Pancit - Stir-fried rice noodles with chicken, green beans, cabbage, and carrots. Garnished with green onions and a lemon slice.

Tocino - Pan-fried sweet pork dish, garnished with green onions.

• Minimum of 2 weeks notice before the event.

• 15% event setup and serving fee.

• Payment due one week before the event.

• Cancellations can be made before payment.

• Catered events subject to availability.
