Join @studiomuseum, @nypl and author @imaniperry this Saturday at the George Bruce branch for #StudioSalon: #LookingforLorraine! 👀 This discussion and interactive workshop is inspired by her book “Looking for Lorraine: The Radiant and Radical Life of Lorraine Hansberry.” In the book, Perry paints an empathetic portrait of an artist who lived in a community of thinkers working at the intersections of art and activism throughout New York City. In this Studio Salon, Perry will highlight Lorraine Hansberry's community activism and impact on Harlem.
