“You’re Mine Now”
Pairing: Aged!Up!Lo’ak x fem!omatikayan!reader
W/c: 2.5k (oops)
Warnings/content: MDNI, heavy smut, non-con, dacryphilia, innocence/corruption kink, possessive & rough Lo’ak, reader is a virgin, cream pie, (lmk if I missed any!)
A/n: this is for prompt 4 of Pandora’s Bloody Moon. I know Bia’s acc is deleted but @hidden-snow asked that we continue the event. So here ya go, ya filthy sluts 💖
Also credit to @sugarsong78 for creating the idea of the Blood Moon! ❤️
P.S. if any of you have watched the movie Fear with Mark Wahlberg and Reese Witherspoon— it’s kinda giving that whole psychopath vibe 🤭👀
Lo’ak had always had eyes for you. Sure, he got around and had his fair share of girls, but you made him unbelievably curious and he came to the conclusion that he needed to corrupt you before anyone else did, or he would never be satisfied.
Maybe it was because you were so untouchable. He was certain you were a virgin because he knew almost all the other guys have tried to sweet talk you and always end up failing, just like he did. He had thought he would have an advantage as the Olo’eyktan’s son but you still turned him down, much to his frustration.
It wasn’t that he was desperate for sex, he could easily hook up with many of the other omatikaya girls. But something about you always intrigued him and drew in his attention. Maybe it was the chase that he liked so much, the fact that you wouldn’t give into him made him want you more, like a challenge. He spent far too much time thinking about you and wanting to know more about you. He would talk to you and joke with you whenever he could, constantly trying to just earn a spot with you. There was even times he thought of you when he was fucking another girl so that he could finish. He was infatuated and wanted to have you and ruin you. He wanted to show you how good he can make you feel and watch you crumble over and over again though multiple orgasms until you were shaking from being overstimulated. He wanted to be the first. But how could he if you wouldn’t even give him the slightest chance?
Tonight was the night the Blood Moon would make its appearance; all Na’vi knew and many prepared themselves the best they could. A lot of families essentially locked themselves inside their houses and took sleeping medicine so that they wouldn’t be awake and outside roaming in their demon form.
On the other hand, a lot of Na’vi embraced this phenomenon. They thought of it as a natural way of life and it should be able to take its course through them for just one night of the year. Eywa made no mistakes to them, so surely there was a reason for this too.
Lo’ak was aware this was tonight and he made up his mind and had a plan in order. He was going to find you and have you, no matter what. And the scheming bastard was so clever that he already knew he was going to blame his shameful behavior on the Blood Moon’s effect on him, so that hopefully you would forgive him afterwards.
…
You on the other hand, were one who didn’t want to participate in this and you were going to take all the precautions to avoid everyone and the consequences. This wasn’t your first rodeo, you’ve done this before on this night each year and have been fine. Your process was to close off your entrance so one would come in and so the moonlight wouldn’t touch you and make you possessed. Once the Blood moonlight hit the Na’vi skin, it was game over.
To trap yourself in, years ago you had made a woven covering supported with wooden beams that covers where your opening to your hut is. It was still evening but you would rather be safe then sorry so you put it up and tied it securely to the sides of your hut to keep it in place.
Then you sat and waited and ate your dinner alone. Praying to Eywa nothing would happen to you tonight.
…
You lifted the covers on your cot to tuck yourself in, deciding to try and go ahead and go to sleep.
Your ear twitches as you hear a sound outside your living space, as if someone was walking up to your blocked-off entrance.
BANG, BANG, BANG.
Your heart dropped as you stared fearfully at your makeshift door being banged on repeatedly.
“YAWNEEEE!! ITS LOAKKK!!” He shouted loudly while still banging the door.
What in Eywa’s name? Lo’ak?? Yawne???
You were so shocked you didn’t speak, not knowing what to say and hoping maybe he’d go away. He wouldn’t be in his right mind right now.
The banging continued. “You gonna let me in??? Or do I have to break in myself??” He yelled while obnoxiously laughing.
“L-Lo’ak, please go away! I’m trying to sleep,” you tried to deny his request politely.
“Nahhh baby, why would I leave when I need you so bad?? Think I’ll dieee if I don’t get you!”
What the hell? This cannot be happening. Your heart was pounding and your hands were clammy in fear. He was literally insane right now.
Then he used all his strength which was heightened right now to shake and break your barrier down, snapping the ties loose and it fell forward with a thud in front of him.
Standing at the door, he instantly made eye contact with you sitting on your bed.
The sight of him was enough to make you nearly piss yourself. His skin was grey and his freckles were bright red, a much different look from his normal vibrant blue. But his eyes were the most horrific part; replacing the normal yellow tint, they were now red orbs glowing in the dark of the night. He smiled devilishly from ear to ear, flashing his even larger fangs and ran his tongue over his teeth like you were his delicious prey. He looked deranged, like a psycho.
“Hi, yawne,” he whispered eerily, still smiling and staring deep into your soul. It seemed to make him smile bigger seeing how terrified you looked trying to cower back onto the bed. You noticed the tent in his loincloth and tears started forming in your eyes. You knew another effect of the Blood Moon was heightened sexual urges.
“Lo’ak please!! Don’t do this!!” You begged.
He quietly stalked closer to you until he could kneel next to your bed. He was even scarier up close.
“Why not? I don’t think I can wait a second longer, baby,” he rubbed your leg and you jumped at the contact.
“I don’t want to!” You cried, warm tears cascading down your cheeks.
You looked into those eyes and didn’t see the Lo’ak you normally knew. No, he was possessed right now, of course it wasn’t really him.
He ran his calloused hand up your leg to cup your pussy through your cloth. You barely whimpered in both terror and sudden pleasure shooting up your spine as you continued crying.
He grinned more. He thought you looked so pretty when you cried.
He then moved your loincloth to the side to touch your bare cunt.
“You’re wet already. You may not want this but your pretty pussy is crying out for me,” he tried convincing you; and subconsciously himself.
He slid a finger inside you swiftly and watched your face intently for a reaction. You were trying so hard not to give him any reaction but you have never felt this before so the pleasure was an unknown feeling for you that you couldn’t control.
All you could do was stare at him as your chest heaved up and down, adjusting to the new stretch his long finger provided.
He pulled it back and slammed back in. A gasp slipped out of your mouth as your pussy fluttered, gripping him perfectly.
“Fuck, that little virgin pussy is sucking me in so tight. Don’t worry, I’ll stretch you out a bit before you have to take my cock,” Lo’ak said.
“Please stop,” you begged again and shook your head ‘no’, yet feeling betrayed by your body succumbing to the pleasure.
Your unwillingness seemed to only make him want you more. He was determined to make you take it and make you cum and feel good. By the end of it you were gonna like it, he promised himself in his mind.
“But you’re doing so good. I gotta claim you as mine now,” he stated plainly, as if that wasn’t a big deal nor required your consent.
He pumped his finger into you and you felt an unfamiliar tightening and gooey feeling in your lower stomach. It felt so good after the initial stretch. You tried to not moan but you couldn’t help it, so you threw your head back so you at least wouldn’t have to look at him. You spread your legs more without even thinking. He didn’t want to wait any longer to ravish you, and ruin you and your innocence.
He suddenly yanked your loincloth off and decided your top needed to go too so he ripped it off as well, leaving you on display for him.
He nearly drooled at the sight, you were like a fresh meal set out and prepared for him, all for his taking.
“Gonna make you cum first before I fuck you,” he told you.
He lowered his head to lick at your clit and continued pumping his single digit. The feeling of his rough tongue was something else, it was entirely foreign and nothing like you could’ve ever imagined. It was heavenly.
He then added another finger, assuming you were ready for it by the way your wetness coated his fingers and knuckles. Your sounds of pleasure tumbled from your lips and he savored every one of them like the sweetest song to his ears.
“Feels good, right?” He asked sensually.
You nodded your head and gave a whiny, pathetic “mhmm”
“Yeah I know it fucking does. Should’ve done this to you a long time ago”
Your brain didn’t register that he wanted to do this before now, too. Your adrenaline coursed through your veins and all your senses were heightened. So many unfamiliar feelings all at once and you had no choice but to lay and take it.
“I-It feels weird,” you panted “like I’m about to pee” your eyebrows scrunched up.
He laughed at your pure innocence, it filled him with so much pride and his ego swelled.
“That means you’re gonna cum. Poor girls never felt an orgasm before, huh?”
Your heart sped up faster and the pleasure increased more and more, rushing you towards the climax.
“You never even touched yourself? Really?”
You shook your head no, barely processing his words.
He made a noise almost like a growl. “Fuck, you’re driving me crazy. So fucking sweet and innocent, all for me to corrupt”
And just like that, you felt a release rush through you and taking over your body. You shook uncontrollably and yelled loudly, conquering your first ever orgasm. He kept licking and pumping to prolong it. It then turned into oversensitivity and you pushing his head away the best you could. He decided to be nice and let off you.
You panted and tried to come back down from it, exhausted already. He chuckled and smiled at you as he licked up all your mess off his face and hand. Your eyebrows were still crunched, but right now it was in confusion and horror at how nasty he was— that just seemed so dirty.
Without saying another word, he pulled down his loincloth to let his cock spring out. You looked at it in curiosity and fear.
“Never seen one of these before, have you?”
You weakly shook your head no, wondering how in the world that was supposed to go inside you?
He started jerking himself slowly and you watched him, frozen in your place. He didn’t take his eyes off you, those red eyes boring into your soul.
“Get on your hands and knees,” he roughly commanded, pointing at the floor in front of him.
You knew you had no choice but to obey, so you slowly and hesitantly did so.
“Good. Now arch that pretty back some”
You again did as he said, poking your ass out more for him.
“Mmmm. What a beautiful sight,” he spoke in awe and approval. He was checking out every part of you like this, staring mainly at your glistening, puffy cunt all eager and ready to be taken.
You were scared of him in his current state and trying to get this over with. You were sure he was gonna hurt you with his cock, judging by the size of him.
You heard him lower himself to his knees behind you and then felt his hand grab onto your hip. He lined himself up and you gasped when you felt his tip make contact with your hole.
“Gonna make you mine now. Your mind, body, and soul will be connected to me now. You never forget your first. And don’t worry, you’re gonna love this cock,” he said.
You weakly turned your head towards him and nodded, not wanting to anger him while he was like this. He could kill you right now if he wanted to.
“Beg for it”
“W-What?”
“I said fucking beg for it. Act like you want it.” He demanded harshly. “Good girls say please”
“Please, Lo’ak” you whimpered weakly.
He spanked your ass hard. “Say it like you mean it!”
“Please! Please! I need it!”
“Good girl,” he finally praised.
Shifting his hips forward, he pressed inside you. The stretch due to his thick girth was even better than he imagined. You were so warm and wet and tight for him.
You winced in pain at the stretch but honestly took it like a champ. You didn’t want to sound pathetically in pain because of him and let him win this.
“You feel so good,” he groaned deeply.
He started thrusting, setting a brutal pace. He was lost in the feeling, he had never felt a pussy this good.
You moaned and tried to cover your noise with your hand. You felt so full and his dick was reaching to where his fingers couldn’t get to. He pressed his back over you and grabbed under your jaw to bring your face next to his. This caused your back to arch more, your flesh smacking and getting louder and louder
“Taking it so well. Be a good girl and cum on my cock, will you?” He asked while tilting his head to look at your face, sloppily kissing your cheek.
You hummed and moaned, not really answering him. Your face was scrunched up and your eyes occasionally opened to look at the ceiling. You were caught up in your pleasure too and were losing all your thoughts.
Before you could register, the feeling came again and your orgasm ripped through you. You made a mess on his dick as your juices flowed out while you convulsed on his length.
“Fuck! That’s so hot,” Lo’ak grunted, watching your pussy cream on his cock. It was more than enough to make him finish too.
“Gonna fill you up now so you’ll smell like me and all the guys will know I claimed you for myself before they could”
His cum spurted inside you and painted your walls pearly white. You felt the warmness and the way everything got even more slippery as his dick was still fucking you, getting every last drop of cum out.
He finally slowed down and you slumped to the floor, absolutely exhausted.
“Good job yawne, I’m so proud of you,” he praised sweetly, quite contrary to the way he appeared— looking like a demon from a nightmare.
He rose up to go over and grab the boundary he broke through earlier. Your ears perked up and wondered what he was doing.
“Gotta make sure no one else wonders in here with us,” he answered your unspoken question.
“You’re mine now.”

Grovel Part 3
Pairing: Aged up Lo'ak x Fem Omatikaya Reader
Grovel Masterlist
Warnings: aged up characters, past cheating, angst, mentions of blood, trauma, nightmares, description of injuries and death, war flashbacks, fear, swearing, drinking, etc.
Summary: Lo'ak is everywhere all at once.
A/N: Sooo...a little unsure about how the writing quality of this turned out but I hope you enjoy anyways. oh also I really don't know how or why I made this chapter so long haha
“And that speech…” Talu paused to give a wistful sigh. Words were not necessary to convey how romantic she thought Lo’ak’s courting proposal was. “Sister I can only hope for the same from Neteyam soon.” The sparkling grin she threw your way proved to be anything but envious, cheeks tinting into a happy shade.
Your own returned smile was mediocre at best, fingers still running over the mysterious pieces of your new top. No, of your new courting gift. That would never stop feeling strange, especially knowing it had come from a man that you had written off as a memory so long ago. If Talu sensed your apprehension, she didn’t show it. Nothing could stop her giddy babbling as she went about straightening your shared kelku.
“I admit, I would not have guessed Lo’ak to be the first of the two to profess such feelings but then again this is my sister we are talking about.” Her eyes shined with pure admiration and love. “He would be a true skxawng to not tuck away his childish hesitations in favor of chasing such a gem.”
“Talu-” You go to reprimand her dramatics but it falls on deaf ears.
“And just think, with any luck our matings could coincide and then before you know it our children will be learning to hunt together. We could even create a connected kelku. I’ve seen a few families do it before!”
“Is that not a little much?”
Talu squealed, feet kicking like a small child. It was hard to cut off such ramblings when she was in this state. So truly disconnected from the judgments of others, letting her joy flow from her without reserve.
“It is like becoming sisters all over again. Double sisters even. Or…” She paused thoughtfully. “However you say it.”
“I don’t think there is such a term.” You muttered, tucking away the healing ointments into a basket. That sparkling top still lay across the floor of the marui. It had no place in your home, or at least you didn’t know where it would be. Even heaped across the floor it felt far too grand in this humble abode.
“How have you not tried it on?” Talu gasped, kneeling down to carefully collect the garment as if handling a rare gem. “Go on! It will look dazzling on you, I know it!”
You reared back, fingers twirling nervously away from where she offered it to you.
“I don’t know if I will.”
“Why not?” Talu’s head tilted to the side, tail dashing back and forth in anticipation. “Don’t worry about breaking it. I can help you get it on carefully.”
A small smile curved at her kind invitation but you no longer knew how else to respond to her new enthusiasm. You had no interest in explaining and consequently reliving the events of you and Lo’ak’s history but neither did you want her fantasy of your twinned mating to blow out of proportion.
“What I mean is I don’t know if I will wear it at all. Lo’ak’s courting…well…I don’t think I will accept.”
Her ears dropped immediately, eyes widening as her tail came to a halt. Talu didn’t wait for an explanation.
“I do not understand. Was his presentation not…sufficient?”
You were shaking her head before she even finished. Scrambling back down to your knees to meet her at eye level.
“No, of course it was but…I am not sure whether or not I would like to accept his courting in general. Lo’ak can be very…” You paused, searching for the right words that would get her desperate attention off of you while properly masking the past. “Annoying,” you finished lamely.
“Annoying?!” A laugh of disbelief coated the word. Her tail swooped up slightly and a spark of hope surfaced again. “By Eywa, what are you talking about?”
