On Monday night, i.e. the 10th, folk writer Maya Bhai Ahir's health suddenly deteriorated during a program in Mehsana and he was shifted to the Apex Hospital in Thaltej for treatment. Two days later, Maya Bhai Ahir's health improved and he was discharged from the hospital this morning. Maya Bhai Ahir said that he is completely healthy and he also thanked all the supporters.

જામનગર : લોકસાહિત્ય ક્ષેત્રે જેમણે પોતાની આગવી ઓળખ ઉભી કરી ગુજરાત સહિત દેશના અન્ય રાજયોમાં પણ પોતાની કલા દ્વારા લોકોને મંત્રમુગ્ધ કરનાર જામનગરના પ્રસિદ્ધ લોકસાહિત્યકાર કાંતિભાઈ રામાવતનું તા.14ના રોજ 69 વર્ષની વયે અવસાન થતા લોક કલાના ચાહકોએ કલાની આગવી કોઠા સુઝ ધરાવનાર પહાડી અવાજના માલિક અને વરિષ્ઠ લોકસાહિત્યકાર ગુમાવ્યા છે.
