Feeling brand new after my first #cupping experience + sport massage courtesy of @kurtjohnson__ at @physioldn last Friday! This is a MUST! Specially if you do some physical activity constantly, you’re an athlete or don’t stretch your body enough or you’re too tired. A sport massage sorts you out like magic! Plus the cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern practice that people use to treat a variety of conditions. Basically consists of placing cups at certain points on a person's skin. A practitioner creates suction in the cups, which pulls against the skin and works also as a pain relief As u might noticed in my last pic i got a few marks as bruises but they vanished after 4 days, and here I was thinking it would last months 🤪🤪🤪 pretty cool!
