thinking abt  how X 'technically' isnt voiceless but basically still acts like a voiceless protagonist. a slate. something u write onto and then erase and do over. again and again. ayin's flashbacks his dialogue cut out. we do not get to know him. in ruina we only hear angela's side which further clouds our judgement of his character
