hi liv! i'm sorry that it took me so long to respond, i wanted to be able to gather my thoughts as best as i could. :) anyways, sweet night has become a comfort to me too! tae's vocals are the absolute best. when he sings you can tell that he wants people to see he is passionate and is putting is soul into it. i love how everything has a different outcome. KTH1 is going to be amazing!

epiphany is definitely my fave! much like tae and the other members, jin isn't afraid to show his emotions - that'§ another thing i've come to love about them. i think i mentioned it before but i keep bouncing back and forth between their solos and group songs. i've finished d-2 and love it so much! yoongi really killed it, it's so heartwarming to see that he's comfortable with showing us a raw side of him.

i got a chance to listen to piece of peace off of hope world; hobi really is a ray of sunshine! jin seems like he has always just had that aura to him that people are naturally attracted to. he adapts to his surroundings so quick, and likes to make sure that everyone feels comfortable. if someone didn't like him i would have my doubts about them too 100%! he is a social sweetheart :((

all of the boys' english has improved a lot! especially jungkook, they said that he studies it the most because he wants to connect more well with international fans. i remember seeing a clip from bon voyage where jin was talking with this man and he told him "i'm sorry my english is not very well" and to make him more comfortable the man was like "that's okay! i can't speak korean." it made me so happy to see that they were welcomed in by everyone.

even if they weren't able to speak english at all i'm sure that they would still do other things to make sure that international armys know that they love them and are seen. i can definitely imagine that namjoon probably does get stressed out from time to time with translating and everything but is able to over come it each time. i remember a video where he said that since he their leader he sometimes feels like their is a lot of pressure on him to make sure that everything goes right

and i'm sure all of them can relate. they're such perfectionists and want to represent themselves well but sometimes people can expect a bit too much from them. like i've seen how some armys can be a little toxic but true armys understand the importance of their well being. they've all grown so much since their debut, it's very endearing! i saw this one drawing on here that someone made of them as of how they are now and them as their younger selves and it depicted them looking back on how they struggled then and how successful they were going to be. it honestly brought tears to my eyes :(( -shea<3

Hi lovely!! Sorry it took so long to respond! I added a keep reading tab again because it’s long again haha. 

But omg yes KTH1 IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!!!!!! Jin is always so positive in the way he presents himself but then his songs are so raw and real and I seriously adore him for that. And I think it’s great that you’re bouncing between the solo work and the group work. I really love viewing their solo work as both part of who they are as a member of bts and as a solo artist outside of the group. And rapline have definitely toyed with that notion of being a kpop idol in the biggest group around while also being an artist outside of bts AND being normal dudes in their twenties, and it’s so interesting to see them blend those concepts and all the emotions and feelings that come along with it in their solo work. 

mono, d-2, and hope world are my holy trinity and when KTH1 drops I’m pretty fucking certain that trinity will simply become a... quaternity?? 

I completely agree about Jin lol, I really do strive to be more like him. When Yoongi told him that he wants to be more like Jin these days while filming in the soop I was like wait hold up, I want to be more like both of you... And I’m sure knowing people want to be more like you feels like a lot of pressure but also, like, it means they’re doing so much right. 

Kookie’s english is getting so freaking good, he’s just going to start sounding straight up western soon. Yeehaw cowboy!!! And omg Jin’s ability to make friends anywhere he goes is so endearing, especially when considering how introverted and shy he really is. That. Man. Is. So. Special!!!! 

I definitely think they all feel that pressure to make sure everything goes right, but Joon has that added pressure and he handles it so well but I definitely hope he’s always looking out for himself too. Luckily the members always have his back as well. 

Omg that drawing sounds amazing!! Bts are so massive now that I think a lot of people forget or overlook how they started. Like they truly built themselves up and did the fucking thing through passion, talent, and hardwork. Nothing was ever just simply handed to them and that’s why I never understand people who don’t at least respect bts. Like dislike their music? I don’t get it, but to each their own. But you simply cannot legitimately criticize them for how far they’ve come and how they’ve done it. You just can’t. If you try, you’re lying and I’ll laugh in your face lol. I love seeing pictures of them when they were debuting because they were just so excited and hopeful and always so humble and like they just had no idea what they were going to achieve. But here they are and they fucking achieved it and they just keep on succeeding more and more. I love them shea :( I love them so much!!!
