October 6th is Yandere Tig with the prompt: How did you know that? Requested by the lovely @aimkatsz. As always 18+
Dark content divider courtesy @cafekitsune
âFuckâ muttered Tig as he slammed the trunk shut. What have I done? He thought to himself as he slammed his fist down on the cold metal. How could he have fucked up so badly? What was he thinking? He had been flying to close to the sun. His love and passion had blinded him. Dulled the smooth, cold calculating criminal mentality he possessed. Once he was calm he took another look around the dark street before slipping into the driverâs seat and making his way to a hideout outside of town.
Two hours prior
You were sipping your Merlot as you listened to the man across from you tell you a story from his time in the Marines. You at first had been unsure when he had asked you out for dinner last week. While you found the blue eyed, curly haired man attractive. He had trouble spelled out very neatly on the leather vest he wore. Though tonight he had surprised you by showing up in a dark black button up and black jeans. He had even brought you a small bouquet of your favorite flowers by surprise and took you to what happened to be your favorite restaurant.
You were surprised how much fun you were having. You had not expected to have as much as common as you did. He loved animals, especially cats. Had a small plant collection he was obsessed over, painted and did woodworking in his free time. The two of you already had a second date planned for you to check out his workshop. Though you had an ulterior motive of wanting to meet his cats.
âYou know Alexander if I didnât know better Iâd think you had been stalking meâ you giggled later as the wine made you bold.
âJust coincidence Doll. Iâm a perfect gentlemenâ replied Tig as he raised his hands up in defense as he laughed. Though you were not to far from the truth. While Tig had only shown himself to you a couple weeks ago he had known you for six months. He had been head over heels the moment you had passed him on the highway out of Lodi. You had been carefree and singing to your hearts delight. Not a care in the world as you sipped past him. Your perfume tickling his nose as he caught a whiff on the breeze.
He had followed you for a few miles. Pulling off and parking a few spots over from you at a rest stop. He took note of your make and model. Jotting down the license plate. He walked and got himself a drink out of the vending machine while you went into the bathroom. The dress you had on hugging every delicious curve. The sway of your hips had him tight in the jeans as his mind wandered to what your flesh would feel like in his hands.
Once he had gotten back to Charming he had Juice look you up under the guise of club business. He had been disappointed to find out you had a boyfriend, but that didnât last for long. Poor guy hadnât taken a hike like Tig had suggested. So like the other men you chose to go on dates with over the last six months he met an early demise in the local crematorium.
Tig had been in your house many times. Sleeping and masturbating in your bed when you were out of town. Hell he even had taken to sneaking in and watching you touch yourself before falling asleep at night. He had stolen at least twenty pairs of panties over the last few months. He was bold leaving glasses out, cumming on your bed, clothes or in your shower and just leaving it. He knew he was getting obsessive. That what he was doing was wrong but he couldnât stop. Not until he had you all to himself. He had wanted you to want him on your own. All was going fine until the slip up.
âHow did you know that?!â you demanded again as you stared wide eyed at Tig. His eyes met yours as his fingers hovered over your alarm system. You had just watched your date put your alarm code in. A code he should not know. You felt icy cold as terror swept over you. You went to bolt but the wine had you stumbling and the man was too quick.
Present
You lay bound and gagged in the trunk for who knows how long. You had long since cried yourself out. You were numb and just wanted to wake up from this nightmare. You heard the car to turn onto gravel before cutting off. The slam of a car door jolted you before the door to the trunk popped open. It was still dark but the sun could be seen starting to brighten the horizon.
âWelcome home Dollâ murmured Tig as he scooped you out of the trunk and carried you towards a cabin. Eventually you would love him and be the perfect little wife.

Zinfandel Day
Zinfandel Day is celebrated on November 17 every year, and weâre going to show you how you can indulge in the excitement. Zinfandel is a type of black-skinned grape that is typically used for making wines. The grapes are known for their high sugar content, which is useful for making wines with an alcohol percentage of more than 15%. The Zinfandel, also known as Primitivo, grows best in a warm but not too hot climate. Its taste varies, depending on the ripeness of the grapes. Zinfandel Day was created in the United Kingdom to give recognition to this exquisite variety of grapes.
