great Asura architect Mayasura. They were great cities of prosperity, power and dominance over the world, but due to their impious nature, Maya's cities were destroyed by god Tripurantaka, an aspect of Shiva. The three cities were made of iron, silver and gold and were located on earth, in the sky and in heaven, respectively.

Ore Bengali………tui Khabar er Sera
Ore Bengali………tui Khabar er Sera
The meaning of the above phrase: Oh! Bengali……you are best in Food culture…you are best in Football…you lost your everything……..in spending on foods and parties…..
It was a very old saying about a Bengali babu. Food has always been a weakness for Bengalis. In those days Bengalis used to spend a large amount of money just for the sake of food. A Bengali babu has never hesitated in throwing a party to others, and if for the sake of it, they had to exhaust all their wealth they never did minded at all. Not only in marriage ceremonies, any occasion to them was a party time and in these parties lavish expenditure on food reduced many to a popper. Bengalis have been winners in all the delicacies they have presented to the world. Not just mutton, fish and vegetables but the variety of confections and array of fruit dishes have always overawed the gluttons of the world.
Fish has always played an important role in Bengali culture.”Maach Bhhat Banaye Bangali” or “Mache bhate khanate Bengali” these phrases describes the intimacy of fish in Bengali culture. Also it should be noted that fish is very nutritious as well as it’s a good source of protein. It is the most reliable source of protein for over one million people all over the world. Fish is among the most common food allergens.
There are lots of variety of fish that adheres to the Bengali culture. The most famous being Hilsa fish (Ilish) and Lobster (Golda, Bagda).Other famous fish includes Tengra, Parshe, Pabda, Gurjawali, Arr,Gule,Pakal,Kajri,Telapiya…..to name a few.
Some famous fish dishes include Ilish macher sorshe paturi(Hilsa fish in mustard curry binded in banana leaves), ilish maach bhappe(Steamed Ilish),ilish mach kancha kumror jhool(Hilsa with pumpkin),Ilish macher kaachkola diye jhool(hilsa fish with kacha kela),Daab chingri(Prawns with Coconut),Chitol macher Muitha(Chitol fish recipe),Mourala Batichochori(Mourala delicacy), Rui Macher Golap Soru(Fish and Rice cooked together), Koi Macher er horogouri , Koi macher Ganga Jamuna…..and lots of more.
In both parts of Bengal (West Bengal and East Bengal-Bangladesh) fish forms the main recipe. Typically in Bangladesh there is special variety or style of cooking fish. Particularly Chattagram (Chittagong), Lakhipur
these sea facing areas dry up the fishes and cook them with Brinjal and potatoes. This variety is known as “Shutki”. It is a complete East Bengal delicacy. In Dhaka people are more fond of Hilsa and other fishes. In fact the most famous recipe of fishes comes from Dhaka.
A Bengali marriage without fish dishes is incomplete. In marriage special fish dishes include “Rui Macher Kalia” (Rui Fish Curry), “Macher Matha diye Dal” (Dal with Fish Head), “Bhetki Paturi” (Bhetki in Mustard Sauce), “Chingri Macher Malaikari” (Prawns in Coconut curry), “Rui Posto” (Rui in Khus Khus curry), “Ilish Paturi” to name a few. In modern days new dishes like Fish Butter Fry or Fish Orley are also considered.
Fish apart from being taken as food is also considered to be pious. In Hindu culture it is widely used during Saraswati Puja (Jora Ilish’er Bhog). In famous Kali Temple in Kolkata as well as in Dhakeshwari in Dhaka fish is offered to Devi Kali. Fish is often considered as Lakshmi according to Hindu Tradition. In Bengal, before going out of their homes people like to see a fish as because it is considered a lucky one.
Apart from fish, Mutton is a favourite food of Bengal. Some of the mutton dishes include “Kosha Mangsho”( Mutton Curry), “Koch Pathar Jhol” (Mutton Thin Curry), “Mutton Chap in Bengali style”, “Mangshor Jhol” (Mutton Stew) , “Bhojoharir Mangsho” (Mutton dish by Famous imaginary Bengali cook named Bhojohari Manna), “Mangshor Patla Jhol” (Special Mutton Curry) , “ Mutton Dakbanglo” (A dish of Mutton Served during the British Raj), to name a few. Mutton is a must in a Marriage. Mutton is offered to Devi Kali by giving ‘Bali’ to the Devi. So in religion it takes an important place.
Chicken does is not included in traditional Bengali food list. In olden days Hindus of Bengal strictly avoided chicken. But Muslim Bengalis used to have chicken. But with the advancement of days people started to take up chicken. Also with the rise up in cost of mutton chicken is a replacement for mutton.
Favorite chicken dishes includes “Murgir Jhol” (Chicken Curry), “Kosha Murgi” (Chicken Dry Curry) ,” Bon Murgir jhol” (Jungli Murga) to name a few.
Other Non-Veg foods includes Crabs (Kankra), Moluscles (Geri). There is a famous crab dish called “Digama sahib er Kankra”. This crab dish was eaten by Vasco Da’ Gama.
