The artist in me loves these notes of folks' IOUs at The Stand. It's moving to see folks being .05 cents short when buying a dozen eggs and promising to drop off the balance (after their next pay check?). It really seems like a honor system has been building within the community. I can't imagine how our worlds might be different if we extend a similar sense of honor and trust outward.
