This cloud hung for what seemed like a good part of an hour, as we sat there taking hundreds of shots, while also downing our lunch. While the trek up the last half of Loma doesn’t look steep, when you add in the ice covered snow that you either have loose footing on or break through to fluffy snow underneath, it adds some time and effort to the hike. But that was ok, for I couldn’t help stopping many times along the way to snap pics like this.