Beef forms an important part in Muslim Bengali culture. During Bengali New Year they cook a very special dish known as “Goru kalia”. Also favorite beef dishes include “Beef Kosha”, Beef Cutlet”, “Beef Chop”. “Beef Biriyani” …to name a few.
There is lot of Non veg Bengali foods. But there are lots of veg foods too. These Bengali veg foods are very important. In a typical Hindu Bengali home a widow is forbidden to take Non-veg foods. So, it forms an important diet for a Hindu widow. Some great traditional Bengali veg foods include “Potoler Dolma” (Parval preparation), “Dhoka Dalna” , “Labra” (Mixed Vegetables) , “Ghoogni”(Matar Sabji), “Aloor Dum”, “Niramish Chochori” (Mixed Vegetables) , “Lau Borir Ghanto”(Lauki with Bari), “ Mulo Ghonto”, “Cholar Dal” (Chana Dal), “Sona Muger Dal”(Moong Dal), “Mochar Ghonto” , Shukto, to name a few.
A very famous dish in Bengal is Posto (Poppy seeds). It can be made with Vegetables like Aloo, Cauliflower, Bhindi, Taru…etc It is also prepared with Mutton, prawns or Chicken. Bengalis really love posto.
Biriyani is not a traditional food in Bengal but Pulao is prepared in al over Bengal. Although, In Dhaka-Bikrampur there is Biriyani called Dhakai Biriyani. In Bengal people used to take just plane rice and Mutton or fish. Khichri (Khichuri) forms a very traditional food in Bengali culture. It is taken during the monsoon season with Beguni or Ilish Bhaja and pappar, Achar. Kichuri is also served as an “Asthumi Bhog” during the famous Durga Pujas.
There are varieties of breads and snacks or starters in Bengali. Luchi is the most famous bread. It is served traditionally with “Kosha Mangsho” or Aloor Dum or Cholar Dal. Dhakai Paratha is a famous paratha variety. Paratha in Bengal is also served with “Kumro’r Chakka” (Pumpkin Sabji). There are lots of varieties of chutneys is prepared in Bengal. This includes Chalta Chutney, Mango Chutney (Fatik Jhol), Amra Chutney, Jalpai Chutney…and many more.
Bengali sweet is famous all over the world. In whole of Indian subcontinent no other place for sweet. The traditional Rassgulla (Rossogolla) was first invented in Dhaka by Nabin Chandra Das in 1765 AD. However in 1782 when he shifted his base to Kolkata, Rasgulla became a part of Kolkata. In 1852, Bishnu Charan Guin invented a sweet and named it after Lord Canning’s Wife Lady Canning. With the passage of days it camed to known as “Ladicanne”. Other sweets include Dahi(Doi)(Molla Chowk), Monohara(Janai),Lengcha(Shaktigarh), Rosmalai(Commila), Pantua(Ranaghat),chomchom(Kolkata),Jora Mundi(Krshnanagar),ChanaBora(Midnapore),Golap Papri,Suji Halua,Sandesh(Dhaka , Kolkata),Patishapta(Faridpur),Payesh(Kheer), Zarda, Pithe(During Winters),Shor Bhaja(Murshidabad)…and there are lots of lots of more. These are just a few.
At the end of everything Pan formed an important ending of a Bengali feast. Pan is traditionally served with Chun (Chuna), Khair (Katha), Supuri (Supari), Mitha Masala, Chaman Bahar, Elaichi, Gulkand, Chatni.
Some Famous Dishes from Different Districts of Bengal:
Ilish Paturi (Dhaka-Bikrampur).
Chitol Mitha and Kalia (Faridpur).
Shutki (Chittagong, Narayanganj, lakhipur, Noakhali, Barishal, Patuakhali).
Mangsho kosha (Kolkata)
Chingri Bhate (Murshidabad).
Chingri Malaikari (West Bengal).
Ilish Bhate (Mymensingh , Sylhet)
Dhoka (West-Bengal)
Posto (Bengal)
Kopi Chochori (Tangail).
To name a few……………………………………………
But in these days people are too busy to make this preparation. So, they are inclining towards these bogus pizza and burgers. New generations are totally unaware of these foods. They even, haven’t heard the names. Bengal is losing its culture and if it goes on in this manner, it will not take too much time when these foods will be in the pages of history. However, apart from Bengali foods Bengali are now consuming varities of food. Including Punjabi, Chinese, Italian, Mexican…etc
“Ore Bengali roili na je tui Bengali…..maach bhat chere dhorli le je biliti khana”
(Oh! Bengali……..you are no longer a Bengali……..For the sake of continental food you have forgotten your culture. You have stopped eating Fish and rice for the sake of Pizzas and Burgers).

Marble Agent/Distributor/Franchiser
HOW CAN I MAKE DEALER/ DISTRIBUTOR/FRANCHISE/AGENT OF MARBLE AND GRANITE COMPANY?
