Is Nana nostalgic for any foods or holidays from her past life that you just can’t get in Konoha?

Ooo that’s a great question! Yes!!! She desperately misses Älplermagronen (a dish made of macaroni, potatoes, onions, bacon and cheese, usually served with apple sauce) and she’d kill for a good fondue or Rösti (like a hash brown but big enough to fit a frying pan). She also misses a good bar of chocolate!

As for holidays, she didn’t really celebrate much, but probably Fasnacht, due to the pomp of it all. Fasnacht is a carnival where tons of people dress up, usually in crazy masks, and you have an entire parade playing music, one of which is called Guggenmusik. But it can be celebrated anywhere from the end of January to the start of May, depending on the Kanton! She also misses the winter markets!
