#SIGH#so we had a little flood downstairs and#long story short water got under the floorboards and in the process of ripping it up they foubd#(non active but only currently undisturbed) mold#they have to rip up the Entire first floor and we have to leave the house for up to two weeks#mind you i have a friend from cali visiting in a week wnd a half#BEST CASE- they finish right before she gets here and we just walk on concrete while shes here#WORST CASE - they dont and she has to cancel ajd i pay her back for her ticket#SIIIGH
