THANK YOU FOR ASKING!! youve probably heard about hadestown from me honestly tbh i havent shut up about it since the day i found the cast rec again lmaoo 😭😭 its basically a retelling of the greek myths of both hades and persephones tale and orpheus and eurydices tale, with hermes as the narrator :) its one of those "if only" tragedies?? if that makes sense??? like "damn this couldve gone so well if this had happened". i dont wanna spoil the plot but its really sad but thats ok bc the cast and lyrics and plot and music and set anf everything is literally brilliant. i dont wanna spoil too much of the plot bc i think its best experienced while listening to the music or watching a recording, but if you ever have the time, id definitely reccomend going to find a bootleg recording or looking into the cast rec :)