History of Zinfandel Day
It is said that the Zinfandel grapes were discovered in the Mediterranean region around 6000 B.C. Shortly after that period, winemaking became prevalent. Zinfandel was found in parts of Croatia, but a lot of the plantation was wiped out by the phylloxera epidemic. The Zinfandelâs genetic structure closely resembles that of Primitivo, which was found in Italy in the 1800s. It was first recognized by the European Union that Primitivo would be a synonym for Zinfandel in 1990. Today both Zinfandel and Primitivo are used interchangeably.
In 1930, Zinfandel agriculture was affected greatly, first by the Great Depression and then by the Prohibition that followed. By the 1960s, Zinfandel was already being referred to as the âlost vine and wine.â In 2002, the Crljenak KaĆĄtelanski variety was discovered in Croatia, and winemakers started mixing Zinfandel and Crljenak KaĆĄtelanski. Soon after, the wine production again rose to prominence. The wines were made mostly in parts of Puglia or Lodi (Croatia).
The Zinfandel Advocates and Producers were formed in the United States for âthe preservation, education, and appreciationâ of the Zinfandel grapes. Zinfandel Day was created to show love and appreciation toward the Zinfandel grape and the wines produced from it, namely Rombauer, Artezin, Pedroncelli, and Robert Biale. Wine lovers also held Zinfandel tasting days in San Francisco. Zinfandel Day quickly spread to Europe, especially the United Kingdom. It became a day of celebrating one of the worldâs most favorite vines and wines.

Let me save you
Word count: 1.1k
Warnings: mentions of a toxic relationship
A/N: Thatâs my first ff about SOA, I have some ideas, Iâm not sure about continuing it but Iâll try. Hope youâll enjoy reading that story and wait for another partsđ«¶đ»
I moved to Lodi and just started to get settled down here, rented a nice apartment , got a fresh job as a bartender. Everything was looking great, until my ex started trying to contact me again. We didnât love each other for such a long time, my hopes for him leaving me alone left my soul after that one message, but I still tried to find my peace here. I left my old life in LA, all the car races, my house and âfriendsâ. The only thing I took with me was money. And some hopes for a better life, but letâs leave that for now. I didnât know anybody here, but that wasnât a problem, I actually wanted to be alone. A few people I met at work became my new friends. Them and some customers were enough for me to keep being socialised.
One night I was serving a few of our regulars and two groups of random teenagers when this guy came in. His leather cutte and a mohawk surrounded by tribal tattoos were enough for me to tell that heâs nothing good, but the boredom got over.
- Uhm, hi - he sounded a little shy, but his smile said something else
His smile was different.
- Hi - I said right away with my âbe nice to all the customersâ smile glued to my face - what can I get you?
- Just a beer, please.
- There you go - I handed him a glass - whereâs your crew at? - I said before I could bite my tongue. Looking at all the patches sewed up to his leather I could tell right away heâs a part of an MC, and they usually came in groups.
- Whereâs your customer smile at? - he said with a little smile
I realised that my confusion mustâve been more visible than my smile so I changed my look right away but got a little stressed, he mustâve seen that.
- Oh, sorry. I was joking. My guys went home but I needed a little reset and that was the first bar I saw on my way.
- Yeah, okay. Can I get you anything else?
- Not now, thank you - That smile again. That damn smile.
I went back to polishing glasses, not wanting to catch his glaze again. I felt him staring at me, I wanted to talk with him, but why would I. I heard him tapping lightly with his fingers on the surface of the bar. Why would I ask about his club that way.
- Sorry Miss, can you pour me another one?
I looked at his glass, almost full.
- Is there something wrong with this one?
- No, but I see I canât get your attention any other way.
I couldnât say anything, just poured him another beer with a little smile.
- Thatâs on the house - I said handing him the glass and turning away
- Iâm Juice - he said and I couldnât help myself from turning back his way
- Juice? - I said trying to sound as serious as I could
- Well, actually itâs Juan, but everyone call me Juice.