You knew it was the wrong choice of words the second they left your mouth. Hoping to conceal your heated blush you hastened back into straightening the room.
“What do you mean by that?” She rephrased.
“Well Lo’ak has always been a little headstrong and…loud…and….oh he always called me names and pulled at my tail-”
It was difficult to continue now with Talu’s rampant giggling filling the room.
“All of those reasons are from when you were children. Of course he was not great for the nerves, no boy was at that time, but it has been years.” Amusement danced in her eyes, that level of disappointment already washed away. It’s not as if you could blame her truthfully. Your reasoning was lacking at best.
“Give the male a chance to show he has changed. If his appearance is anything to go off of then we know at least one thing has changed-”
“Talu!” You hissed, chucking a woven blanket at her. Your sister’s laughter did not subside as it made contact and she dramatically rolled to the floor. Despite her suggestive joke you couldn’t help but find her joy contagious and before you knew it both of you were bursting at the seams until your stomachs ached.
“Lo’ak has his work cut out for him. It will take more than pretty words and a few tattoos to win my sister.” She finally spoke once you were starting to catch your breath. There was no mistaking the pride in her tone. “As it should be.” She reassured you, placing a hand atop her head before exiting the kelku.
Neteyam’s proposal came mere days later. You wondered if part of the rush was due to being upstaged by his brother but that theory was set to the side when you witnessed Lo’ak’s helping hand in the festivities. He had been the one to set off the glowing plants at the end of Neteyam’s speech, painting eclipse in a vibrant glow that washed over the smiling couple. And when Talu had given her joyful, yet contained, acceptance, Lo’ak had smiled at you from the bushes.
Gifts came pouring in left and right, your front doorstep littered with fresh kills, baskets, berries, and woven ornaments every other day. Each gift was specifically marked from each brother, obvious that neither wanted the credit for their work to be placed on their sibling. It was almost humorous were it not for the guilt you felt in disposing of your gifts hastily.
Talu had given you a fair share of glares when you had passed off the neat meals to some neighboring families or tied small trinkets into some of the little girl’s hair in the village. No one knew that they were from the youngest Sully son but Talu’s disapproval was enough to make you hesitate at times. And yet, that first beautiful garment remained draped over your table at home without being touched for days.
Despite her common persuading, Talu often brushed off your resistance as your way of playing hard to get. The looks she would exchange with Neteyam when Lo’ak was brought up had your intuition sparking. You wouldn’t put it past your older sister to conspire with the eldest Sully son in the ways of helping Lo’ak woo you.
Those suspicions were borderline confirmed as the gifts switched to very specific items and fruits that caught your fancy. One morning in particular you had woken up to your mouth watering at the smell of peanut butter coming from the entrance. Such a rare delicacy that the Sully’s had introduced you to so many years ago, your senses had become quickly attuned to its pull.
So you ate it.
Tucked away in the corner of the marui where you could shovel it into your mouth without judgment, but you had eaten it all the same. And as the last glob of strange texture stuck to your tongue it was becoming harder and harder to feel guilty for indulging in the pleasure.
So you stopped.
From then on out when the gifts came you sorted them into trinkets that would be shoved away and repurposed to treats you would allow yourself to enjoy. Lo’ak dropped off meals so often that it became almost unnecessary to join communal dinner. Although you would never admit it, you couldn’t resist the slowly cooked meat or even the fish that he had seasoned and prepared in such a unique way you could only associate it with him. All the same, you let yourself have it.
After all, if he wanted to waste his time hunting and foraging for your delight every day that was his prerogative. And what you did with those free offerings was yours.
A bitter part of you couldn’t help but feel satisfied by the constant effort he was putting in. Perhaps this is what he truly deserved after breaking your heart. He could race across the forest every day trying to win your affections without result and maybe that would finally teach him to handle people’s hearts more carefully.
In any case, this obsession would subside sooner or later and he would be chasing after another girl. Until then, it seemed logical to enjoy the splendors while you could.
However it became increasingly more difficult to avoid his presence as the gifts poured in, especially in the company of others. Some days it felt as if Lo’ak was everywhere all at once. Helping a clan member move into their marui, joining the afternoon hunting party, taking notes at his father’s meetings. The list went on and on. It was more than you expected for the youngest son of the Olo’eyktan to have.
And Lo’ak never missed a day. You never woke to an empty threshold and he never stopped averting his attention your way no matter the situation. Even if some days all he could afford was a loving gaze, one that made your stomach turn itself inside out.
Your fingertips had grown wrinkly under the river’s current as you continued to scrubs at the cloth viciously. So many to get through cleaning for the healer’s tent before you could sufficiently rest from today’s labors. Still…you remembered a time where it was worse. So much worse.
It was never too late to count your blessings.
“The orange would look good!”
Your ears perked, recognizing the voice although it had changed over the years. Sweet Tuktirey emerged from the treeline, her older brother in tow. It was difficult to wrap your mind around how much the girl had grown since the Sully’s departure. Where once skipped a tiny optimistic child of sunshine now bloomed a beautiful young woman on the precipice of adulthood. Still only a teenager, Tuk had seen more than most people should in their early years.
It was a relief to find that the trials of war failed to dim her light.
“I don’t need another one.” Lo’ak insisted.
Your scrubbing intensified but your breath held. Perhaps they wouldn’t see you.
“Just a small one right here.” Tuk halted her brother sternly before carefully selecting a stray braid to bring forward. “It would look so pretty!” She giggled and Lo’ak scoffed.
“Pretty? What type of vibe do you think I’m going for?” Hands on his hips and eyes narrowing it was still easy to see the glimmer of teasing there. It only made Tuk laugh harder.
“Whatever it is, it's too late to save you from it now.” The words barely left her lips before a shriek followed and she was racing away from her brother’s chase after her tail. The edges of your lips curved upwards. “Lo’ak!” She screeched, now trying to elbow her way out of his grasp.
They wrestled along the rocky shore until his younger sister was gasping for a truce. Dopey grins matched as the two finally broke away to collect themselves. Your eyes refused to be diligent as you kept forcing them back at your task.
Their laughter died down suspiciously quick and through the gentle breeze you could just barely pick up on whispering. The weight of their attention bore down on you. The scrubbing picked up tenfold. There are still three rags left but maybe-
“Y/N!” Tuk called, practically skipping your direction. There was no hope in hiding now.
You flipped over in mock surprise, a warm grin naturally taking place as you saw her rush your way.
“Hi Tuk.” Infusing friendliness into your tone and body language you tried to keep your eyes pinned on the younger Na’vi and not her shadow that followed behind.
“What are you doing?” She immediately swooped in to kneel beside you.
“Tuk, don’t bother her.” Lo’ak called, gently jogging to catch up. His hair was down today, decorated braids swinging with every step.
“I’m not bothering her!” She shot back with a huff as he came to a halt before them. Lo’ak’s dark eyebrows dropped, giving his sister a doubtful look.
“She is fine.” You gave a firm assurance but purposefully veered your attention back at the sudsy rag. Otherwise you were sure to notice insignificant details like the return of his battle band and the way it gave a further optical illusion of his slim waist.
“Are these from grandmother’s tent?” Tuk gestured to the pile of rags.
“Just giving them a quick wash.”
“All by yourself?” Her surprise at such a thing warmed your heart, even more so as she reached to grab one of the rags.
“Oh no, Tuk. It is alright. I can manage.” Your concerns are quickly shushed as she swats your hand away. “I don’t want to make you late.”
From the look on Lo’ak’s face that is exactly what was going to happen. Whatever engagement they were currently going to was sure to be starting soon.
“Well…” She dropped the rag, pausing for a moment. “I can’t really stay long…”
“Do not worry.” You laughed softly, placing a hand on her arm but there was a flicker of mischief in her smile.
“But Lo’ak can help!” Within one yank to his arm she had her older brother falling to his knees.
“Oh no Tu-”
“He’s great at washing rags! Best in our family, actually.”
The bizarre lie almost had your panic melting into humor. You expected Lo’ak to intervene again but despite the roll of his eyes and reprimanding look shot Tuk’s way, he was already shifting to get comfortable and reach for the next rag.
“No, really.” You caught the rag from his fingertips and alongside it his gaze as well. Pools of gold studied you with a diligence that made your skin burn.
“I can walk myself the rest of the way.” Tuk happily chirped, rising to her feet. Ripping the cloth away you scrambled to gather the rest of the supplies. It didn’t help when two four-fingered hands gently helped you gather the mess silently.
“I appreciate it, Tuk, but I really should head back as well.”
Her shoulders dropped. Within a stride Lo’ak was in your space. Instinct almost had you reeling backwards before you realized it was to simply hand over the rest of the supplies.
“We can walk you.” He offered, voice warm and smooth like falling molasses.
“No thank you.” Two steps backwards and your lungs could finally fill with air not drenched in his essence.
“But you’ll be at the party tonight, right?” Tuk perked over his shoulder, eyes wide and already on her toes for an answer.
“Party?”
“More of a small get together, near the old shack.” Lo’ak corrected.
“Anything but small. There will be food and music and an excuse to dress up.” Her hairless brows wiggled, a glee that was intoxicating.
“I don’t know I-”
“Oh you can wear that new top! I’ve been dying to see it on someone! Lo’ak would barely let me look at it while he was making it, let alone try it on.” Supple lips formed into a pout.
“Okayyy,” He drawled, slinging an arm around her shoulders. Tuk shrunk under the weight, squirming as he began to pull her back. “I think you’ve bugged the poor woman enough.”
She hissed back at him, ducking under his arm to be released. A few comments shot between the two in English but Tuk reluctantly began to inch away.
“We do hope you can make it.” There those eyes were again, studying you for any change. Perhaps he was waiting to see if you would shout, run off, even raise a hand at him. If so, it would be a relief to see him finally catching on to his standing with you. “Call for me if you need help. I will come.”He promised and Tuk quickly ran up to wave goodbye.
Just as you thought the coast was clear, making your way upshore, footsteps came up fast. You turned and startled slightly to find Lo’ak so close again. He held something wrapped in leaves.
Lo’ak held it up with a half grin.
“Lunch, paskalin [honey].” Before you could shoot back your protests he had it tied to your bag strap and was jogging away. You watched his retreat longer that you would have cared to admit. Not your fault. Lo’ak had a way of catching you off guard. That’s all it was, you told yourself. It had nothing to do with the way sunlight danced across his shoulder blades.
Lo’ak made it seem like attending tonight’s party was optional. A stance that Talu clearly did not share as she braided small flowers into your hair. You could try to convince her otherwise, maybe even make up a lie but you knew better than to underestimate Talu’s ability to shackle you into social events. When she had an idea in her head nothing would sway her away.
Yet another reason your theory of her aiding the younger Sully son concerned you. Although you’d hate to believe it, it would surely only take witnessing a few of her conversations with Neteyam to confirm such meddling. And with how often Neteyam swept her away, there was simply too much time for scheming to take place.
“Don’t you think it is a little rude not to wear it?” Talu huffed, holding the sparkling top out to you. The same one a certain Sully had gifted.
“Seems more rude to give him false hope by wearing it.”
“Oh come now, you can’t seriously claim there is no hope for him to cling to.” Talu rolled her eyes, carefully turning each piece of the top so it laid in the right direction. When faced with your deadpanned expression she let out a sight, shoulders dropping. “I’m just saying it would match nicely with the flowers.”
“I’m wearing the purple vines.” You reiterated, eyes narrowing.
“Alright alright,” She carefully laid down the garment and turned to show her surrender. “Have it your way.”
It would be foolish to believe that her acceptance would be anything more than short lived. Bracing yourself for the night ahead you carefully dressed and began crafting a game plan. Anything that would keep Lo’ak off your back and therefore sail you through the party swiftly.
Tuk was right. This ‘small gathering’ was anything but intimate. While it was clear that not all clan members were not invited, it was obvious which demographic they were catering to. Almost every young single warrior, healer, and gatherer had shown up with dazzling garments and the motivation to whisk the night into a frenzy. Frankly it was surprising that Tuk’tirey was allowed at this party at all.
Then again, she came with three taller, older escorts flanking her sides.
You could practically feel Talu’s grin, although she strategically turned to hide it. She had a way with men that seemed to serve her well. Never reveal your cards too early.
It was a success for as far as you could tell because the future Olo’eyktan barely made out simple greetings as his eyes were drawn back to your sister like a moth to flame. It was starting to get uncomfortable. And although you couldn’t be more happy for your sister, it became clear that taking your turns around the gathering would serve you better.
The old shack was something you had never ventured to see. As children with the Sullys you had refused to get anywhere near it. Even now as it was almost entirely swallowed by Eywa’s forest and your friends served drinks from inside, it felt as if hallowed spirits still drifted through its ugly halls. There were too many memories held in that strange kelku. And while none of them were yours, the familiar RDA symbols had it feeling all too personal.
Steering away from the looming structure you found solace in a circle of young females. Most were warriors that you had little interaction with but you had spent enough time Penyau in the healer’s tent to consider her a friend, so her presence was sufficient. You were only half listening as the topic flowed from upcoming gatherings to new gems found in the nears caves. Nothing that you were interested in chiming in on but the circle of females were your armor against Lo’ak. And that’s all that mattered.
At least, that is what you assumed until a finger was tapping you on the shoulder.
A flurry of golden eyes immediately snapped to the space behind you. It was clear who stood there even before you turned around.
“Good evening, sisters. Do I mind if I borrow Y/N for a moment?”
“More than a moment if you’d like.” One female responded with a suggestive smirk and that earned her a series of giggling laughter. It gave Lo’ak more than enough courage to lead you away.
Once out of their ear shot there was no more reason to play nice.
“Dinner.” Lo’ak said simply, gently handing over the leaf of meat.
His gentle expression was met with a scowl.
“I can get my own food, Lo’ak. I am in no need of being fed like a child.” Although, the food was currently being served inside of the shack and you would rather starve than set foot in there. However, that information was none of Lo’ak’s business.
“Of course you do not need it, paskalin.” His deep chuckle was accompanied by a smile that was far too resilient. “But I have committed to courting you and part of that is proving my ability to provide. So as far as I’m concerned I will treat you as if that responsibility has already fallen on my shoulders.”
“Well, it’s not.” Sharp words and a quick shove had your hands empty once more. Although his tail drooped there was an indistinguishable flame of determination present in his countenance. This man was going to be the death of you. “And I’m not hungry.”
“Too full from the peanut butter?” He guessed with a crooked smile. It cracked your composure for a split second. Both of those dark eyebrows raised. They taunted you because one way or another Lo’ak had come to figure out the truth and he knew there was no way to refute it.
Jaw clenched and arms crossed, your eyes flashed back with that same fervent challenge. Even as that handsome face threatened to melt you into a puddle you held your ground. How arrogant could he be to still dare showing his face at you like this after everything? Those white teeth on display as if he had won the prize. Beaded braids pulled up into a neat bun to show off his defined shoulders and chest like a true whore. Wearing that frayed tewng that danced like true seduction in the wind as if he would be getting anything close to lucky tonight.
It was baffling to try and understand where he got such nerve.
“Well if you are so persistent on making yourself useful then maybe you should shift your efforts towards getting me a drink instead.” It wasn’t often that you partook in strong drink. The idea often felt childish and pointless. Tonight however….tonight it sounded like an Eywa-send in getting through these interactions.
Anything that would soar you through this nightmare would be welcomed with open arms.
“Of course, tanhi.” Lo’ak shook his head with a fond grin.
Before he could depart however, you caught his arm. He halted immediately.
“From there.” You pointed towards the furthest corner of the shack. A small gaggle of Na’vi were sprawled out across the floor in giggling fits. It was clear from the look in their eyes that not a single worry could fall upon them. Their drink was strong, no doubt about it.
“You don’t want that.”
“And how do you know?”
