I'm not too familiar with Brick Bronze's story beyond a few major plot points. But finding out that Jake had this HUGE crush on Tess makes Mabel's whole deal with him in Loomian Legacy even more funnier in hindsight.

Jake;

- grey-romantic , biromantic , asexual

- trans boy (he/it)

- 5'1 , 16 years old

- he's got a scar across one side of his face from his time w Team Eclipse . He doesnt rlly like talking abt it , it exists as a reminder of what he had to do . I imagine he got the wound sometime after the reveal that he was an Admin in PBB , it was bandaged up during Demon's Tomb , and its now completely healed in LL . It can only see shadows out of that eye now , it also fucked up its depth perception .

- he knows a ton of sign language bc Marley(PBB player character oc) is mute n they grew up together . Sometimes when Jake gets panicky he'll go non-verbal , so knowing sign is rlly helpful .

- at some point it and Mabel probably get together for like . a hot second before they mutually realize they dont work as a couple . It brings their friendship closer together tho n helps Mabel learn that shes aromantic .

- Jake is a good listener n will normally sit down n listen to Lucas ramble abt absolutely nothing while the others are off doing their own thing . It's the only person that doesnt seem to mind how much Lucas talks .

AU moment!

After so much, Amber shut herself out from the world; especially Tess (idk if she is champion or just went through all the gyms for the badges). Amber was going to be moved away, but Tess and her Grandpa allowed Amber to stay with them. Their relationship had healed mostly after.

I always imagined Tess being somewhat depressed and Amber being indifferent about what happened to Jake in the portal, but seeing Tess with all the pbb badges made me realize she was the one who got her shit together, meanwhile Amber's depressed as hell and its so funny to me now

For my ghost Jake au I keep coming up with random reasons as to why Tess is out in the multiverse if Jake died as hoopa's portal collapsed. Bruh Tess and Looker (ESPECIALLY Looker after reading through some lore) making Amber more pissed off then she already is

Bruh I just keep making Amber more depressing

After the events of Brick Bronze (and more or less an au version caude Jake didn't survive the portal shattering as he was shoved through it) Amber has been depressed for months. She remembers a moment right before she and Jake got their first pokemon, that even if only one of them became champion, they both won. Determined to at least make Jake's old wish be somewhat true, Amber sweeps through the final 8th Ghost Gym and walks up to the Roria Elite 4 (arena?)… Despite her claims of victory, she never expected Tess to be on the field. She had all 8 badges on some backpack like they were pins and she managed to defeat the champion. Amber is a little confused, but she tries to be happy for Tess getting this far and letting Amber take over. What did Tess even need this for? A pokemon battle ensues instead.. and Tess easily picks off Amber's pokemon one by one… She won. Tess's grandpa and a bunch of people surround Tess, congratulating her. She's swept away within a huge celebration, leaving Amber standing alone in disbelief. The last light within her hopes and dreams was just snuffed out. Amber had nothing left.

So Tess has all 8 badges from PBB in that one Loomian Legacy cutscene; I have questions. Did she only get the badges or become champion? If she's champion, then did she fight player of pbb and win? If so, than my oc Amber had her remaining goal in life after the story SHATTERED