- Okay, Juice. Iâm y/n, nice to meet you.
- Nice to meet you too. Is it always this quiet here? You seem kinda bored.
Woah. Wait. Can he actually read my emotions? I stopped for a moment and thought about my last relationship. Nah, heâs just trying a small talk.
- Well, itâs not always this quiet, but it doesnât mean that Iâm bored. I actually like this job, itâs pretty chill comparing to my previous one.
- And what was that?
- Iâm a nurse - I said without hestitation, but then I saw it. A bruise right under his eye. Scratched knuckles. Why didnât I notice it earlier?
Please donât try hitting up on me. Donât start the âIâd use a private nurseâ talk. I beg you, please donât screw this nice conversation up.
And he didnât. He actually looked a bit impressed.
- A nurse behind a bar? Thatâs⊠not common. - his smile grew wider as he got more comfortable with our talk
- Well, I need a little bit of relax after saving so many lives - I winked and headed to the guy at the other side of the bar.
- Sorry, could you-
- You donât need to get a drink every time you want to talk to me, Juice - I cut him off making my way back to him. He looked abashed, but I couldnât let him dominate our conversation. - just ask what you want to know.
- Are you new here? I havenât seen you before
I laughed.
- You said it was the first bar on your way, youâre not a regular - another confused look on his face. Heâs not as outgoing as the others. And I should be nice, heâs still just a customer - but your spider sense is good, I moved here about two months ago.
- And whereâd you move from? - smile started crawling back at his face again
- LA. Yeah, the city of angles, please donât try that, Iâm just staring to like you a little - he looked at me with a full smile now - And you, Juan? Are you from here?
- Actually Iâm from Queens.
- Ha! See? Spider-sense, I knew that - my nerd side showed up, but I didnât care, he really seemed like a nice guy.
The night went by really fast. Juice kept me company and left about half an hour before my shift finished. I got home, took a quick shower and went straight to bed. There could be more customers like him. I laid down thinking about my last job, wondering if any of the hospitals I applied to will call me. Itâs been over two months, they wouldâve called already. But maybe they donât need anybody now. Maybe they will in a month. Or two. I kinda missed my old job, working with all kind of people, not only drunk old men and teenagers. But it didnât quite matter now. I was free, I just started a new life, thatâs what matters. I crawled under the covers and caught myself thinking about him and his damn smile. Maybe heâll come again. Maybe he liked me too and will want to know more about me like I wan to know about him. Maybe he will. I thought and fell asleep. Maybe he will.

Gym friends p.1

Y/N POV
I walked into the gym, second time here as a newcomer at this place. âHello miss Y/L/N.â The older lady from the reception said. âHello mrs Carter.â She smiles as I signed in. I walked further to the locker rooms and changed into my sport clothes. I left the rest in a locker and walked to the bicycles. I hopped on top of one and started my exercise. As I was busy I saw in front of me the BJJ class beginning in the room next to the gym. The other room was visible because of the large see through glass that separated the two rooms. âThey are here every Wednesday.â A young girl next to me said. âThey are?â âYes, they use the gym as well, the rest of the week the are in Lodi for there training.â I nodded at her, carefully looking back at the jiujitsu players. âHow long is a session?â âNormally 50 minutes when they are here and after that they hit the gym for their cardio training.â âCool.â âIt is but itâs a very close group, they donât really like new people.â I hummed and watched them subtle roll around the ground.
I started to walk on the treadmill. Looking at the tv screens, a fight was on the tv. âIdiots.â I heard next to me, I looked next to me to see who was talking. Two guys started to use the treadmills and one of them looked at me âWhatâs sup?â They other guy was looking at me as well now. âNothing, I thought you said something to me, sorry.â I quickly looked back at the tv screens. âThey look a bit imitating tho.â I started to build the pace up and focused on my breathing.
ââthe next weekââ
I walked up to the reception and signed in and went straight to the locker room. I changed clothes and placed the rest in a locker. I walked to the bicycles and started my exercise. The BJJ class just started. The two imitating guys from last week were there too. As I was watching one of the guys looked eyeâs with me. I got nervous and looked away. âOh god, he saw me looking. They think Iâm weird now.â I looked down at my hands, not having the courage to look up again.