Lo’ak set the food down to mimic your stance, arms flexed as they crossed.
“That shit will knock you into next week.”
“And you somehow know that is what I don’t like?” You challenged. “Who's to say I don’t drink it on the regular? Unless you somehow had ways of stalking me all the way from Awa’atlu.”
You expected him to sigh and admit defeat with reluctance. Maybe throw in a few claims to battle your own but Lo’ak was never one to meet your expectations. He took two strides forward. He had no right to invade your space but somehow the idea of stepping back looked like defeat.
“That, paskalin, is from Awa’atlu. I should know because I brought it. And I will tell you honestly that pxir [type of alcohol] is nothing like the sweet drinks we make here. It is mostly drunk by men two times your size.” Lo’ak tucked a curl behind your ear. “It will fuck you up.”
It was not the first time Lo’ak had your teeth grinding to the point of your jaw aching, and you feared it would neither be the last. Even as children he had a way of getting under your skin, tugging at your hair, making teasing comments that had you hissing back at him. That special skill had not been lost, but now…now you knew how to deal with cocky Sully men.
“I don’t remember asking for the lineage, skxawng.” Your nimble fingers drew your thick hair over one shoulder. “But if you don’t want to get it for me, I’m sure I could find another capable suitor that will.”
To his credit, Lo’ak’s mask stayed in place. It was the rising of his shoulders that gave away your success. A deep breath was drawn into his lung and that smile waivered like grinding gears that had grown rusty. It shifted into something resembling more of a sarcastic grin.
“Fine.” He huffed, his show of pearly whites demonstrating anything but joy. “Have it your way, tanhi.”
You let out a breath you didn’t know you were holding when he went to retrieve a share of pxir. He couldn’t return soon enough. If you had to endure his intoxicating scent and teasing grin for one more moment without aid, the night would end in violence. Lo’ak kept his own small bowl of drink after handing you one.
He waited, watching you closely. Perhaps he thought you were going to back out. A small voice in your head said that it might have been best but it was too late to retreat now. So with the best mask of confidence you could muster, you held the bowl up in cheers and took a large gulp.
The taste was fowl!
Absolutely horrific as it seethed your throat with fire. How did any of the Metkayina chose such a drink in full consciousness? Lo’ak patted your back as you choked on the few remaining drops that had gone down the wrong tube. The gesture was quickly swatted away. Your own annoyance only rising as you looked down to see that he had already finished his bowl in silence.
“It’s a shock to the system I know…no Y/N don’t-”
Three more gulps and that scorching fire was settled in your stomach and the bowl empty. Your nose tingled like it was about to erupt as your eyes squeezed shut.
“Woah hey, easy there.”
“Another.” Your tone came out like gravel as you handed him the bowl.
“Uh yeah right.” He scoffed, taking it away. The liquid only spiked your courage, pushing you to face the male head on but then…it unfortunately had you sense of gravity shifting as well. Lo’ak quickly wrapped a securing arm around your waist as you stumbled a few steps. Shit, this stuff worked fast. “Here, eat something.”
He brought a piece of yerik meat to your lips and that made you squirm to get away.
“What do you think you’re doing?” You snipped.
“Pxir is worse on an empty stomach, trust me.”
“That easy huh?”
Lo’ak sighed, bringing the food down. “Okay I deserved that but-”
“I don’t want your food, Lo’ak.” There was still enough coordination left to wiggle yourself out of his grasp and stomp to the other side of the gathering. In all fairness, the ground did move side to side with every step but you managed just the same.
Unfortunately, you couldn’t escape him even while dancing. Toruk Makto’s youngest son remained leaned against a tree on the outskirts, eyes pinned on you diligently. It felt as if you could never get a break from his weighted presence. Why was he not enjoying the party like everyone else? Was it really worth skipping out on getting drunk with old friends just to babysit you?
Walking, let alone dancing, was a struggle but you made a crooked path to him as fast as you could, one hand pushing against his chest. Lo’ak barely flinched.
“You’re watching me.” You accused him.
“First experience with Metkayina alcohol requires supervision.”
“And you have to do it from the shadows like a stalker?” Your words were already slurring together but it was hard to tell if that was how it sounded out loud or simply the distortions of your inhibited brain.
“I’d be more than happy to keep a closer eye on you but it seemed like you wanted space.” He shrugged, eyes darting to where you swayed back and forth.
“You’re right. I do.” One pointed finger stabbed at his chest with each word. Eywa, he was so warm.
His mouth opened to treat you to yet again his annoyingly low baritone but then….
“Your sister is calling you.”
Your claim had his brows raising before slowly turning around to look. It seemed that Eywa was on your side tonight after all because Tuktirey was in fact trying to get down one of her beaded chains from a high branch. How it got up there was a mystery to you but one that you had no interest in solving.
A forced breath puffed from his nose before he turned back towards you.
“Just,” His lips pressed into a thin line, ears tucking back. “Stay here. Eat something.” That leaf of meat was tucked into your hand before Lo’ak was stalking towards his younger sister.
As if.
You carelessly flung the leaf away, taking in this new breath of freedom. Eywa only knew where Talu was and conversing with the girls once more no longer seemed appealing but there was still one thing on your mind. The same thing that would erase all other thoughts and help you survive.
Lo’ak had taken his share of the pxir with him so you were forced to find your own means of acquiring some. Going into the old shack was still not on your agenda but surely you could think of some plan before getting there. And just like that an idea hit you.
Quite literally.
The male let out a small grunt as you incidentally knocked into him. Immediately strong arms were steadying you back into place with a half hearted laugh.
“Apologies, sister. Woah hey, you got it?” The male was tall and strong, a wall of muscle with a battle band meaning he must have been a warrior. His features held a flame of familiarity but you couldn’t recall his name. However, looking down at the bowl in his hand you realized he perfectly met your two requirements.
He wasn’t Lo’ak.
He had pxir.
“Irayo [thank you], I’m just a little…knocked off my axis.”
He had a pleasing smile. And his braids were shiny. A few clumsy bats of your lashes and the male was already rising to play the hero. He guided you carefully to a stump where you could sit, saying another quiet apology and offering his services.
“There isn’t anything I can do for you?” At first you figured he was nothing more than a sweet gentleman who somehow got his hands on the strong drink by luck. However, when your eyes locked with his you could see the faintest tremble of a smirk wanting to take place.
Not too well behaved after all.
Just what the doctor ordered.
“Well, I am a little thirsty.” You couldn’t quite remember what a seductive expression would look like and doing that while riding the line of innocence and suggestive was nothing more than a train wreck.
He wasn’t picky though.
Neither was his price high as he brought you bowl after bowl of strong drink. The two of you began to make games out of it. Seeing who could drink the fastest. Seeing who could still stand up straight. These little contests became funnier with every sip, although this mysterious man had size on his side and therefore started to smoke your ass at every game.
You couldn’t remember how you made it back to the dance floor. You weren’t even sure if you were doing anything more than swaying in place but it didn’t really matter when you had him to cling on to. The drinks kept coming even as your head grew heavy and eyes blurry until the scene was just pretty streaks of color. You couldn’t remember the last time you saw him take a sip but he never asked you to stop, making trip after trip for more.
A wave of victory washed over you upon spotting Lo’ak’s scowl from the sidelines. This was the perfect plan indeed. So perfect that you must not have been that drunk after all. You had the Sully boy off of your ass and a handsome male keeping you from falling down as you drank away the worries.
At some point in time you recalled heated voices coming from above. Another taller frame pressing against your opposite side until you are sandwiched. The heat of wandering hands. Your giggles that rang in your ears in such a funny way it had you laughing again.
It was warm. Oh so warm.
And his hair danced in the breeze beneath your fingertips, shells and beads clinking together.
And fragments…the night only existed in fragments.
Ones that trickled off into nothing.
The nightmare had come on fast. Like a strike from the sky then suddenly you were transported back into that heated tent. Blood spilled from seeping pools along the floor to small clumps that might just never come out from under your nails. Tendons and bone and metal balls. Things that were never meant to be together but time after time you were forced to dig out these demon bullets from warm bodies.
You hit the floor with a thud. Footsteps scrambled across the space.
The explosions continued in the background. Like fire in the sky that these demons had somehow figured out how to harness. And as you frantically stitched up a gushing wound you couldn’t help but wonder where it had hit. Who it had hit. Your work was getting messy. Not only from your shaking hands but the squirming of the man beneath you. His cries would never leave you.
Arms wrapped around you but they couldn’t stop your shaking. They couldn’t stop the endless line of battered bodies they came through the tent.
Rumble and crack, sounds that rattled in your chest the same way it shook the ground. You stopped looking at their faces, afraid of who you could see. Had you already stitched up a friend? A child? Your sister…no, she was on your left. She never spoke on these days, covered in blood up to her elbows.
How long had it been?
How much longer did you have to go?
Your fingertips were becoming slippery but you wouldn’t look to see what they were covered in. Not when another person was carried to your feet. Not when…not when those screams sound far too young to be more than a child.
No more.
No more no more no more no more.
Please no more!
“Mawey, tanhi. I’ve got you.”
Another crack. Another vibration. The lump in your throat was sure to be a sob but no one would hear you even if it were to bubble up. It would be drowned in the sea of anguish. Just the way no one would see your shaking hands through the mist of teary eyes. Your throat knotted. You couldn’t get oxygen through just in the same way the chest beneath your hands couldn’t. It heaved and heaved before halting.
His heart had stopped.
Would yours stop too?
It didn’t matter. There was no time to think about your own oxygen. Just keep going. Don’t stop. Never stop.
“Open your eyes, sevin, please. Open your eyes for me.”
And you were a coward for shifting away but how could they ask you to look? How could they expect you to see the carnage that was once your friends and family? How did war have a way of turning passionate souls into nothing more than fractured skin and bone? It was all you could see now.
Just blood.
And bone.
And your crooked stitches from cowardice hands.
“Y/N!”
In a snap you were met with a different view. A canopy of fabrics above, not the same as the healer’s tent. A firm chest pressed against your back and sweet words that resembled nothing of screams.
The explosions were here though. And each rumble of power was followed by a strike of light and that sharp rippling sound.
“Please.” You whispered.
“I know, I know. I’ve got you.” A voice soothed and you could only drown in the wetness along your cheeks. Rocked back and forth side to side but the explosions never stopped.
New sounds accompanied the first and it was only the throb in your throat that revealed it was your own sobs being let loose. Warm skin pressed against your forehead, lips that weren’t outlined in blood.
“It’s over.” The voice promised.
You wanted to tell the truth. To say that it would never be over. It could never be over. Not when the memory infiltrated every space in your mind, corrupting what little light was still there.
You didn’t have enough air to say it, however. Your own cries were what filled the night as the voice whispered soothing promises. Fingers ran through your hair and a heartbeat was beneath your cheek.
Your eyes gave out before the rumbling did.
The gentle sway was relaxing. The sound of rain doing even more to calm you slumber as you snuggled deeper into the soft blanket. Fingers grasping at the material, you breathed in the scent with eased contentment. The essence alone was enough to tempt you into falling right back asleep.
Perhaps you could stay here forever. Snuggled in your bed.
That way you would never have to open your eyes because doing so was sure to spin you off your axis. The pounding in your head could only be blamed on last night’s overindulgence but Talu hadn’t come to wake you up yet, so it was fine.
The branches of your top dug into your side upon turning over and you squirmed to shift it. Much less soft than the usual tops you wore to bed. Did you not change before falling asleep?
Sifting through your memory, however, all you could retrieve was the sound of a calm heart beat and a fresh fragrance that wrapped around you. The same one that filled your lungs from the blanket.
Your eyes snapped open.
This was not your room. You could tell from the first glimpse at the overhead marui structure. And with one more inhale that essence led you to believe you knew exactly whose home you were in. Head aching and body feeling like it has the strength of a rag doll you slowly turned to observe your surroundings. With a cringe you held your breath. One look over had your apprehensions confirmed.
Sprawled out across the kelku floor on the opposite side of the space lay Lo’ak, sound asleep.
He had one arm tucked beneath his head with a small blanket thrown over his lap that barely covered anything. Long legs strewn messily along the woven floor, his soft lips were parted with just a whisper of breath passing. Glossy braids outlined his chiseled features into something softer. Something that had you turning away abruptly.
The action only rewarded you with a spinning room, lifting from all sense of reality as you tried not to hurl your guts on his floor. Taking deep breaths you eventually calmed your head and stomach enough to start thinking through your next course of action.
You hadn’t even attempted to stand up and it had already been a close call, so sneaking away gracefully seemed like an unlikely feat. Still…Lo’ak was asleep. And if his heavy breathing was anything to go by, he was well under.
Rain still trampled the scene outside but the thunder and lightning were gone, at least for now. Your eyes pinched shut, cheeks heating as you tried to to push away the memory of Lo’ak rocking you in his arms.
All the more reason to get out of here without having to interact.
Lo’ak’s groan made you freeze in place, one leg already reaching outside of the hammock. He shifted, propping one leg up before letting out a sigh. You prayed to Eywa he was a heavy sleeper.
It wouldn’t have mattered in the end, however, because when both feet were planted and you went to stand it only resulted in a collapsing with a screech that would have woken up the neighbors, let alone the male sleeping a few paces away.
Rushed footsteps sounded before two hands tried to help you back up.
“Hey, take it easy.” The tone of his voice had dropped to a rough rumble, thick with the last string of sleep.
You gulped.
Shoving him off was too much of an effort at this point and to your dismay it seemed that the only way back on your feet was to accept his help. He didn’t give you a chance to try running again, instead helping lift you back onto his bed. With a groan you threw your arm over your eyes.
It felt as if your head had been trampled beneath a Bone Helm Rhino’s feet.
“Lo’ak,” You said slowly. “What am I doing in your home? Or more specifically, in your bed?”
“You really should drink some water.” You could hear him shuffling, mostly likely going to get you some.
“Lo’ak.” Tongue wielded like a knife you took the little energy you had to muster up some remnants of intimidation.
He sighed.
“Don’t worry. Nothing like that happened last night. I promise.”
Despite your frustration, you believed him. Your clothes were still in tack and it appeared that Lo’ak had spent the entire night sleeping on his floor so you could take the bed. Another part of you was more frustrated by the gesture. He was being such a gentleman it was borderline sickening. Why couldn’t you be left alone to hate him in peace?
“Oh really?” You countered. “Then what did?”
Although you could feel his stare, the arm over your eyes added a false sense of protection from his intensity.
“Exactly what I said would happen. You got drunk off your ass and needed someone to take you home.”
Your arm dropped sharply, heating rushing to your face.
“And you thought that meant taking me to your home?” The sound of your own raging voice caused a ringing in your ears. Lo’ak remained unfazed, a leaf of water already waiting in his other hand.
“I would’ve walked you home tanhi but…” He cringed slightly.
“But what?” You pressed, eyes narrowing.
“Well it was my horny brother that would have kept you up all night so I figured it was my responsibility to help you find some place more…comfortable.”
Your nose scrunched. So many tiny pieces of information yet nothing was coming together to create a true picture of what had been your prior night’s experience.
“He stayed over?” It shouldn’t have surprised you. Talu and Neteyam were progressing at such a fast rate you sometimes wondered if mating was only a few weeks away. Staying the night was only bound to happen before then, especially with those secretive looks that you were forced to witness.
“Still is.” Lo’ak urged the leaf forward, which you reluctantly accepted. Even the cool water burned your battered throat. “I didn’t want them waking you.”
“Sure.” You deadpanned.
“He is not the quietest-”
“Ew! Lo’ak, I don’t want to hear about that.” You reeled back, desperately trying to erase invading images of your sister and the future Olo’eyktan as fast as possible. You loved your sister but hearing about her sex life was not on your list of priorities. A sentiment you wish she had in common with you but there were far too many times that she pushed for information on your end.
Lo’ak laughed and leaned back onto his haunches.
