#lol thought it was my cringe immune system But actually mono can come from what I was sick with before#also on my period so there's just blood now as well#because of course#feeling like the uh kid from the Christmas carol with like glass bones and paper skin or something#i don't actually have a diagnosis yet I get tested on Saturday but like it's pretty fucking obvious that's what is going on