I was slow running on the treadmill when I saw in the corner of my eyes the two guys from last week joining the other treadmills. âGreat.â I looked at the tv screens a they were showing an fight. The fight was a heavy one, both covered in blood, rolling around the ground. âWhat a maniac is that guy.â I quietly said to myself as the guy covered in blood won. âYou think that?â I looked next to me. The two guys were looking at me. âYes but not in a bad way.â One of the guys smiled at me. âThanks, I guess.â I took a good look at his face. âThat you?â âYes thatâs me, Iâm Nate and this is my brother Nick Diaz.â His brother nodded at me. I shyly smiled at them. âNice to meet you both, Iâm Y/N.â Nick nodded and turned his head away. âBut thanks for the compliment then.â âYeah, itâs a good fight.â I looked away from them, feeling extremely nervous. âLetâs leave.â I stopped the treadmill and walked quickly away to the locker rooms.
ââ 2 weeks laterââ
I walked in later than normal in the gym. The people from BJJ were already in the gym themselves. I walked up to the treadmills. Nick and Nate were already there. I stepped onto the treadmill and slowly began to walk. âHello, havenât seen you in awhile. Nick thought we scared you away.â I looked at them and smiled. âScared no, nervous yes.â Nick smiles at me. âDo you like BJJ? I see you often watch us.â That question came in as a surprise. âUhh, it looks fun but I donât know.â He nods. âIf you want you can join us.â I slowly nodded. âThank you.â I said a bit quieter. I saw Nate tap on his brothers arm. Nick nods at him and stops talking to me. I looked back to the tv screens and breathe out the air I was holding from the conversation. âThey are nice but Iâm to awkward for this.â
I was done and stopped the treadmill. When I stepped off from it. The Diaz brothers did the same. âBefore you leave I want you to give you my number, Incase you want to try out bjj.â Nick looked a bit nervous for my feelings, cracking his fingers and looking around us. âOkay, sure.â I grabbed my phone and gave it to him. âThanks.â He mumbled under his breath. He was typing away on my phone and gave it right back to me. âJust text me if you are interested.â I nodded at him. âI will, thank you.â I waved them goodbye and went to the locker room. I looked down at my phone and saw he texted himself with my phone.
ââ two days laterââ
I was sitting on the sofa at home when I saw Iâve got a text message from Nick. Nick and I started to text each other later that day. Now we are texting back and forth.
Nickđđ»: Iâm in Lodi today, you wanna hang out?
Me: sure, where and time?
Nickđđ»: gym at 2?
Me: sure, see you in a minute
I looked at the time, one hour till we meet. Letâs eat something before we go. I got up and made myself some food.
I arrived at the gym and saw Nick waiting for me. âHey.â He smiled at me. âHey, are you here by foot?â I nodded. âYes I always walk to the gym.â âIs it far from your home.â I shrugged a bit. âUhh 30 minutes.â âYou are not walking back, Iâll drive you. 30 minutes alone here on these streets, youâre crazy.â Nick wrapped his arm around me and guided me through the gym. âBut itâs fine, itâs only 30 minutes.â âIf we are hanging out Iâll pick you up, youâre not walking alone through these streets.â We both entered the bjj training room. âNick I donât have bjj clothing, I only have this.âI pointed at my black shirt and a pair of leggings. âThatâs good enough for now.â I nodded at him. âOkay, Iâll get changed then.â âIâll be here.â He sat down on the ground as I walked to the locker room.