“Well neither do I but it’s information I am burdened with.” His fingers ran through his braids. “Shared a marui with him in Awa’atlu for far too long.” Lo’ak muttered.
“So it’s a good thing you’re here. Won’t have to witness it for yourself.” He patted your knee with a smile before rising to refill the water. You scowled at his back, amiss that he couldn’t properly see your disdain.
With the clouded sky it was difficult to tell how long you had been there but you were ready to suffer the physical strain of walking back in this horrid state if it meant avoiding addressing the elephant in the room.
“Well excuse me if I’m not quick to thank you but I really should be getting back now.”
He eyed you cautiously from across the room. Putting on a tough facade was difficult when your limbs would hardly coordinate as your head pounded relentlessly. You didn’t manage to swing your legs over the hammock again before Lo’ak had crossed the room and was handing you more water.
“One thing I know about Neteyam is that he likes to take his damn time. It’s going to be a while.”
“Oh please, all men claim that.” You scoffed, taking the water from his hands. “Surely even the walk back would be enough time.” You scoffed after downing the liquid.
“Tanhi, you are brutal.” Lo’ak said with an amused chuckle.
“No, I’m realistic.”
“Pessimistic.” He corrected, eyebrows raised in a challenge.
You tapped a finger against your chin as if in deep thought. “Hm let me guess, you are the great exception then? Your claim to a woman's pleasure being sincere for once.”
Those golden orbs darkened slightly, his tail swishing in a slow rhythm. “I don’t have to claim anything. Actions speak louder than words.”
That glimmer of mischief sparked just the same as it did when he was a child. However this time it held promises of things far less innocent. You wondered how many Metkayina women had fallen prey to that vibrant spark. His appeal was undeniable and yet another reason the sight of him made your blood boil.
When were you ever going to catch a break? Your racing heart could surely use one.
“Typical.” You scoffed, finally relenting to being trapped, flopping onto your back.
Lo’ak chuckled and rose, towering over where you laid. From this angle you could see far too much, every chiseled muscle in his body contrasted by the low light.
“Well if you ever want to examine the evidence up close yourself, I am at your beck and call.” He tucked one stray strand away from your forehead and retreated before you could reprimand him. Heat sparked down from your face until reaching your collarbones.
He was such an asshole. Thinking there would ever be a day where you would want that. You were not another doe eyed female he could win over. Even if your eyes strayed far too long as he began adjusting the waterproof fabrics to hang from the marui’s openings. That superficial attraction meant nothing but that you were in the prime mating season of your life. Hormones were a powerful force but not enough for you to forget what he had done.
If any other typical warrior were to take his place the effect would have surely been the same. In fact you remembered feeling that pull to another male last night.
Your tail curled around your thigh. What had happened to him? Flashes of dancing and drinking with the warrior were strong enough to be real but beyond that everything else was a blur. All you knew is that he was more than willing to bring you drink after drink.
Did he see you leave with Lo’ak at the end of the party? There may not have been any true long term interest for the male but you would still feel bad if running off with Lo’ak had snipped him in some way. Especially when getting further entangled with the Olo’eyktan’s youngest son was the last thing you desired.
When Lo’ak scaled the side support beam to flank down the next cover, you caught sight of scabbed marks along his knuckles.
“You hit him?!”
“What?” Lo’ak casted you a glance from where he hung from the beam, thighs flexed around the base to keep him in place.
A fiery glare was shot at his hand.
“Oh this,” He peeled the hand from the bar, casually using one arm to keep a grip. “Yeah I met your special friend last night.” The frown upon his lips showed that he had anything but fond memories of the interaction.
“What a character he is.” Lo’ak grumbled lowly, more so to himself than you.
Like lightning a flash of anger coursed through your veins. Clenched fists and wobbly legs scrambled to push you back into an upright position.
“Lo’ak te Suli Tsyeyk’itan you had no right!”
His legs unfurled and he hung from the bar with one hand, the other out in form of surrender.
“Now wait a minut-”
“You think that just because you want to court me that it puts me off the market for all other men? It’s not their fault that you are too stubborn to let me ignore you peacefully! So what now? Are you going to punch every male that looks in my direction?”
“That’s not what happened.”
“Can’t even handle the slightest bite of competition?”
His eyes narrowed, ears pinned backwards as he leveled you with a fierce stare. It was too late. You were on a roll.
Ignoring the swirling of the room you stomped over to him, finger poking aggressively into his chest as you spoke. “If you don’t like seeing me with other suitors then I suggest you skip to the inevitable outcome and find yourself another woman to annoy! Maybe she will take your constant nagging as a compliment.”
Your chest heaved from the effort, lungs filling with oxygen rapidly as silence fell. An eerie silence that made you shudder from the drafting wind. Lo’ak watched you, voice stoic of emotion before fixing the last flap and dropping to his feet with a thud. Towering over you like a shadow in the night, it was difficult to force yourself to keep from stepping back.
Two more steps and he was close enough to feel the heat of his skin.
“Napau is a crook and disgrace to the title he held. Any man that schemes to take advantage of a woman under strong drink against her will does not deserve to breathe the air Eywa gives. He is lucky that I only had time to get a few hits in.” Lo’ak’s voice dropped into a low register that burned with seething fire.
“He knows what will happen if he crosses my path again. Or Neteyam’s for that matter.” Dark promises whistled in his words, an intense sincerity that had your own nerves rattling. You could only imagine how Napau would have fared under that same intimidation last night.
And then Lo’ak was gone, calmly walking to the other side of kelku to secure the next flap.
A mixture of embarrassment, regret, and dread swirled in your chest. If what Lo’ak said was true then last night could have ended so much worse than it did. A million possible scenarios crammed themselves to the front of your mind until you could feel nausea settling in. During the party you couldn’t even remember Napau’s name and yet that was almost the man taking you to bed.
“You…You told Neteyam?”
“He saw enough to confirm the origin of my actions. Napau won’t bother you again, tanhi.” He didn’t turn to face you, pulling on the rope tight to keep the fabric in place.
“What does that mean?” A part of you was reluctant to ask but you needed to know what became of him and even more so what had almost become of you.
It seemed Lo’ak was even more reluctant than you to talk about it when his tail dropped and he let out a heavy sigh. He remained diligent in waterproofing the marui despite the heavy topic.
“It means he got off with more mercy than he deserved. As I said he was not worthy of the warrior title he held so that was remedied and now he knows better than to come within half a mile of you or me.”
“His title was revoked? How is that even possible? Without the proper authority-”
“Neteyam will be Olo’eyktan soon enough. One word to my father from him will be enough, trust me.” He peeked over his shoulder, watching the way your eyes ran from side to side as you processed the information. It was too much to sort in your hazy mind, too many emotions that couldn’t be felt separately.
Lo’ak softened.
Leaving the flap aside he made gentle steps in your direction, careful not to scare you away.
“Don’t let this weigh on you, tanhi. It has been solved.” Voice smooth and tender, it didn’t matter because it was clear your mind was somewhere else.
“What did he do exactly?”
That struck Lo’ak into a posture as stiff as a board. His tail froze and eyes melted back into that stormy gold color.
“I don’t want to talk about it.”
“Well I do.” You insisted, catching his arm when he went to turn. His whole body froze this time, eyes darting down to where you clasped his forearm. Lo’ak had grown tall, taller than most Na’vi thanks to his father’s Avatar genes. It therefore required your neck craning backward to stare up at him properly.
“I am grateful to Eywa that you do not have to remember such events.”
“But-”
“However, I can assure you that he got no further than a few unwanted kisses and squeezes before I stepped in.” Lo’ak stayed in place, no longer in a rush to fix the kelku as you let his words marinate. It was harder to feel the true wash of relief when your own shouts against the Sully son had been reframed into something more brutal. Apologizing felt like the last thing you wanted to do, especially since a part of you could not let go of your lingering anger towards him.
Lo’ak had saved you.
Why couldn’t you have saved yourself?
All because your stupid pride and spite towards the male had clouded your judgment into behaving foolishly. This is not who you were. Never before had you indulged in such reckless behavior and yet within the first couple weeks of the Sullys returning this is what Lo’ak got to see of you. What type of sorcery did his mere presence hold to shove you into madness?
Lightning struck from above, thunder falling far too quickly after.
Nails digging into Lo’ak’s arm, you watched the sky carefully through the front entrance.
“It bothers me too.”
His voice snapped you back to attention as hard as the crackling lightning.
“The storm.” He clarified, meeting your startled gaze with a soft composure. “The sound is all too…familiar.”
There were no further words needed to understand what he meant. The Sky Demon’s erupting fire had been relentless. Always taking. Always destroying. Crumbling your land before you in a matter of blinking. Awa’atlu no doubt had not been exempt from such cruelty.
“Should I feel sorry for you then?” The cycle of storm started up again and with the next crack of lightning your voice came out shakier than intended.
Lo’ak’s shoulders fell.
“No tanhi,” He sighed, pausing for a moment. “I’m not telling you this to gain your sympathy. I only want you to know that I would never judge you for feeling that fear too.” His eyes flickered down to where you still dug into his arm as the storm carried forward.
You quickly snapped away, taking a few steps back for measure. Veering your attention away from the entrance, you hoped the lack of visual would keep you from crumbling further in terror.
“I don’t want to talk about it.” You mumbled.
“And we don’t have to.”
Such a different tune than the one Lo’ak often sang but one look at his expression showed that he was not lying.
“But you know where I am if you ever do.” He gave a half smile and crossed to put the last flap over the entrance. You weren’t oblivious to the occasional glance he casted from the corner of his eye to check up on you.
Having the marui enclosed completely did aid in dampening your anxiety. It gave you a moment to look around and fully take in your surroundings. It had only been a few weeks since the Sullys had returned to the forest so you were surprised to see his living space so thoroughly crafted. Small candles lit a soft glow that seemed to fill the area with warmth.
Thinking of Lo’ak you would have expected his space to be covered with a messy floor and toppled gear but what you found was quite the contrary. Neat baskets held smaller household items while his weapons were securely kept in hanging shelves. Spears, bows, knives, and other Sky Demon weaponry. Your eyes were caught on the ominous guns before getting snapped away by the sound of thunder.
Your arms snaked around your own waist, willing your heart rate to slow.
Soft lips threatened to break beneath your sharp teeth. Although exhausted it felt as if your body was on a buzz, a vibration that would have you shattering to pieces.
“How do you deal with it?” The question sprung without thought.
“With what?” You had his attention now, his hands swiping at the rain covering his arms.
“The storm. If it bothers you so much, how do you manage?” Although initially embarrassed by your impromptu question it did help to shift the weight over to Lo’ak instead of you. Anything to avoid bringing up the way you had cried in his arms.
Lo’ak surprisingly lit up at the inquiry. A smile curved at his lips and the air of a secret you were not privy to filled his aura.
“I have a secret weapon.” He said proudly, motioning for you to follow him as he quickly dropped to his knees and shuffled through baskets. At the mention of weapons you were already hesitant, stiff as a board. However, for as far as you knew everything that could do harm was on the other side of his marui, so you slowly dropped to your knees beside him.
Lo’ak pulled out on those glowing squares that the scientists were always tapping on. You’d seen them many times in your trips to the outpost but never were interested in becoming familiar with it. This one was smaller, though. So small it fit in the palm of his hand. Then he pulled out another metal object that was an oval shape.
With a few taps on the tiny pad the oval began singing. You shuffled backwards, almost hitting the hammock behind, as if the small device would attack. When it made no other movement you relaxed and awkwardly crouched back into place. To his credit, Lo’ak tried to hide his laughter.
Sky Demon music is strange. So different from the lively drums that accompanied their ceremonies. From the foreign words to strange layers of sound it was always too overwhelming. But this song stood apart.
No language to throw you off but whistling of high and low that would meld into perfect harmony. Lo’ak watched as you creeped ever closer. Despite its soft essence the music gently floated over the sound of thunder and lightning until it felt like the only air filling the marui.
Your tail curled lazily along the floor. Hands bracing yourself forward you drank in every note and phrases that formed together. There was no way of predicting which message would sprout from one to the next but somehow it maintained that perfect fluidity. Like the roots of the trees that intertwined all greenery together, this song was its own habitat.
“Beautiful.” Lo’ak murmured, like a whisper of a secret.
“Beautiful.” You couldn’t help but agree, but when you looked up his eyes were only set on you. Warmth crackled through your veins.
He rose to his feet second after and you craned to look at him.
“I will go drag my brother out so you can go home. At least make sure he’s decent.” His right ear twitched as a glimmer of amusement snuck through. “But you are free to stay as long as you like.”
The rain was still coming down in sheets outside. When Lo’ak pushed the cover aside you could see another flash of light from the sky. He stepped out into the shower without hesitation, braids becoming shiny in the rain. For a moment you considered protesting, insisting that he wait until the storm had passed, but you feared the contradiction. Only a mere moment ago you were stumbling to return.
“Tanhi, you were right.” Lo’ak called over the pounding rain. “It did bother me to see you with him.”
There and gone within a flash. You were left to sit in his kelku with lips parted and head more dizzy than ever. Despite how much there was to unpack you allowed yourself to sink into the sweet melody. Curling up with the blanket that had fallen to the floor you decided that you didn’t have to go back, not just yet.
“Kaltxi [hello], traitor.” You huffed after breaching the entrance. There was no sight of Neteyam but you could still smell his specific essence in the air. Talu’s ears twitched up at the sound of your voice, pausing from where she was cleaning her room.
“Oh come on, don’t be like that.” She chastised you but a smile was already forming along her lips. She tugged the trunk from the corner quickly and sat down atop it. Elbows resting on her crossed legs and eyes shining with interest, her keen attitude was far too much for your hungover state to handle. “Tell me everything!”
“Where would you like me to start? Waking up today in another man’s bed? Or maybe I could tell the story from when you decided to toss me off to him so you could entertain a certain prince last night.” Your arms crossed and nose scrunched as you glared down at her.
Your agitation only increased when Talu let out a short laugh.
“Toss you off? Tsmuke [sister] I could not have pried you away from him last night.” Her correction was accompanied by her own body language mimicking yours, lips tempted into a playful smirk. It made your own countenance falter.
“What are you talking about?” Narrowed eyes pinned her into place but Talu already wore a giddy grin.
“I tried several times to take you home last night but you would not have it. You were glued to Lo’ak’s side, kept talking about how good he smelled.” Her smile only grew as fire burned into your cheeks. “He even offered to walk you home but it was you that insisted upon staying with him. You were absolutely smitten.” She giggled.
“I was absolutely drunk!” You hissed, tailing coiling around your own ankle. You ran your fingers through the root of your tangled hair, eyes squeezing shut in horror. This is not how Lo’ak had told the story. Why would he have spun it differently? “And you just let me fall all over him? Let him take me back to his place so you could fuck his older brother?!”
“Mawey tiyawn [calm down love],” She urged, voice far gentler than your own as she stood and tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. “Lo’ak promised nothing would happen and I believed him especially after…” That usual soft composure sharpened into something fierce. You knew exactly what she was remembering. You were confident that Talu would snap Napau in half herself were it not for Lo’ak getting their first. Despite her sweet and tempered demeanor your sister could be vicious once provoked. She had a protective streak that no one could dampen.
“Yes yes I know.” You groaned.
“So then you know that it’s all handled then. Neteyam is on his way to talk to Olo’eyktan right now.”
“Don’t remind me.” You spoke on an exhale, arms dropping to your side. This headache was never going to go away and now it had more ammunition to swirl it into chaos. Was it really as bad as Talu described? How were you ever going to face him again? And yet Lo’ak had not spoken of your clinging once.
“He was quite heroic.” Talu smiled, finger moving to start releasing the knots in your hair. “I thought after how scared you were with Napau that you would want to return home immediately but you melted so easily in Lo’ak’s arms. A few minutes of playing with his hair and you were happy as a clam.”
