Here's some great pictures of the Canadian Cascade Handcrafted and Russian reassembly team from over 20+ years ago of the Yokanga Fishing Lodge project. Very remote, no roads, no crane! The beams and trusses were placed using a helicopter.

The Yokanga River is located above the Arctic Circle, where you can catch the biggest Atlantic salmon of the Kola Peninsula.