We both lay on the ground, he was on top of me. âPlace your hands here.â He grabbed my hands and placed them on his shoulders. âWhen I do thisâŠ..you do thisâŠâŠokay?â He was explaining me the next move. âOkay.â âLetâs try.â He moved a bit slower for me to follow his steps. âYeah, like that.â He smiled at me. âAgain but now a bit faster.â We did it again and I almost did the wrong move but corrected myself just on time. âAlmost, letâs try this a few times.â
I sat on the ground watching Nick doing some stuff. âBut Nate is faster so he grabs him and throws him off.â I smiled softly at him. âHeâs good but needs to take his time.â Nick sat down in front of me. He started to fiddle with his hands. âDid you liked it today?â I nodded and smiled at him. âYes, I really enjoyed it.â His face lights up with joy. âReally?â âYes, really.â âWould you like.. you knowâŠtrain with meâŠ. Or Nate if you want more often?â He was cracking his fingers, looking nervous. âI would love too, you really made me enjoy bjj.â He looks down at his hands, a smile creeping on his face. âGood, I liked it too.â I giggled and looked at my hands. âDo you want to grab some lunch with me?â I felt my stomach rumbling. âYes, Iâm hungry.â We both laughed and stood up. âLetâs get some food then.â

This is a Five x OC fic I made about a year ago. I had plans to make this a book but I only wrote the first chapter. If you look at my old post about The Orchard Academy this is where it takes place.
If you read this cool! Feedback is always appreciated!
Enjoy! â€ïž - Mads
----------
With a flash of blue, fierce roar and a tumble, Harriette finds herself in a familiar place. Too familiar. So familar in fact that being away for nearly Forty Five years she could still remember the distinct smell of apple wood and sweet grass of the place she once called home.
The Orchard
Hitting the ground with a thump and a groan, she stands in stupor and uneasy alarm. This wasn't the plan, not at all. Where is the court yard? The old statue of Number Six? Where was her Husband? Something is not right.
"Five."
The question ran meek. Small and unfathomable.
"Five!?" She rang again. Shouting.
No response.
Stomping the ground in pathetic burst of anger and frustration she is livid. Hungry and Alone. This wasn't supposed to happen.
"Shit" she said in a whisper.
Knowing the area fairly well she makes her way to the building at the end of the expansive rows of Lodi's. She reaches for an apple, stumbling as she does so. Twisting it at it's stem and yanking in a downward motion, the same way her mother had taught her.
With smalls strides and a scowl on her features she makes her way to the large structure in the distance, thoroughly enjoying the apple. The taste of home.
The building was rather large. Big enough to very comfortably house two to three large families. Recent inhabitants of this house for the past thirty years or so only consistent of eleven people total, making very comfortable living spaces for all them.
The courtyard she had entered consisted of a few things. An old fountain with an intricate design of a apple tree as it's center peice, some rose bushes that were in dire need of a trim and concrete benches sitting at their respectful places. Must not we forget the marvelous statue of Mistress Fiona McClancy II standing oh so methodically right in the middle of the courtyard. Pieces of it had begun to chip, the left pinky had begun to tear away.
It's glory days had forgotten it and took the shimmer it once had. Harriette could remember the times where she and her siblings would come down at the crack of dawn just to see the sunrise climbing over the tops of the Apple trees. The courtyard held a magnificent view.
Walking through the place of a time long forgotten she makes her way to the French doors that lead into the foyer. The kitchenette on the side looked the same from when she last saw it. Nothing had changed. Rounding the corner into the main part of the house held a grand staircase leading to the first, second, and third floor of the house. The old banister of the balcony floors also had a grey hue, seemingly from the dust.
Slow strides to the grand staircase taking her time. A creak sounding from above makes her stop in her tracks. Alarmed by the sudden noise, she stops. All of her limbs have succomed to the freezing unerve the noise had brought.
"KeeYAAA!!!!!"
With a shout from her attacker and a wack from something hard, Harriette was knocked to the ground. Hitting her head on the hardwood floor.
Opening her eyes, she sees an old friend getting ready for another hit. Eyes blown wide, she dodged out of the way. Chuckling at the irony of the situation.
"Woah Woah Woah! Hold on! It's me!" The blonde said at a rapid pace.
"Who are you!? Why are you here!?" Cried out the old brown tabby tabaxi. Yellow eyes ready to kill, and ears pinned back in fury.
"It's nice to see you too Keva" Harriette said with sarcasm.
Keva pushed her glasses back on her short nose to get a better look. Realizing her mistake Keva dropped the very large mirror that she was about to murder the intruder with.