You covered your heated face, stomach twisting as you imagined the scene.
“Bury me ten feet under.” You whined, slumping into her arms. Talu shushed your worries, nimble fingers doing wonders for your chaotic hair.
“Oh now don’t be so dramatic. I’m sure Lo’ak would never hold it against you.”
And he didn’t. In fact, he went out of his way to spin another story with the omission of your embarrassing desires. Why would he do that? He had been given the perfect ammunition. The perfect proof that you were interested in him and yet he had done nothing with it? Threw it out before even utilizing it.
Surely there was some leverage to be gained after all of his courting to now find you falling all over him.
None of it made sense and perhaps the remnants of pxir were stronger than you anticipated. It seemed as if the world had been spun on its top. You were nowhere closer to unwinding this web now than you were a few hours ago so you might as well rest. With that in mind you unclasped yourself from Talu’s arms and told her you were going to lay down.
Hallway out the door way she stopped you.
“You aren’t mad, are you? Truly?” Her voice wavered with hesitation for the first time since your arrival. “It wasn’t my intention to bring him home but once you were in such good hands….well, the night was so perfect and-”
“It is fine.” You reassured her, hand lazily landing on her shoulder.
“Thank you.” Talu whispered, her eyes melting into a warm honey hue. You shrugged it off.
“I hope he was worth it.” You snorted but one look at the Talu’s sneaking grin and swatting tail told you so much more about their night of fun than you would have liked to know.
Thankfully the storm did not continue much longer. Rain continued to wash over the forest but thunder and lightning had taken its absence. It allowed you to fall head first into a deep sleep, although your dreams were riddled with passing memories. Glimpses of Lo’ak’s hands coming up to wipe away tears. The stretch of blue skin along his shoulder and throat that you snuggled into until his essence was clear. Even the deep rumble of soothing praise as you let yourself fall back into his chest.
Hours later a shuffling of footsteps by the door pulled you out of sleep. Feeling much stronger now, you slowly padded to the entrance with pinched brows. Lo’ak was already gone but another cooked meal was left in his place with a homemade umbrella perched atop to keep it dry.
You thought nothing of it, although begrudgingly grateful for something to fill your stomach. But then you saw something else neatly fold into a leaf, a note tucked at its side.
To keep the darkness away
-Lo’ak
And left behind were those two objects that had played such sweet music in his kelku. His secret weapon, now yours to wield.
Any and all feeback is appreciated! It makes a huge difference for motivation and updating<3

Hate Sex
Lo’ak x Fem!Na’vi!Reader
kinkmas masterlist
warnings: 18+ MDNI!, p in v, dubcon, mean lo’ak, very spoiled/bratty reader, one use of Y/n.
translations:
Lo’ak observed you from afar, his eyes narrowing at your disgusted face.
To him, it was like you always had a look of disgust on your face, that or smugness.
Eywa, he couldn’t stand you.
Golden girl, to everyone else.
To him? Spoiled brat.
Your eyes flickered over to him, making him tilt his head at you.
You dramatically roll your eyes, waving at him sarcastically.
It was his turn to have a look of disgust now, turning right back around and walking away.
Hours later, he’s approached by Neteyam, who had his face screwed up in something of anger.
“Bro, what the fuck is wrong with you?” Neteyam began, with a slap to the back of Lo’ak’s head
Neteyam was met with a hiss from his brother, whose eyes widened at him.
“What? What happened?” Lo’ak whipped around, his eyebrows furrowed as he looked at Neteyam
“Y/n said you were giving her dirty looks, you skxawng.” Neteyam whispered
“Oh my fuck-“ Lo’ak rolled his eyes “You’re so whipped for her.”
“No- That’s not the point. Why can’t you just leave her alone, Lo’ak?” Neteyam hissed
“Neteyam, she quite literally has you completely wrapped around her little finger, I’m surprised you can’t see that, of all people.” Lo’ak gave him a nasty look
“If you would actually take the time to even be around her, maybe you wouldn’t have a stick up your ass every time she comes around you.” Neteyam suggested
“I don’t have to like her.” Lo’ak seethed
“That’s no reason to be an asshole.” Neteyam shot back “You’re going to apologize to her, for everything, or I’m telling dad.”
Lo’ak rolled his eyes, Neteyam being upset was one thing, but their father? “Fine.”
“Now, Skxawng!” Neteyam pointed in the direction from where he came
Lo’ak pushed past Neteyam, grumbling about how you had him pussy whipped.
He found you soon after. Sitting down by a stream, your head thrown back with your eyes closed.
“Out here all alone?” His voice made you flinch, looking back to see him with his arms crossed
“What do you want?” You bitterly spit “What’s your problem with me?”
Lo’ak rolls his eyes, “You’re a spoiled bitch.”
“I’m not!” You whine, your head lolling down
“You are. And you’re so fucking dramatic! I glanced at you and you went and told on me to my fucking brother? The fuck is wrong with you?” He spat, squatting down next to you
“You’re the dramatic one.” You rolled your eyes, “And it’s not my fault Neteyam wants you to be a decent person.”
“So when you decided to talk about me with my brother, was that before or after you sucked his dick?” Lo’ak spat
You peeked up at him, a cocky smirk on your face. “You’re so cute when you’re mad.”
Without any warning, he’s taken you by your throat and you’re shoved flat against the ground.
You cry out, trying to pry his hands off of you. “Lo’ak! Let me go!” You choke out
“After you apologize.” He grunted, shoving your head into the mossy grass
“You’re so dead!” You whine “I’m gonna tell your fucking dad I swear to Eywa!” Tears slip from tour eyes
“Where’s the big and bad attitude now, huh?” Lo’ak smirked, using his free hand to wipe your tears
“Lo’ak, stop! I’m sorry!” You try to plead
“Nah, you’re not fuckin’ sorry.” He growled, squeezing your throat tighter
You cry out, “Lo’ak please!”
His grip loosens, his lips quirk up into a smirk as he watches the tears flood your eyes.
He lets go of your neck, taking you by the chin and pulling you up to face him.
“I hate you.” You spit at him
“Whatever you believe, princess.” He rolled his eyes
In a clash and messy mix of lips, teeth, tongues, and saliva, maybe you could call it a kiss.
His lips were hard against yours, practically trying to swallow your face as he ripped your loincloth off.
He pulls away roughly, his hand finding your throat and holding it tightly, “Tell me, did you suck my brother’s dick. Don’t fuckin’ lie to me.”
“Like I would tell you.” You laugh, a demeaning laugh.
His eyes darken, making your smile drop, you try to back away from him but somehow you also can’t move.
You sit there, trembling with fear as he towers over you, a cruel smirk playing on his lips. You can feel the hatred radiating off of him, directed towards you. But you can't move, can't run away. You're trapped in this room with him, and you know what's coming. You've seen the look in his eyes before, the same look that he has now as he grabs you roughly by the arm and pulls you towards him.
"You think you're so special, don't you?" He sneers, his grip on your arm tightening. "You think you can just walk around here like you own the place?"
You open your mouth to protest, but before you can speak, he slams his lips against yours in a brutal kiss. His tongue forces its way into your mouth, exploring every inch hungrily. You try to push him away, but he just laughs and tightens his hold on you. You can taste the anger and hatred on his lips, and it only fuels your fear.
His hands roam over your body, squeezing and groping roughly. You try to push him away again, but he just laughs and pins your arms above your head.
"I hate you," he growls, his hot breath tickling your ear. "And I'm going to show you just how much."
You can feel his arousal pressing against your stomach, and despite your fear and disgust, your body responds. You hate yourself for it, but you can't deny the desire that courses through you. He notices and smirks, knowing that he has the upper hand.
He runs his hands over your body, his touch rough and possessive. You feel like you're nothing but an object to him, something to be used and discarded.
He shoves you down into the ground, and you let out a cry as the impact jars your body. He doesn't waste any time, climbing on top of you and pulling your legs apart.
“Lo’ak, stop!” You struggle, but he's too strong, and you can feel the panic rising in your chest.
“Stop pretending like you don’t want it.” Lo’ak growled
He enters you with one hard thrust, and you gasp in pain. He doesn't give you a chance to adjust, instead setting a punishing pace as he pounds into you. You can feel every thrust deep in your core, and despite your fear and disgust, your body responds to the pleasure.
He grabs your hair and pulls your head back, forcing you to look him in the eye. You can see the hatred and anger burning in his gaze, and it only makes your fear and arousal heighten. He leans down to whisper in your ear, his voice dripping with venom.
"You're nothing," He snarls. "Just a worthless slut who deserves to be treated like this."
His words cut deep, and you can feel the tears prickling at the corners of your eyes. You don't want this, don't want him, but you're powerless to stop him. He's in control, and he knows it.
He continues to thrust into you with brutal force, and you can feel your body nearing its breaking point. Your mind is screaming for you to fight back, to get away from him, but your body betrays you as it responds to his touch.
You can feel the familiar coil of pleasure building in your stomach, and you try to fight it, not wanting to give him the satisfaction.
“You’re gonna cum for me, aren’t you? Such a nasty little slut, cumming in my cock like you’re in heat.” He degraded
“No!” You cry out a lie
But he's relentless, and with one final thrust, you shatter under him. Your body convulses with pleasure, and you can hear him laughing triumphantly above you.
“It’s my turn. This sweet little pussy is gonna make me cum right now.” He groaned “Gonna cum inside!”
Like it was instinct, your legs wrap around him, completely preventing him from pulling out even if he wanted to.
“Giving in? You want me to pump this pussy full of my cum, don’t you?” He grunted, and finally spilled into you
Tears stream down your face as his body collapses onto yours.
“You’re mine now, you hear me?” He growled into your ear, “And I’m gonna make sure of that.”
You two lay there for what feels like hours, tears streaming down your face as you try to process what just happened. You hate him, hate what he did to you, but a part of you can't help but feel a twisted sense of pleasure at the thought of his rough touch.

Rut cycle
Day 6
Continued from Day 1
Pairing: Lo’ak aged up x Fem omaticaya reader
Warnings: Dom Lo’ak, Sub reader, Neteyam Cheating/not caring reader is mated, P in V, slightly possesive Lo’ak, Angry Lo’ak, Scenting.
Word count: 765
Translation(s): Kelku -> Omaticaya home
A/N: Since y’all wanted a part 2, here it is😭 I’m sorry if it’s not that good
How could this have happened? As soon as you woke up you winced from the slight pain coming from between your legs. Lo’ak and you hadn’t slept together for awhile so he couldn’t have been him, could it?
As you were getting dressed, putting on your new loincloth and top that was decorated in beads and small flowers, the flaps of your kelku burst open with an angry looking Lo’ak walking towards you.
Your hairless brows furrowed “Lo-” “Save it!” He shouted, pushing you till you back was against the nearest wall “Why are you acting like this? I didn’t do anything!” You hissed.
Lo’ak chuckled but it didn’t sound like a good one, no- it sounded dark, his eyes gazed into yours, a hungry look in them as his tail swayed behind him.
“Do you think i’m stupid mamas? I saw him sneaking out of your kelku last night, you even still reek of him” he spat. Lo’ak was no fool, he saw his brother sneak out of your kelku as he was heading over, wanting to be near you since he couldn’t sleep.
Of course, when Lo’ak brought it up to Neteyam he completely denied it, stating he was at his girlfriends kelku sleeping. That just made Lo’ak furious, his own brother lying to him. So naturally he came to you next.
You shook your head “No Lo’ak, I swear I don’t know what happened. I was sleeping and if he did come in I didn’t hear him.” Lo’ak scoffed “Liar! First my own brother lies to me and now my mate.”
“Lo’ak I-” “Save it y/n” he huffed, releasing his hold on you and backing away before exiting the kelku. You were so confused but if Neteyam was here it would explain why you woke up with slight pain, sighing you walked out the kelku determined to find Neteyam and get some answers.
After about maybe 20 ish minutes you find him alone, laying underneath a tree sleeping. Quietly you made your way over, then once close enough you kicked him in his side.
Neteyam woke up yelping “Eywa y/n! What the fuck was that for?!” He seethed standing up, his left hand moving to rub his side.
“Oh I don’t know, lemme see” you stepped closer, stepping on his foot “Why don’t you explain to me why Lo’ak said he saw you sneak out of my kelku last night.”
He raised a hairless brow before shrugging “I simply took what was supposed to be mine that’s all.” Before you and Lo’ak mated, you were originally supposed to mate with Neteyam. Unfortunately you didn’t like him like that, his brother was the one who caught your eye.
So with you mated with Lo’ak, Neteyam was forced to mate with another. He never loved her though, sure he acted like he did but you were the only one he wanted. He didn’t give a fuck if you were his brothers mate.
“Neteyam I’ve told you many times, I do not like nor love you!” You hissed in frustration, why does he always have to ruin shit.
He smirked “How many times do I have to tell you that I do not care. I will take what is mine whenever I want to” slowly he reached out, placing his right hand on your cheek while the other went to the small of your back.
You rolled your eyes, pushing him away from you, “Stay away from me Neteyam, stop trying to ruin what I have with Lo’ak”
Neteyam held his hands up in surrender “No promises princess.”
The walk back to your kelku was short, but as soon as you walked inside, you were thrown onto the cot, clothes torn off, mouth gagged with Lo’aks fingers as he roughly thrusted into you.
His eyes were hooded, pupils were blown wide. You could also tell his scent had changed, it was more sweet and alluring. It was his rut-
Lo’ak groaned above you, loving how tight you felt around him. Your muffled moans and cries filled his ears, encouraging him to go harder.
You choked around his fingers as your fingers clawed at his sides, your tail coiling around his thigh. He hissed leaning down, still smelling his brother on you.
He nuzzled his face against your cheek and into the crook of your neck, trying to place his scent on you once more. “Your mine y/n, not that bastards, mine! Understand?” He growled out.
Too fucked out to answer, you simply nodded your head. Pleased, Lo’ak smiled “There’s my good girl.”

Wanna ride this naughty boy-Day 25 Lo'ak Sully
Prompt: Loak is naughty, so wanna ride him?
Pairing: Loak Sully x Fem!Avatar!Reader
Word Count: 950
Warnings: PiV sex, Cowgirl, riding, Nipple play, groaning and moaning, begging, soft!dom!reader, sub!Loak…
You were picking Berries in the forest for tonight’s annual dinner celebrating Toruk Makto and the end of fighting the sky people.
One of your best friends was The leaders son, Loak Sully.
Many people respected him here as he was the son of Jake Sully.
He was your favorite person in the whole world! He was always by your side and always complimented you.
You guys were inseparable and got along easily. Nothing ever tore you guys apart.
That's what Loak always thought when he tried to confess his feelings to you.
But it could never come out of his mouth, so instead of telling you, he'll show you.
The night was here and You and Loak were together as per usual with Neteyam and another girl.
"Yea and then I did this really cool flip off my Ikran." Loak boasts. You watched as Loak boasted and bragged to this girl and you had to endure her lovey dovey eyes towards him.
Ugh it made you absolutely sick. Neteyam watched as you stared her down with such jelousy.
"You ok?" He asks. His soft soothing voice bringing you out of your death stare trance.
"Hmm? Oh yea, I'm fine Teyam." You respond with a smile on your features.
Around the time you were smiling was the time Loak decided to look over.
Seeing you laugh and smile with his brother was a little heartbreaking.
He knew Neteyam was better than him and women always swooned over him because he was the oldest.
"Can we put a pin in this? I'll catch you later." He infact was not going to be talking to her again because tonight was the night he would confess.
"Can I talk to you? Meet me at the Tree of Voices in 5 minutes." He says hurriedly before rushing off deep into the forest.
The booming of Navi music far behind him as he sprints and makes his way towards the Tree.
You part ways with Neteyam and make your way towards the Tree to go meet Loak.
