ESWMEE Resistance Trust List

In the fic, Etoiles is going to sort everyone based on how safe it is to recruit them into The Resistance; using information provided by The Codes in order to do so. The categories are:

For anyone who doesn't look at the ESWMEE link, Cellbit, Foolish, and Fit are Compromised. You should really read the link so this post makes sense actually LOL.

He'll be explaining these categories and why each islander is sorted the way that they are to Charlie and Maxo once he's brought them together to form The Resistance initially.

Without going into detail on WHY the islanders are categorized as such, I figured it'd be fun to share the categories. AND this is also for my own sanity to avoid cluttering my notes on the plot LOL.

(And for anyone to correct me if I've categorized their cubito incorrectly based off lore I'm forgetting or don't know about - PLEASE CORRECT ME.)

Note that may assist in the above: This fic takes place between September and Early November 2023. Post-Mexican Independence Day Event but Pre-Purgatory!

SAFE

These islanders have no encounters with The Federation that are significant enough to be a cause for concern or suspicion. They can be recruited into The Resistance ASAP so long as they're willing.

These islanders have had significant encounters with The Federation, but it was a singular incident. Etoiles is fairly certain they aren't compromised, but wants to quarantine them like the High Risk islanders as a precaution anyway.

In Etoiles's eyes, these islanders cannot be trusted whatsoever and therefore are blacklisted from The Resistance.

Quackity / ElQuackity

Antoine

Vegetta

Quackity / ElQuackity is self-explanatory.

Antoine's allegiances are too unclear to Etoiles, The Codes have confirmation he has history with The Federation prior to this iteration of the island.

Vegetta's loyalties seem too loose to Etoiles. He feels like Vegetta will unconditionally side with Foolish, who is Compromised, and therefore doesn't want to risk any info being leaked (intentionally or not) to someone Cucurucho can see/hear through.

Unknown

Any islanders not listed in a category above are considered Unknown. They either aren't present enough, or Etoiles & The Codes lack sufficient information to make a confident judgement about whether or not they can be recruited.

At first he considers labeling Missa, Niki, Mouse, and Mariana under Unknown because they appear so infrequently, but decides they can be trusted (or easily disarmed if they prove his good faith wrong).

Underrated QSMP Duos/Groups

Tina and Forever

Since day one Tina has had a soft spot for Forever, of which she stated during the Bagina date. She talked about how much of an impression he made on her when he welcomed them to the server, and she really did feel welcomed by his presence. During the Happy Pills arc, she was probably the most consistent person to ask and worry about his state outside of the Curing squad

Felps and Maxo

Fofoquieros who gossip about other people's love lives, enough said

Maxo and Baghera

They can match each others' energy so well in both comedy and with lore and investigations. They're also surprisingly keen on picking up on each others' subtleties

Forever and Pac

Probs not underrated after Happy Pills but they're moments sometimes go unnoticed. Pac is one of the people Forever trusts the most, and Pac looks up to Forever probably more than anyone save for maybe Fit. Pac was given a direct message in Forever's goodbye message, and his reaction should show you just how much they mean to each other (os moços <3)

Foolish, Mouse, Tina, Felps

They hung out together and did dungeon raids that one time after a big lore event and while Foolish, Mouse and Tina already know each other quite well, Felps fit in and matched their energy perfectly. 10/10 vibes that stream was

Ironmouse and Philza

Don't have too many moments together but when they do, they always make each other laugh. That one time they had to be spies but couldn't keep quiet cause they kept making each other crack up pretty much says it all

Tina and Badboyhalo

Somehow Bad annoys Tina more than Foolish does and that in itself is an accomplishment, but just like Bad and Foolish, Bad and Tina still hang out together quite a bit, and they're bickering has just become part of the friendship <3 (also this post)

Rivers and Roier

Rivers is a bit more reclusive so I don't see her talk to people that much, but her and Roier are great friends who can be themselves around each other. They're very funny together and have come up with some great bits/gimmicks, and we get to see Rivers being herself at some of her best when he's around. Roier also gets to joke around with her in ways that sometimes fly over other peoples' heads (sometimes its cultural, sometimes its just a Rivoier thing)

Etoiles and Antoine

They won't be underrated to the French community, but the non-French may have missed how great these two are (and all the French tbh, Baghera + Etoiles are another great duo). Etoiles and Antoine are those friends who have been married for 1000 years and also insults each other whenever the other one breathes; they know each other like no one else and can bring out the most in each other (whatever that "most" is depends on the time of day)

AyPierre and Maxo

Despite the breakup, at their peak Maxo and Pierre could always convince each other to say and do the most batshit things that most other people wouldn't be able to draw out of them. They make each other act way more cursed in the best way (see the Furry club for evidence); there's a sort of freedom in being able to find someone who's just as much of a freak as you are

Foolish and the Capybaras

Foolish actually knows the capybaras quite well, and has each of them distinctly memorized in his mind (he even named most of them). He pays attention to who they are as individuals, and he finds genuine delight in their antics. They've felt appreciated and happy enough with him that they allowed him to be their king, and its because of Foolish that they developed stronger lore relevancy

Honorable mentions (Egg Edition): Roier and Leo, Tubbo and Ramón, Bad and Richas, Pomme and Tallulah (can match each others angst levels), Tallulah and Richas

5) Who's your favourite couple?

BAGI + TINA i swear to god it makes me want to bite, the way that they get reduced into just basic background tea drinking lesbians by the fandom so frequently. no! they're interesting!

They love each other to the point of invention (Tina's love for Bagi changed the whole gameplay strategy of Purgatory because she wanted to created tea for her), and neither of them tell each other their secrets, and they hide from each other, and they love each other, and Bagi doesn't want to lose people and Tina's possessive but recognizes it and tries to reel it back, and Tina hates herself and Bagi gave her a ring with I love you as you are written on it. And Tina's a demon who's guilty for falling out of her god's favor, and she calls Bagi angel.

7) Who's your favourite roleplayer?

DIFFICULT. There's so many talented people on this server, it's fucking insane. Kind of have to go with Maximus though, the guy killed off his character because it was just the in-character way for things to go. That's commitment. Also every moment he had was great- Sofia? Casualonas? The theory bros? All roads lead back to Maxo.

And I have to shoutout Baghera for the same reason- She didn't kill her character, but she didn't flee from the nuke at the end of Purgatory because she knew that her character wouldn't stop looking for her daughter, and that's cool as hell. She's immersed!

The best roleplayer whose character isn't dead is probably Bagi, and I love her, I remember seeing her act in Ordem Paranormal and thinking wow, imagine if they got her on the server, but for favorite...Tina's really grown on me. She's got that je ne sais quoi.

12) What language would you like to see next?

TAGALOG, please. I'm biased because my Filipino friends have been wishing for it, but it would also be a relatively easy transition because the language has a lot of Spanish influence

13) Who has the best lore in your opinion?

FitMC for sure. Like shoutout to BadBoyHalo, all of the Fuga crew, and whatever Antoine has going on, they're also really, really good/interesting. But I'm going with FitMC because he consistently pushes the story and the understanding of the world forward, and with really interesting presentation.

17) Who's your favourite family?

The Richarlyson parent collective. There's just so many of my favorite characters in there- We've got Cellbit, Bagi, Pac, Mike, Felps, qQuackity, Roier, Fit. Unstoppable. And there's been so much care and devotion within these character dynamics. Plus Richarlyson deserves the world

Honorable mention to Slime, ElMariana, and Juanaflippa, though. They still haunt me