"Harriette?"
"That's the name!" Harriette said with a wide smile on her face. Enjoying the sight of her old caretaker. She still wore the same pleaded blous and dress pants.
"But how? You look so..." She paused. A look of question evedent on her face.
"Young"
"Well thank you! I try. I'm actually turning fif-"
"No seriously" She sounded concerned.
"You don't look any different from when you first disappeared"
"What?" Confused. Harriette looked into the mirror that Keva had dropped on the floor. Eyes blown wide. She took notice of her significantly younger appearance. The wrinkles were gone, her eyes were a brighter green, her white hair had turned to it's original dirty blonde and she was shorter. She was about fourty five years younger than she was a meer thirty minutes ago.
"Shit"

Ten years - Our Living Room then, now and what the future may hold
Our living room is the intersection of our home. If you want to go upstairs, you have to go through the living room. If you want to go out to Lodiâs room, my game room, the main floor bathroom or our guest bedroom, you have to go through the living room. And you enter the room from a whole other entrance entirely. About Agra
Agra is a city on the banks of the Yamuna waterway in the Indian province of Uttar Pradesh, around 230 kilometers (140 mi) south-east of the public capital New Delhi and 330 km west of the state capital Lucknow. With a populace of generally 1.6 million, Agra is the fourth-most crowded city in Uttar Pradesh and twenty-third most crowded city in India.
Agra's prominent verifiable period started during Sikandar Lodi's rule, yet the brilliant age of the city started with the Mughals. Agra was the preeminent city of the Indian subcontinent and the capital of the Mughal Domain under Mughal sovereigns Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jahangir and Shah Jahan. Under Mughal rule, Agra turned into a middle for learning, expressions, business, and religion, and saw the development of the Agra Stronghold, Sikandra and Agra's most valued landmark, the Taj Mahal, worked by Shah Jahan as a sepulcher for his #1 sovereign.

National Root Beer Float Day
Diet?  Not on August 6. Itâs National Root Beer Float Day, after all â a time  to enjoy one of the best beverage/dessert combos on the planet. On that  day, some even compete for root beer float greatness. It all started in  Colorado back in 1893. Frank J. Wisner was inspired. Surrounded by Cow  Mountain where his Cripple Creek Brewing Company was located, Wisner  came up with a novel idea. While mountain gazing, he didnât see  snow-covered peaks. Instead, Wisner envisioned scoops of ice cream  floating in root beer.  Crazy, right? So, today, enjoy the tallest,  fizziest root beer float you can find!
Note: Read on to find out how you can get a free A&W root beer today!
When is National Root Beer Float Day 2022?
The frothy beverage/dessert combo we all love is celebrated on National Root Beer Float Day on August 6.
History of National Root Beer Float Day
The  unique fusion of ice cream with root beer is unlike anything else. This  summertime delicacy has a history as rich as its texture and flavor!
Frank  J. Wisner, the owner of Coloradoâs Cripple Creek Brewing, is the person  to thank for creating the root beer float on August 19, 1893. The idea  behind this extraordinary innovation came to Wisner when he was looking  at the snowy peaks of Coloradoâs Cow Mountain that gave the illusion of  ice cream floating on a beverage. While staring out of the window of the  Cripple Creek Cow Mountain Gold Mining Company, Wisner thought the glow  of the full moon made the snow-capped mountains resemble ice cream.
The  following day, Wisner got to work combining vanilla ice cream with root  beer and calling the result the âBlack Cow Mountain.â The soda he had  used was Myers Avenue Red Root Beer. The root beer float was served to  his guests the very next day and became an instant hit. Children  shortened the word to âBlack Cow,â and today it is simply known as root  beer float.
National Root Beer Float Day timeline
1876 A pharmacist sells root beer commercially
Pharmacist Charles Elmer Hires debuts a commercial version of root beer at the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition.
1919 A&W has humble beginnings at a root beer stand
Ray Allen opens a root beer stand in Lodi, California, which would eventually become the A&W restaurant chain.