When you see his figure pacing back and forth under the tree you let out a tiny giggle.
His ears twitch at the sound of your laughter and he looks around for you.
When you emerge from the shadows he smiles so wide and brightly. "Hey." He says.
"Hey. What's up?" You ask curious as to why he brought you here. He fiddles with his fingers again and paces.
"Loak, you can calm down. It's just me." You say comfortingly.
"Yea, and that's the problem. It's you so I feel like I can't say it. Can't confess it." He mumbles.
Your eyebrows furrowed together and you looked saddened. "Loak, what's going on? You can tell me, I won't judge or hurt you! That's a promise. I swear on eywa."
He takes in a deep breath before walking up to you and holding your hand.
"I-I like you... no scratch that... I love you. I'm in love with you. Your my bestfriend and I was so scared to tell you because I assumed our friendship would be ruined. But if you like Neteyam than that's coo-"
He's interrupted by the feeling of your soft lips on his. He grabs your neck like a desperate schoolboy.
You push him down to the ground and straddle his waist. His glossy eyes tracing your glowing figure on top of him.
"You've been naughty Loak. Talking to other girls in front of me. Now I'm gonna be in control baby."
He whines. He seriously whined! You were so in control now. You untie his loincloth and pull it off.
You begin untying your top and loincloth as well. You feel Loak's precum dripping on your fingers making them all sticky.
You keep eye contact as you lick the precum off your fingers. You grab his cock and tease it in your entrance.
You soon slide down onto him when he squirms and writhes under you. You chuckle and it turns into a breathy moan.
"Oh s-shit." He whimpers. You fully slide down on him until his pelvis is flush with yours.
You moan at the feeling of pain and pleasure. 'He's so big' you thought. You proceed to rock your hips back and forth.
Loak's hands instantly shoot to your hips, groaning and moaning at the pleasurable feeling.
You begin bouncing on him when you've finally adjusted to him and Loak goes beserk!
He's not used to feeling this much pleasure. The tightness of your soaking pussy. The onl feeling close to this was his hand.
Loak knows he's not going to last long if you keep bouncing and grinding on him like this.
His grip on you waist gets tighter sure to leave a purple bruise on your blue skin.
"You gonna cum so soon Loak? hm?" You tease bouncing on him faster.
He nods his head furiously and reaches his hands to play and grope your breasts.
Watching them bounce was the best thing to look at. So plump and round.
He pinches and plays with your nipples. You moan feeling your orgasm approaching.
A few more bounces and grinding and it hits you like a wave. You shake and convulse as your orgasm rushes through you.
Your walls clenching his dick make his eyes roll back to his head and triggers his orgasm.
He quickly pulls you off him and jerks himself off. You watch as his cum spurts out of his tip.
You lick up the cum thats on the tip and his stomach. You hum in pleasure and smile at him.
You kiss his lips and lay on his chest. "I love you Loak."
"I love you more."

Aged!Up!Lo'ak Sully x female!navi!reader!
Lo'ak is 23 and Reader is 21
Warnings: losing virginity, some foreplay, soft Lo'ak, mentions of pain.
Summary: Y/n loses her virginity to Lo'ak
Sevin: pretty
Tanhì: star
Yawne: beloved
Your breath quickens as you feel Lo'aks hand slide up your body. "Is this okay?" Lo'ak asks softly, kissing your cheek as you nod your head. "I need to hear you say it beautiful" He says calmly. "Yes it's okay Lo" You tell him looking at him with such desire for him. Lo'ak begins kissing your neck, nibbling it gently earning a moan from you.
"Oh Lo'ak" You moan as you arched your back from the sensation of his lips on your neck. "Such a pretty girl" He praises as he starts to move your top off. You sit up and help him take your top off, revealing your perky breasts. Lo'ak bites his lips then looks at you waiting for your confirmation, which you immediately nod your head, feeling yourself get goosebumps in anticipation.
He leans forward and takes your left breast in his hand, massaging it and putting it in his mouth. His fangs grazing against your nipple making you gasp in surprise. "Mmm" Lo'ak moans against your breast as he fondled with your other breast in his hand, tweaking your nipple in between his fingers.
"Lo'ak please" You whined impatiently and he releases his mouth with a 'plop' sound and looks at you lovingly. "You're so needy for me aren't you my sevin tanhì" He says chuckling deeply and you nod your head fast. "I want to feel you, all of you" You tell him and he leans forward, kissing you passionately.
You lean back and he continues to lean forward, making you lay back down onto the hammock with him on top of you. Balancing on his forearm, his free hand reaches down and unties your loincloth then unties his loincloth. He breaks the kiss, leaving you yearning for more as he moves your loincloths to the side and you look down to see his thick cock dripping with precum.
Lo'ak notices your eyes widening from his size and he couldn't help but chuckle. "I promise it'll fit yawne" He reassures you and you look up at him nodding slowly. "Will it hurt?" You ask, starting to feel nervous since it was your first time. "It'll hurt at first but then it'll feel good" He says placing his hand on your face, rubbing his thumb along your cheek.
"Okay I'm ready" You say taking a deep breath and he nods before lining himself up along your folds, making sure to rub the tip on your folds to get you use to the feeling. "Here grab my hand" He said giving you his hand to hold which you grab then let your intertwined hands rest next to your head. Slowly, he thrusts inch by inch making sure to watch your face expressions.
You twisted your face in pain and tears began to pool in your eyes as you felt him continue to push himself into you. "How you holding up sevin?" He asks looking at you and you opened your eyes and give him a small smile. "I'm okay keep going" you assured him and he nods his head before continuing.
Once he was fully inside you, he stops and let's you get used to his size. You give him a short nods indicating that you were ready and you braced yourself for the pain of him moving to hit. He slowly slides in and out, taking his time, as he looks in your eyes for any signs of extreme pain or discomfort.
"Faster Lo" You moaned feeling pleasure run through your whole body. "Are you sure?" He asks, worried that he'll hurt you. "Yes I'm sure please go faster" You whimpered and he quickens his pace, closing his eyes from the pleasure he was feeling. "Fuck you're so tight babygirl, so tight just for me" He moans dropping his head in the crook of your neck as he squeezes your hand.
"Ah shit" You moan feeling a tiny pressure building in your stomach. "I feel a little pressure in my stomach Lo'ak" You tell him, worried that something might be wrong. He lifts his head up and smiles "That means you're close, just let it happened lovely" He assures you and you nod your head.
His thrusts start to become sloppy as he to was close. "Fuck I'm close baby" He groans as he starts to fuck you harder. "Fuck me Lo'ak oh god" You moaned and felt your stomach tighten before a feeling of release hit you. Lo'ak comes seconds after you and he uses his forearms to hold himself up so he didn't crush you.
"H-How was that" He says, out of breath and you smile grabbing his face in your hands and leaning up, giving him a gentle kiss. "It was perfect Lo'ak" You tell him and he smiles before leaning down, kissing you hard and passionately.
"Round 2?"

𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒚𝒂𝒎 𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆 ˚ ༘♡ ·˚ ₊˚ˑ༄ؘ
summary; neteyam didn’t know how head over heels he truly was for you - until he saw Ao’nung and his friends bullying you.
word count; 3.2k (really proud of this one! let me know what you think 🥹🩵💙)
THE BOND.
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
Neteyam knew he was going to have a difficult time adjusting to The Way Of Water. From the moment he landed his Ikran, the defensive stares he'd received from the clan had him bowing his head in shame.
He knew how bad his family looked - running away from a war and seeking uturu in a place with peace that wished to stay undisturbed.
He never talked badly about the treatment he and his family received, because he knew how big of a sacrifice they were making by letting them stay. And he was thankful.
But there was a certain part of him - a secretive, tucked away piece that desperately wished he could be treated the way he always wanted to be. Equally.
Not questioned in any way - or seen as something to avoid. That was how he wanted the clan to react. Not be put on a pedestal - like back at home, where the pressure to be perfect was crushing. And not stomped on - like some sort of a threat, something to be questioned and investigated when he had first arrived. A burden.
Oh how he hated the treatment. The glares he'd first received. The backhanded compliments from Ao'nung and his friends - boy's his own age. Even the Tsahik's comments had him up at night - tossing and turning as he wished - dreamt for things to go back the way they were. When it was just him and his family - peaceful and alone in their home.
He was walking on the sand when he first saw you. On a stroll during the night whilst his family slept - trying to clear his mind. A small movement in the water had caught his eye - and it was only natural for him to go and see what it was. He approached the water with careful steps, the bioluminescence of the underwater plants shining through as he peered down - looking for what had made movement underwater with furrowed brows. His eyes searched the water carefully - but he saw nothing.
Unbeknownst to him however, you had seen someone approach the water and swam behind one of the reefs easily. You gently lifted your head above the water, watching the boy search the sea with a curiosity you simply found adorable.
The way his brows were knitted together with confusion had you smiling - how his tail wagged expectedly behind him as your mind came up with the clever idea to play a harmless trick on your clan's guest.
Of course you had seen him around - but you had been watching from afar. Not letting him see you so you could take in the guests who'd come to your island without them noticing.
Your arms moved forward, pushing downward as you swam deep into the water - a simple maneuver to avoid any water at the surface moving and giving away your presence underneath.
He was leaning over the vines now, still positive he'd seen something as you finally made yourself visible - curls with the most colorful shells braided into them was one of the first things he saw as you met his eyes -
What an extraordinary shade they were.
You smirked, whispering a playful boo as those stunning eyes widened.
He was startled, stumbling backwards from pure surprise - you had caught him off guard, and the fact made you laugh.
He watched as you came out of the water - the act reminding him of a flower blooming with the way your beauty appeared when he'd least expected it.
The way you approached him was mesmerizing- your curls moving like waves when you walked. And the manner in which you moved your hands to do the gesture I see you had his clenched fists opening with a tender feeling too overwhelming.
He knew Eywa had heard him - knew she had given him something so special when he'd first seen your precious smile.
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
You were exceptionally good at making him nervous.
It was a feeling he'd been feeling a lot recently.
Like when the Tsahik would visit his family's Marui and ask how they were doing, her piercing eyes unwavering as Neteyam quieted instantly - his palms sweaty as he waited for the news. War had come. They had to leave - any of those seemed possible with the way her eyes seemed to ice over when she looked at them.
Mastering the Ilu was another thing he'd grown nervous of - watching even Lo'ak - his baby bro - whom he'd always needed to help, master it and already bond with the fellow clan members had him saddened. The disappointment was something suffocating as he struggled every single day.
But with you, his nervousness was something different
It was like a bird - fluttering and caged in his chest, wanting to break through and fly freely.
You became the one he would seek out every morning and night, his mind beginning to recognize the familiar path from his Marui to yours. He liked how your stare wasn't something accusing - but something curious. Your gentle questions soothed him - they were calm and kind and so sweet that his face would warm due to the thrilling sensation of your eyes staring into his.
There was something different about you from the rest of the clan - something he loved so much.
Your eyes were the darkest color he'd ever seen was what he'd quickly realized. They were not the same striking turquoise as the rest of the clan, but a deep hue of blue that reminded him of home. A shade so comforting to him, one that reminded him of the sky before eclipse. Of the plants back at home - of himself and everything he loved.
Maybe they should have been alarming - it would have been to anyone else who'd never seen such a color. But for him, it was different. He could never put it into words - but your eyes never made him uneasy.
Unexplainable, was what you'd told him when he'd asked you about them, it was a trait you were simply born with.
He wondered if you had yet realized that your eyes were the exact color of his skin.
You loved exploring the island too - you'd take him with you, showing Neteyam your favorite sights and your favorite treats to eat.
When you asked him about his life before - he didn't speak with the sadness he expected to come when talking about his home, but a feeling similar to bliss came as he imagined showing you the forest. Oh how you would adore the plants - the animals - and how well you would fit into his clan. Your heart would be something they would treasure. He imagined showing you everything he loved the same way you showed him the reef.
It did not take long for him to realize that you did not have friends.
He'd see you at dinner, sitting alone but seemingly pleased as you ate by yourself.
You were in your own little world was what he'd quickly realized - you'd watch the sky a lot and close your eyes, a content smile on your face was how he'd catch you many times. He wished to be with you - in whatever world you were in.
You were like his sister, Kiri - your connection to Eywa so deeply rooted, just like hers.
He worried he was interrupting your solitude at times- but he did not want to leave you alone.
When he asked if he was in fact distrusting your peace, you laughed - a sound that had him releasing a breath he didn't even know he was holding in.
No - he was not, in any form, disturbing your peace. You told him he was someone you looked forward to - and the fondness in your voice had him moving closer to you - where the two of you sat on rocks nearby the ongoing clan having dinner
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
"You look forward to meeting me?"
The hesitation in his voice when he spoke was heartbreaking. He was looking at the water - avoiding your eyes. But they glistened in the moonlight, and you felt your heart break at the sight. You promised yourself to never see him so unsure of himself, to always show him how special he was. How special he was to you.
"Neteyam." You whispered
He turned, swallowing the lump in his throat as you smiled at him, unable to contain your affection for the Sully boy
"You are special. So special. I am beyond lucky Eywa has allowed our paths to cross. To me, you are my secret treasure." You teased as his familiar smile appeared - his sharp fangs peaking through as he looked at you.
"Funny. I thought the same way about you."
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
He did not know when he had fallen for you, but he knew he was too caught up and entangled in your little word to even realize.
Maybe it was when he saw you interacting with Tuk the first time. He'd been looking for you all morning - worried and sad by the fact that he simply could not find you for the life of him, only to hear your bubbly laugh - followed by his little sister’s as he found both of you swimming together
"Neteyam! I made a new friend!" Was what Tuk squealed
"Neteyam, how could you hide this adorable little girl from me for this long?" Was what you'd asked teasingly, Tuk's eyes round with love as she looked up at you with nothing but pure adoration from your kindness
Or maybe he realized his love for you when you gifted him his favorite accessory - a simple bracelet with a beautiful blue shell intertwined expertly between the thin vines - your cheeks pink and your laughter nervous as you handed him the gift. His cheeks were just as red as he stumbled over his words - thanking you over and over again as you looked at him with the same eyes he loved so much
He never took it off - never would.
Sometimes he thought it was when you'd first met - but he knows that even if it was, he only grew to love you more as the months went by.
But when did he grow so protective?
He knows what day that was.
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
Ao'nung had been persistent, annoying you to the point where you had simply stopped replying
"I mean, I knew you were a freak from the start - but betraying your own clan, hanging out with that Sully boy? I mean - that is just low." He laughed, his goons right behind them as they only encouraged his insults with their own rising laughter
Your head was down as you continued weaving the basket in front of you, not even raising your head to look at the crowd of boys around you
"Yea, why do you even hang out with him? Found someone as out of place as you? Didn't know you'd be so friendly with those half bloods - "
The way he'd spit his words out was what angered you the most
"Do not call them that." You finally snapped, Ao'nung was unable to stop himself from taking a step back from the look in your eyes
"You are wrong - I hope you know that Ao'nung." You seethed, eyes alight as the boy bared his teeth
" I can't believe you. You should just leave with them - I doubt anyone would miss you." He spat, hands clenched by his sides as you heard a voice
"Hey!"
It was a distant sound, but your brows furrowed with alarm as you watched Lo'ak approach - immediately standing in front of you with crossed arms
"Don't talk to her like that." He said firmly as you tried blinking away your surprise - of course he'd seen you and Neteyam together at times, but you'd only spoken to him on a few occasions. Your interactions were short - but sweet. You knew he'd taken a liking to you, but you never believed he was willing to stand up for you like this. You smiled, standing up to match his height as you hissed at Ao'nung's little crowd - the boys immediately moving back and mumbling something as Lo'ak laughed - turning back to you with a proud gleam in his eyes as you merely smiled back
Of course they felt threatened by you - some thought your silence and solitude was something dangerous, but you never felt the need to explain that this was just how you were. Talkative - but not with everyone.