Bhandari Marble World is a Kishangarh-based emerging & fastest growing organization in the sector of stones & handicrafts. The company has been doing mainly deals in marbles and granite tiles, slab crazy, cheaps, with Kota stone, sawar, morwad, makarana, agariya white, and along with that Sidhi Vinayak Statues, Sculptures, Marble Handicrafts, Stone Handicrafts, Fountains, Handcrafted Items, Marble Murtis, Shani Dev, Durga Ji, Ram Darbar, Sai Darbar, Hanuman Ji, Sidhi Vinayak, Makrana Mandir, Stone Handicrafts. Marble Handicrafts, Chandrama Idols, Lord Budha Idols, Lord Krishana Idols, Lord Bishnu Idols, Radhe Krishna Idols, Ganesh Idols, Krishna Idols, Saraswati Idols, Hanuman Idols, Durga Idols, Marble Statue, Marble Articles, Ganesha, Jain Murtis, Durga statues. The company has been doing same kind of business from the last 365 years.
Granite and Marble Dealership
One major factor that will affect your potential Granite and Marble Dealership is your supplier. If you already have friends or relatives who supply marble, granite, and other natural stone you no longer have to worry about this. But if you don’t, then it is best that you start looking. Search your local and neighboring communities if there are any suppliers nearby. You can either do the old-fashioned way by phone calls or on foot, or you can use search engines such as Google and Yahoo! to search for suppliers in your area online. Before you make further commitments to this business, you must already have one or more suppliers where you can get the stones.
Setting up your locations
One of the things that might also affect the location of your business is competition. Having a competitor in close proximity to your Granite and Marble Dealership can help improve your services, but having too many will make it harder for you to turn a profit. This might be even worse if your competitors have been at it for a relatively long time now, as they may already have a base of loyal customers. Do your research on the competitors in your area, and study how they operate as well as their strengths and weakness. Who knows, if you find a niche in the business that your competitors don’t fill, then you might have a potential goldmine in your hands.
A Good Plan Is Your Foundation
Before you open your doors, put some serious thought into planning. To begin with, you need to make a lot of decisions about what kind of company you’ll operate: Do you plan to offer full-service fabrication, for example, or outsource actual fabrication to a supplier and focus on sales and installation? Once you’ve settled those details, define the equipment and premises you’ll need, which in turn helps determine how much financing will be required. Give serious attention to the size of the local market – stone is definitely an upmarket option – and how many competitors are already serving it. Aside from those specifics, attend to basics such as choosing a business structure, acquiring the necessary licenses, and applying to the Internal Revenue Service for a federal employer identification number, or EIN.
Good Relationship with Suppliers
A successful marble and granite business requires you to have strong relationships on both ends of the process: with the suppliers who provide your stone and with other entrepreneurs who can direct business your way. Marble and granite are high-end materials and represent a substantial cost for homeowners. They’ll want plenty of options to suit their decor, and that means you’ll need to have access to stone in a range of colors and patterns from multiple suppliers.
Need full commitment towards your business
Finally, once you have suppliers and settled on the location, you must be ready yourself to a 24/7 commitment to the job. The Granite and Marble Dealership is a lucrative business, but in order for you to get a good profit, you must be ready to work for it. For example, you must be ready to explain to your customers the differences between one type of granite to another as well as for other types of stone. The stones must also be done of professional quality, and that requires a lot of work to do. If you think you can do all of these, then you have a good chance to succeed in this kind of dealership?
No need for Experience
NO experience is required! That’s right; you can own your own business without any prior granite, stone, or hard surface experience. We have comprehensive training programs and operation manuals to help you every step of the way. Generally, there are no governmental regulations that apply to operating a granite and stone sales, fabrication, and installation business. Some states may require certain licenses or certifications. *See our Franchise Disclosure Document for details. Our granite and stone slabs come from all over the world. All slabs are genuine and cut to our specifications. Granite America® does NOT have any laminate products unlike most granite and stone businesses in the marketplace. We have unique colors. Combine this with the fact that all our granite and stone slabs come from the most sought-after quarries and in most circumstances are one-of-a-kind.
Durability
Although we might think of marble as the stereotypically superior flooring material, when it comes to durability, granite is actually more durable! It is more resistant to the acids in foods (which is why it is such a popular countertop option), and it needs to be sealed and maintained less frequently than marble. Granite is also superior when it comes to using in outdoor settings, and it is more resistant to scratches than marble. Because marble is more porous and softer than granite, keep it to your rarely used, formal areas, while durable, functional granite can be used nearly anywhere in your home!
Beauty
Both of these materials are known for their exceptional beauty and extraordinary sense of luxury, but there is a distinct difference in the look of granite vs. the look of marble. Granite comes in a wide variety of colors but tends to be speckled and mottled looking, with no two slabs appearing to be quite the same. The stones and crystals, from which it’s made, such as quartz, contribute to a subtle sparkle as well. Marble, on the other hand, is characterized more by swirls of different colors, although it is typically white, gray, or cream-toned with veins of darker hues running throughout the tiles. Granite, when polished, tends to look highly glossy, while marble features more of a smooth, dull finish.
Cost
Both granite and marble are on the higher end when it comes to price, ranging from $40 to $150 per square foot when installation costs are included. These are definitely more high-end options for flooring and aren’t ideal for that penny-pinching on a budget. If you think that natural stone flooring is right for your next project, give a call today!

Bishnu Garbha Purana Odia Book By Chaitanya Das