The 1920s Root beer turns into a fad
The popularity of non-alcoholic root beer explodes during Prohibition.
1960 The FDA bans a key root beer ingredient
The  FDA bans safrole, the aromatic oil that initially gave root beer its  distinctive flavor. The ingredient caused liver damage during animal  testing.
Traditions
Since  its creation, countless root beer floats have been enjoyed throughout  the world. The tradition of the day is to enjoy refreshing root beer  floats. The original recipe has evolved into many variations, each with  their own unique flavor, while retaining the original root beer float  texture.
Popular root beer floats that have become traditional  favorites include the Coke Float, Boston Cooler, Purple Cow, and the  Harry Potter-inspired Butterbeer.
National Root Beer Float Day By The Numbers
1876 â the year when root beer was invented 16 â the number of roots and herbs that root beer is made of. 3% â the percentage that root beer makes up in Americaâs soft drink market. 1960 â the year when a key ingredient of root beer, the sassafras root, was banned by the FDA. #1 â the ranking of A&W as the leading root beer brand in America.
National Root Beer Float Day Activities
Whip up your own root beer float
Conduct some root beer research
Throw a root beer party for adults
There's  no better way to celebrate National Root Beer Float Day than by  concocting your own root beer float. Grab a bottle of your favorite  brand of root beer, pour into a chilled glass and top off with a fresh  scoop of vanilla ice cream. Nice!
Now, this is the kind of research you can appreciate! The Root Beer Store sells  more than 100 brands and flavors of root beer. You can check out  customer reviews of all the root beers for sale and even order  mix-and-match bottles. Your local specialty liquor store may also have a  pretty good selection, so drink up!
Hard  root beer is blowing up! Clever brewers have come up with root beers  that include varying levels of alcohol. Invite the neighbors over for a  dessert party and imbibe on some root beer floats. But be careful, while  the root beer goes down fast and smooth, it'll eventually catch up with  you.
5 Reasons We Need A Root Beer Float, Like Right Now
Root root
The Philly float
The custard float is a definite thing
Why float when you can freeze?
The root beer float with a kick
Jeni's ice cream shops can double your pleasure with root beer floats made with root beer ice cream and Boylan root beer.
The  Franklin Fountain in Philadelphia creates authentic root beer floats  made with their own brand of root beer syrup and  ice cream.
Scooter's  Frozen Custard in Chicago offers a root beer float made with vanilla  custard, a refreshing twist on the standard float.
Instead of floating the ice cream on top of a glass of root beer, blend the two together to make a root beer freeze.
SpringHouse  restaurant in Alexander City, Alabama, serves up a bourbon float made  with Buffalo Trace bourbon, bourbon ice cream and a house-made root beer  syrup.
Why We Love National Root Beer Float Day
It's a perfect combination
Floats come in many varieties
It generates donations for a good charity
It  seems like such a simple recipe â root beer  in a tall, iced glass and  two scoops of vanilla ice cream.  But if you're trying to get beyond the  ordinary, then use extraordinary ingredients.  Select a frothy root  beer with a high sarsparilla content and loads of sweetness.  Add rich,  vanilla bean ice cream and get creative with your toppings.
The  Boston Cooler was invented in Detroit, of all places, and is made with  Vernor's ginger ale and vanilla ice cream. In many Asian eateries you  can order a Snow White, which is composed of vanilla ice cream and 7-Up  or Sprite. In Mexico, you can grab a Holado flotante, a combination of  cola and lemon sherbet.
On  National Root Beer Float Day, A&W Restaurants collects donations  for Disabled American Veterans, a charity that fights for better health  care benefits for America's injured heroes.  What a sweet idea!

(...)" MG Stephens ha pubblicato 25 libri, inclusi i romanzi Season at Coole e The Brooklyn Book of the Dead. Il 2022 segna il 50° anniversario della pubblicazione di Season at Coole per E.P. Dutton. Season at Coole, The Brooklyn Book of the Dead e Kid Coole costituiscono la Coole Trilogy.... #notizie #news #breakingnews #cronaca #politica #eventi #sport #moda Read the full article