"Familiarizing yourself with the whole family I see." Ao'nung barked as you merely shook your head, a frown on your face as you gently grabbed hold of Lo'ak's shoulder
"Come on, it is ok. We'll leave." You insisted gently
Normally, Lo'ak would've ignored a command like that and barged head first into the argument - but Lo'ak knew his brother - he'd never spend so much of his time with someone who wasn't worth listening to. And he knew you - though very little, you were someone he trusted.
Slowly, he nodded his head, shielding your body from the group with his own as he led you away from the crowd. Unfortunately, Ao'nung's hand found your arm as he tugged you back the second Lo'ak turned his head.
You stumbled back as Ao'nung practically growled at Lo'ak
"Think you can just take every person from this clan to mix with your dirty family?" He snapped, eyes alight as he stared at Lo'ak with nothing but hate - you were trying desperately to pull your arm out of his grasp as he tightened his grip.
"Ao'nung - let go." You pleaded as Lo'ak clenched his jaw, looking towards you and where Ao'nung's hands forcefully held you before shaking his head.
"Sorry, Y/n." Was all Lo'ak said as he moved forward to attack Ao'nung with a fury she believed no one could waver - all until she heard him.
No - no she did not hear him, she simply felt his presence. And his rage was not something to be reckoned with as he split the group apart with a menacing shove - knocking some boys over as they tripped from the force of his push - their yells of surprise were silenced as Neteyam stood in front of Ao'nung.
His lips were pulled back - fangs bared threateningly as Ao'nung's face fell
"Back. Off. Now." Neteyam hissed, standing in front of Y/n and Lo'ak - the younger Sully boy almost cowering behind Neteyam - never had they seen him so... enraged.
Ao'nung scoffed - but remained silent. Looking back and forth between the three in front of him before scowling - turning away, and walking off. His little friends were following the boy's footsteps only moments later - their yells of outrage ignored as Ao'nung merely walked away.
Neteyam turned around, his eyes concerned as he immediately reached for Y/n - his hands holding her shoulders as he looked into her eyes - looking for any sign of hurt or pain -
"Are you ok? Are you hurt?" He questioned - and Lo'ak watched you nod your head, whispering I'm fine repeatedly as Neteyam wrapped his arms around you the momet you confirmed you were ok
"It is fine. We are all fine." She reassured as Neteyam finally looked towards Lo'ak - who only stared back with wide eyes
He'd never seen Neteyam so upset before. And he'd never seen Neteyam so... protective. He'd covered Lo'ak's ass multiple times - but the way he'd approached Ao'nung had Lo'ak's own teeth clattering, feared for Ao'nung's safety - but sickeningly pleased by his brother's reaction.
"Thanks bro." He managed, giving Lo'ak a gentle smack on the back of his neck as the boy merely swatted his hands away with a laugh
"Don't touch me bro!" He said, a grin on his face which faltered as he turned towards Y/n with a gentleness in his eyes that Neteyam had not seen before.
"You ok?" He asked as Y/n smiled - moving forward and enveloping Lo'ak in her and Neteyam's hug - the trio now standing with arms all around each other as she laughed
"Fine! More than fine. Thank you, Lo'ak." She cooed, gently pinching the boy's cheek. He looked away, his blush evident and bright as he shrugged his shoulders, suddenly shy as he mumbled a quick no worries that had Neteyam laughing - this time, Y/n being the one to gently swat the back of Neteyam's neck for teasing the younger Sully boy.
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾
You were laying on the sand - the moonlight shining on you and outlining your figure.
He stood only a few meters away - his hands clutching the necklace in his hands as he watched you with the same nervousness fluttering in his chest.
Your head was tipped towards the sky - lips pulled into a content and peaceful smile - something he wished to never disturb.
And he wouldn't - but his favorite eyes peaked open, immediately catching him.
You never failed to feel his presence.
He laid down next to you, and you shifted your body to lay closer to him. His gift was tucked underneath the palm of his hand as the sound of the waves crashing against the shore filled the quiet.
He rested his head against yours, and you leaned your body into his as he gently grabbed your hand, moving your fingers and pointing them towards the sky.
"You know, my dad came from a star."
You listened quietly, your hand squeezing his and giving him the reassurance he needed to continue.
"That one - right there." He whispered, pointing towards the gleaming light as you followed where he’d moved your hand - staring at the faraway star he pointed to with a faint smile
"I have a feeling you are about to tell me something important." You whispered, and he looked back at you - stared right into those beautiful eyes as he grinned
"You know everything about me - but this, this is something I have not told you yet." He whispered back, sitting up as you followed his movements
"My dad tells me all the time about his love for my mother - I was talking to him yesterday about how he knew he loved her." He started, eyes gentle as his hands held the necklace behind his back - fingers running over the engravings he'd spent hours carving as you looked at him with the same curious glint in your eyes that he loved to see
"He said he did not know - he was spending too much time with her to notice how badly he had fallen in love. But - when he did realize, he said it was like her filling a hole in his heart he didn't even know he had." He breathed out - and you could feel your own heartbeat quicken as he moved his hands from behind his back to reveal the most beautiful necklace you would ever see.
"Y/n - you and I, we are made for each other. I know this. I feel it everyday - " He spoke - his voice breaking as he looked at you, tears brimming as you tried to calm yourself by taking a few breaths
"Be my mate, yawne." He whispered, his smile so bright and beautiful as you finally sobbed
"Neteyam - yes. Yes yes yes!"
He put the necklace around your neck - a courting gift - his finger tracing over your stripes as he clasped it - securing it before moving his hands to cradle your face.
He kissed you - sweet lips meeting yours.
"My sweet girl."

HATE YOU, LOVE YOU. aonung x fem! r
[ full masterlist ]
IN WHICH... Aonung has no future mate; as a last resort, he is set to marry the eldest Sully daughter. The only problem is that their hatred for each other runs deep.
Notes: Omatikaya! Sully! Reader, somewhat enemies to lovers (I tried), swearing, age isn’t mentioned but aonung + you are like mid/late teens, no use of y/n, oldest sister (same age as aonung but kiri and tuk and maybe lo’ak are younger than you), one bed trope, arranged marriage
—
You didn't like Aonung from the start. He was rude, egotistical, and overall an entirely unpleasant person to be around.
He could say the same about you. He had always had it out for you from day one. The moment you arrived with your family, Aonung had disliked you the most out of the bunch.
He always found Kiri strange and Lo’ak and Neteyam insufferable but you were the bane of his existence. He almost despised you. The way you walked, talked, and acted released an anger inside of him that felt foreign.
He watched as you strutted around in beautifully beaded loincloths, smiling at the boys who stumbled past you with awestruck expressions. They loved you, he did not.
"Are you sure it's not just jealousy?" Roxto uttered as Aonung's ears folded back at the mere sight of you.
Aonung scoffed, rolling his eyes. "Me? Jealous of her? No way." He scrunched up his nose. "She's a stupid tree hugger." Roxto's eyes darted from Aonung to stare at you. You were sending Aonung an angry glare after accidentally overhearing him.
"A tree hugger, Aonung? At least I don't accidentally swallow sea water every five minutes." You hissed, your thin tail swishing in fury. Aonung returned your glower. "Don't forget how I can easily beat you to a pulp."
Aonung especially hated how you always picked fights. You were nothing like Kiri and Neteyam, who were calm and tried to avoid conflict for their own good. Aonung theorised Lo'ak got his fighting spirit from you. Yet, as shameful as it was to admit, Aonung also knew you could and would beat him in every brawl. Your sharp tongue and quick reflexes always managed to cut him down to size every time.
You lifted a brow as you watched Aonung flex his hands to suppress his frustration at your words.
"You talk like a big boy, but we both know how that'll end." You poke his exposed chest, ears flicking in annoyance. You tilted your head, almost daring him to make another move.
He clenched his jaw, tongue running over his teeth. He knew he should have walked off the moment you approached him, but he didn't. He was regretting it now. You had a spark in your eyes, a telltale sign of you preparing to beat him into the ground.
"Is that a threat, skxawng?" Aonung stepped closer, staring down at you.
"Yeah, you scared?" You retorted with a smirk as your tail flicked in amusement.
Aonung sneered at you. The sight of your lips curved into a smirk did something to him. His pulse quickened, and he couldn't tell if it was because you made him angry or because your pretty face was so close to his.
"As if." Aonung jeered, quickly turning around. You watched him leave, disappointed he hadn't put up a bigger fight. Arguing with Aonung and seeing his shocked face at your quick insults were the highlight of your day.
“Y/N!” You heard Kiri call out for you. You glanced over your shoulder, waving at your sister. “Father is looking for you. I think it’s urgent.” You sighed, ears flopping.
“Coming.” You slowly drawled. The warm sand shifted under your feet as you turned. You fell into step with its Kiri, feeling her curious gaze burn into you.
“What were you two arguing about this time?” Kiri questioned. She could tell by the aggravated look on your face that you had recently spoken to Aonung.
“He’s an idiot.” You muttered, baring your fangs, “I don’t know how anyone can stand him.”
Kiri hummed, her lips curving into a teasing smile. “And yet you always find a way to talk to him.” You shot her a glare in response.
You saw your father, Jake Sully, standing at the entrance of your family pod, pacing back and forth. He lifted his head, looking a little more relieved to see you.
“Father.” You greeted him, looking around curiously. Your mother, Neytiri, stood in the corner of the pod but there was no sign of your two brothers and Tuk. You tilted your head.
“Good luck.” Kiri whispered in your ear. You whipped your head to face her, eyes wide.
“What?” You whispered, panic growing in your chest. Why was Kiri wishing you luck? Had you done something to anger your parents? They had grown used to your squabbles with Aonung to the point where they looked past it.
But you had not punched him, not gotten into any impulsive fights, or caused any trouble. So what could you have possible done?
Your racing thoughts were cut short when Tonowari cleared his throat. Your gaze shifted from him to his wife, Ronal, who stood beside him with her usual calm demeanour. It was Aonung, however, who caught your attention. He stood on the sidelines, equally as confused. Your lips immediately curled into an unimpressed sneer. He mirrored your look, folding his arms over his chest.
The silent exchange of glares were your normal routine now.
Tonowari clearing his throat snapped the two of you back to reality. He shared a brief look with Jake before ushering both you and his son inside the pod. Jake, Neytiri, and Ronal all stood in front of you while Tonowari remained behind, ensuring neither you nor Aonung had the faintest idea of making a run for it.
You and Aonung stood side by side, shoulders brushing. You would have immediately stepped away if it wasn’t for Tonowari keeping you firmly in place. His hand finally slipped off your shoulder as he walked to join Jake, Neytiri, and his mate.
You watched the four of them carefully, eyes narrowed.
“Aonung.” Tonowari addressed his son first, “You have yet to find a mate.” You turned your head to suppress your snickers.
“I don’t think he ever will.” You uttered, rolling your eyes. “And I don’t think I can help with whatever… love problems he’s dealing with.”
“Hush, daughter.” Neytiri snapped, “This is no joking matter.” Your ears straightened up at her harsh tone. She rarely ever spoke to you like that.
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Aonung lower his head to hide his mocking grin. Though, he received the same treatment.
“Do not smile, Aonung!” Ronal exclaimed.
You and Aonung locked eyes, wondering what you both had done to end up here. Your tail nervously swished and it took immense control to still it.
“We have been discovering this matter for weeks now. Jake Sully has made it clear that he has no intention of leaving so suddenly.” Tonowari finally spoke up again. “This decision has been carefully considered and, as a last resort, we must take it.”
Your stomach dropped as Tonowari’s gaze landed on you. It quickly flickered to Aonung, who immediately stiffened.
“Y/N.” Jake stepped forward. You tensed, feeling lightheaded all of a sudden. Your father’s expression was firm and you could tell he wasn’t exactly thrilled about the decision Tonowari was referring to. “Your mother and I have discussed it at lengths and we do not want to pressure you into such things but it must be done. For the good of both the Metkayina clan and our family, we have agreed that you two will become a mated pair.”
Your ears loudly ring as your heart almost came to a stop. You and Aonung? A mated pair? You could barely stand being in a five metre radius of each other. How could you be expected to share such proximity?
“Him?!” You exclaimed, pointing a finger at Aonung. “Could you not have chosen anybody else?!”
“Father, Mother, I cannot marry this tree hugger! She will kill me in my sleep!” Aonung shoved you away.
“You will learn to get along.” Ronal’s calm voice pierced the chaos.
“But I hate him!” You shouted, ears pinning against your head.
“And I hate her!” Aonung added, his eyes pleading for his parents to reconsider their choice.
“And that’s the way it’s meant to be!” You both screamed in unison.
Jake raised an eyebrow. “Well, based on that little in-sync thing you two have going on, you should get along just fine.”
Ronal shooed the two of you away so they could discuss private matters. You gladly left, relieved to be free of the suffocating atmosphere.
“This is all your fault.” Aonung hissed as he passed you. You loudly scoffed, reaching out a hand to tug on his tail.
“My fault? It’s your fault that you don’t have a mate! Now I have to consider a future with you of all people!” You pushed him aside, your slim tail slapping his leg to prove your point.
“Well, maybe if you didn’t fool my family into thinking you’re some kind of prissy princess then we wouldn’t be in this situation!” Aonung fired back.
“Oh, look at you. Using big words now. As if you’re any better. You treat other girls decently but when it comes to you, you look like you wanna drown me!”
You heard a quiet hiss slip past Aonung’s slips. “That’s putting it kindly. The things I’d actually do to you are much worse.”
You paused, looking over your shoulder with a disgusted face. Aonung immediately realized his mistake. “That sounded a little more sexual than I intended.” He muttered, “But you get my point!”
“I don’t speak buffoon, sorry.”
“Did you know about this?” He grasped your wrist, pulling you back. You groaned, turning so fast your braided hair almost hit you in the face.
“You think I’d be this angry if I knew? If I knew about the arrangement, I would have been long gone before they announced it to us! Now let go.” You attempted to pry your arm from out of Aonung’s grip but he didn’t falter. “I said let go, jerk!” Out of instinct, you slapped his face. Hard.
His grasp loosened and you were able to free your arm. “Weirdo.” You whispered under your breath as you stormed away. You let Aonung a fuming mess as he held a hand over his cheek. It was turning red from your harsh slap.
Aonung bared his teeth. You had slapped him. Out of everybody you could’ve have hit, you chose him. He watched your retreating figure, teeth clenched out of annoyance yet a blush still spread over his cheeks.
You made the mistake of telling Tsireya after not being able to find Kiri to confide in. Tsireya then told her Metkayina friends who shamelessly spread the gossip. After that, the word of your betrothal spread quickly. Aonung barely had time to return to his own friends before they patted him on the back and laughed.
“You tamed the wild Sully girl!” One exclaimed. Aonung deeply frowned.
“It’s not like I want her to be my mate anyway.” He grumbled. Both you and Aonung were stubborn and hard-headed, preferring to do tasks your own way instead of asking for help. Perhaps that was why the two of you always clashed; because you were too similar for your own good.
You didn’t show your face for the rest of the day. You were stuck in your family’s pod, arguing with your father and trying to change his mind. Your attempts were fruitless.
“I’m going for a walk.” You scoffed, quickly walking away. Nobody tried to stop you. Kiri called out your name but Neytiri gently hushed her.
“Let her clear her mind.” Neytiri uttered.
You wandered along the sandy shore of a nearby beach, tail lashing in fury and kicking up sand as your frustration bubbled up. You raked a hand through your long hair, the village lights getting fainter the further you walked. You picked up a rock, angrily hurling it into the cold ocean.
“Great, now you’re destroying our beaches. That was a sacred rock, you know.” Aonung’s presence behind you only made things worse.
You glared at him. “Cut the bullshit.” You kicked up a flurry of sand at him.
“I’m not joking. Maybe if you retrieve the rock, my parents will call off the deal.” Aonung watched in amusement as you actually slipped into the water, disappearing below the surface. You returned a moment later, the wet rock in your hand. Beads of water trickled down your exposed skin and your hair stuck uncomfortably to your face.
“Here.” You dropped the rock on his foot, grinning as he jumped.
“Ow! That hurt!”
“I know. It was supposed to.”
Aonung let out an exasperated sigh. He crossed his arms over his chest, his usual sign of annoyance. “You aren’t special, you know.” He muttered. You resisted the urge to roll your eyes at his words. His biting remarks meant nothing to you.
“Oh, what a shocking revelation. How did you come to such a conclusion?”
Confusion clouded Aonung’s face before he shook his head. “And you speak weirdly.”
“No. You’re just dumb.”
Aonung clicked his tongue. “I’m trying to be nice and you’re dropping rocks on me.”
“If that was you being nice, I’ll pass.”
The constant bickering reminded Aonung that no matter how hard the both of you tried, you just couldn’t see eye to eye.
There was a moment of silence. Aonung slowly shifted to stand beside you, keeping a respectable distance but close enough to see you out of the corner of his eye.
You were pretty, especially in the moonlight. The moon bathed your face in a soft glow, your freckles shining like the constellations spread out across the starry sky. Aonung’s gaze subtly travelled to the sharp curve of your jaw and the way your head was proudly tilted. Your long braids swayed in the gentle breeze.
Aonung glanced up at the dark sky, eyes trailing over the glittering stars before flickering back to your face. And yet, no star shone as brightly as the freckles dotting your cheeks.
Your beauty was infuriating. How could someone so alluring be so argumentative?
Realising he had been staring for far too long, Aonung quickly refocused on gaze on the sand below.
“You were staring.” You flatly said, ears tilting in amusement.
Aonung merely scoffed in reply, crossing his arms defensively. “In your dreams.”
The sound of the waves softly crashing against the shore was comforting as you slowly kneeled down. The usual harshness in your doe eyes was replaced with something gentle as you became suddenly enamoured by the seashells at your feet.
“How do you feel about the arrangement?” Aonung joined you on the ground with a heavy sigh. He leaned back, his arms supporting him, and stretched out his legs. You peered through your lashes, staring at him, before softly scoffing.
“Bullshit.” You whispered. “You should already have a mate by now. Why do you not?”
Aonung shrugged. “I don’t want anyone here. None of the girls appeal to me. They will simply love me to elevate their status.”
“You’re getting serious. Using big words.” For the first time in history, you smiled at Aonung. It was barely visible, the corners of your mouth barely twitched, but he saw it.
“I want someone who likes me for me. Who doesn’t care about my status.” Aonung’s hand sifted through the grains of sand before he glanced over to see what you were doing. He was taken aback when he locked eyes with you. You were still staring at him while fiddling with an intricate shell.
“How cute.” You replied. Aonung watched as you stood up, brushing the sand off your skin. “I must go now. My family will be wondering where I am.”
You didn’t bother saying good-bye to Aonung. The words would have felt bitter in your mouth. Aonung let you leave. He picked up the shell you had left behind, twirling it around in his hands.
The truce between you and Aonung didn’t last long. By the next day, you were back to your usual routine; arguing nonstop until one of you surrendered.
It was the afternoon when you were finally free of Aonung. You watched Ronal as she worked, occasionally pausing to explain steps to you. An important job of being Tsahik was healing and since Neteyam was always the first in line, you had never bothered to learn. You were second in line and confident you would not have to take over for Neteyam. You were organising herb leaves when Aonung stepped into the hut, a shallow jagged cut running across his shoulder. You halted your actions.
“Y/N.” Ronal beckoned you over with a simple call of your name. She instructed you to hold Aonung’s shoulder down but the moment your cold hands brushed against his skin, he hissed.
“I don’t want her touching me!” Aonung exclaimed, pushing your hands away.
“You two will be doing a lot more than touching when you are mated.” Ronal huffed, lightly slapping her son for his petty behaviour.
Aonung turned to give Ronal a horrified stare. “Mother!” He shouted. “You know I would never do such actions with a tree hugger!”
You loudly clicked his tongue, delivering a sharp jab to his cut. He yelped in pain. “Jerk.” You grumbled.
“Spoiled brat.” Aonung quickly replied.
You opened your mouth to retort but you were quickly silenced by Ronal. “Enough!” The Tsahik exclaimed, glaring at the both of you. “I do not care how you two get along but the fate of this clan is in your hands. Do not disappoint me.”
“She’s not even Metkayina.” Aonung mumbled, huffing. He winced as Ronal disinfected the cut on his shoulder.
“Metkayina or not, it has been decided. You will accept it.” She sent a firm look your way, “Both of you.” She quickly wrapped Aonung’s wound. “You are dismissed.” She said, turning to you. “Aonung, spend time with her. I do not need your petty rivalry getting in the way.”
Aonung frowned but he didn’t not have the courage to defy his mother. He quickly grabbed your wrist, pulling you out of the healing hut. “Where do you wanna go?” He muttered, uninterested.
You kicked his shin. “I don’t know. You’re the one dragging me.” Aonung didn’t reply. He simply tugged you towards whatever destination he had chosen in his mind and you merely followed him. “I’m really hoping you’re not a serial killer now.” You voiced as you followed him through the thick vegetation.
“I would have killed you first if I was.”
You rolled your eyes at his response but you couldn’t muffle your small laugh. At least he got your sense of humor. Aonung’s ears twitched at the sound of your light giggle, suddenly wishing he had heard it sooner. Maybe he would have stopped targeting you if he knew your laugh was so pretty.
He pushed past the last leaf to reveal an area of the beach you had never seen. You tilted your head, intrigued by the warm sand and the light of the sun reflecting off the clear water. Aonung finally let go of your wrist but you found yourself missing his touch more than you despised it. You pushed the thought to the back of your mind.
“I’ve never seen this area before.” You uttered, stepping forward. There were more seashells littering the ground and you eagerly crouched to glance at them. Aonung pretended not to pay you much attention as he stepped into the water, letting the ocean lap as his warm skin. He watched you from the corner of his eye as you grinned down at the shell you were holding.
“You like shells?” Aonung questioned, wondering why such a thing could make you look so happy. You lifted your head, nodding. You had never seen such things in the forest. It was all leaves, trees, and dirt. The sea shells were a delicate difference.
“I used to like acorns.” You said, showing Aonung a necklace that had a large acorn nut hanging over your chest. Aonung’s lips pulled into a thin line as he bit back a bitter comment.
“Strange.” Was all he said before turning his head. Your interest in acorns and shells was… odd, yet it was also a little cute to see your eyes sparkle over such simple trinkets. Aonung stiffened at his thoughts, quickly shaking his head to get rid of them. He looked back a moment later to find you gone.
He assumed you must have run off when he wasn’t paying attention but he felt something grasp his ankle. He didn’t have time to react before he was pulled down. When he swiftly resurfaced, he heard your quiet snickers.
“That was not very nice.” He groaned, taking a hand through his now wet hair. You merely shrugged, showing that you didn’t regret it one bit.
“Payback for the time you dragged me around with your ilu.”
Ah, Aonung had forgotten about that.
You lay on your stomach in the shallow water, body pressed up against the sand. The water engulfed you while your head perched above the surface, perfectly dry now.
As Aonung attempted to wring the water out of his hair, his gaze suddenly flickered to your face. He found himself noticing things he hadn’t before, like how the four most obvious freckles on the side of your face formed a square and the way a few strands of curled hair framed your face. He felt his breath hitch and he subconsciously took a step back.
“Ew, were you checking me out?” Of course, you had to ruin the moment with a loud scoff.
“As if.” Aonung growled, kicking droplets of water your way. In response, you grabbed a handful of wet sand, flinging it at his chest. You mockingly poked out your tongue at him, a gesture he had seen Kiri do often. Ah, so she got it from you.
“You’re making it very hard to be nice.” Aonung hissed. You almost laughed. Him? Being nice? The word nice wasn’t in his vocabulary.
“If that’s you being nice, I’d hate to see what mean looks like.” You teased. Aonung angrily huffed.
“The deal between our families isn’t off.” He grumbled, “So, we’re stuck together. You could at least try!”
“Hm. That’s the smartest thing you’ve said all day.”
Aonung dunked your face into the water as retaliation. You gasped, spitting out a mouthful of water. “Jerk!” You screamed at him.
“See! You aren’t even trying to be nice!”
“That’s because you shoved my head into the water, dumbass!”
Aonung sat himself beside you, a little too close for comfort. “Personally, I don’t want to be stuck with an angry mate.” His gaze raked over you. “My mother said compliments always work. So, uh… I like your hair?” His statement came out as more of a question. You stared at him, unimpressed. You quietly sighed.
“Fine.” You groaned. Your eyes flickered to him, searching for something to compliment him on. “I… um…” You clicked your tongue before pressing your lips into a thin line. Finally, you spoke up again. “I like your eyes.” You choked out.
“What do you like about my eyes?”
“That’s not fair. You didn’t describe why you like my hair.”
“I like it because it’s bouncy and no matter what you do with it, it’s always styled perfectly.”
You suppressed the urge to snarl at him. “Your eyes are blue.” You muttered, “I like blue. They are… different from the yellow eyes the Omatikaya possess. The blue matches the ocean and I like the ocean.”
You saw Aonung’s lips curve into a teasing smile. “See? That wasn’t so hard.”
“I feel like I’m going to be sick.”
You returned to your family pod tired. Trying to see eye to eye with Aonung was far more exhausting than anyone let on. It wasn’t only your personalities that clashed. He seemed to hate everything you loved.
You liked seashells. He did not.
You liked heights. He did not.
You liked a specific type of fruit. He despised it.
You were ready to collapse on your mattress but you halted when you saw your parents packing your things. “Uh… what’s going on?” Your asked, tail lashing. Neytiri simply smiled at you.
“I know this sudden… arrangement is hard on you, daughter. Kiri has offered to stay the night with you in a separate pod so you can gather your thoughts.” Your bag was shoved into your arms. You narrowed your eyes, a little suspicious, but you were too tired to argue.
“Okay.” You slowly said. “As long as I have somewhere to sleep, I don’t care.”
“It’s the one at the end of the village. Hurry now.” Neytiri quickly ushered you away. You sighed, lugging yourself towards the pod that sat a little isolated from the rest of the village.
“Kiri, I don’t see how this is supposed to help.” You groaned as you walked in, hearing loud rustling. Kiri must have arrived before you. But your gaze landed on someone who was definitely not Kiri.
“You’re not Tsireya.” Aonung sneered.
“And you’re not Kiri. What the fuck did you do this time?” You hissed.
“Tsireya told me she wanted a sleepover… I had to agree because I owed her a favor.”
“My mother told me Kiri would be sharing the pod with me.”
Suddenly, it clicked. The two of you had been tricked by your own family. You were thinking of storming back into the village but your mother wouldn’t be very pleased. You were already on thin ice for punching a Metkayina boy last week.
Begrudgingly, you dropped your heavy bag. “It’s only one night with you.” You muttered but it was more to reassure yourself. You looked at the only bed in the middle of the claustrophobic room. “I call dibs on the bed.” You jumped on it before Aonung could retort.
“Well, I’m not sleeping on the floor.” He tried to push you off but you stood your ground.
“Neither am I.” You seethed. You glared at each other before Aonung scoffed. You grabbed a pillow, dividing the already small bed into two smaller sections. “You stay on your side and I’ll stay on mine.”
“Fine by me. As if I’d willingly want to be close to you.” He rolled his eyes in that infuriating way he always did when he thought he had the upper hand.
You shot him a scathing look before slipping under the covers, lingering on the far edge of the mattress as though it might save you from the awkward proximity. Aonung climbed in on the opposite side, keeping as much distance as possible. It was already night, the moonlight shining through the cracks of the fabric covering the entrance. You and Aonung fell into an uncomfortable silence, broken only by the sound of the ocean waves gently lapping against the shore outside.
You closed your eyes, ignoring the growing tension. You fell into a peaceful slumber, your chest slowly rising up and down as your dreams were filled with the familiar sight of the forest.
The next time you opened your tired eyes, it was morning. You slowly blinked before noticing a warmth around you. You shifted, the feeling of something firm against your forehead. You froze, almost letting out a shrill scream. You were pressed against Aonung as he gently rocked you, still fast asleep. His arm was draped over your waist, keeping you close, while his tail wrapped itself securely around your leg.
You attempted to wriggle free to avoid an awkward conversation when he awoke but his arm pulled you closer. “I’m not a teddy bear, you buffering buffoon!” You slapped his shoulder. He stirred, eyelids slowly fluttering open. The first thing he saw was your angry face. His grasp on you loosened yet he didn’t immediately withdraw like you expected.
“I told you to stay on your side!” You exclaimed, punching his chest. The hit did nothing to harm him. If anything, it only amused him.
“I did!” He fired back, “You’re the one who turned around and attached yourself onto me!”
“I did not!”
“Did so!”
Accusations flew from both of your mouths and yet you were still pressed closely against each other. “Ugh! Get away from me!” You finally pushed him away, rolling to climb out of the bed. But you miscalculated and you ended up falling to the floor with a loud bang. Aonung was immediately at your side, not wanting to be responsible for your possible concussion.
He helped you up, which was the most gentle he had ever been. For once, his tight grip didn’t cause an aching bruise.
“I’m fine.” You snapped at him as he pressed something cool against your throbbing forehead.
“Stop being so stubborn.” Aonung forced you to sit down, noticing how you couldn’t stand without swaying. He left the pod without a word. You assumed he was fed up with your attitude. You didn’t expect him to return two minutes later while you tended to your headache, medicine in one of his hands and a beautiful shell in another.
“I, uh, found this.” He grumbled, holding the shell out for you. “It reminded me of you.” It was a pastel blue with speckles of yellow painting it. You stared down at it, studying the shell’s shape.
Aonung cleared his throat, his cheeks suddenly feeling hot. You saw how his face flushed with color as he almost nervously fidgeted with his hands. “Do you… like it?” He asked, “Because I can take it back if you hate it. I don’t really care. I knew you’d hate it anyway.” He reached out to take the shell back but you instinctively pulled it away.
“No… I like it.” You whispered, growing protective over the shell.
Your gaze drifted down from Aonung’s bright blue eyes to his necklace, a piece of jewellery with intricately woven string that held a tooth in the middle. He was… relatively good-looking. His arm band, adorned with shells, was wrapped tightly around his bicep. Aonung had a sort of rugged beauty to him, shaped by the relentless ocean and the harsh tidal waves.
“Are you checking me out?” Aonung used your own words from yesterday against you. You merely huffed, a mix of amusement and frustration swirling inside of you.
“As if.” But your words came out quiet. You glanced down at the shell once more, trailing a finger over it in curiosity.
Perhaps Aonung wasn’t so bad after all. If you managed to look past his aggravating and obnoxious tendencies, he wasn’t exactly the worst person you could be stuck with.

————————————————-
Deep inside the forest lived Jake sully with his mate Neytiri and their children. (Y/N) had always been close to the family since her own family had been killed in a battle with the humans. She grew up with Neteyam by her side, always guiding her in the right direction. She had also become very found of him, but spoke little off it to anyone. When the day came where the sullys had to leave the forest, (Y/N) had flown away on her ikran. Up to a tall mountain where she could be with her own thoughts. Since she was little she had always been on her own two feet, had to help herself sleep at night when she was scared, had to teach herself the ways of the omaticaya. But she always had Neteyam by her side. She was frightened for what she would do without him, who would ask her if she was okay?
Back at the clan Neteyam was preparing for the ceremony that would make it official, that they would leave. He felt somthing was off, but he had been feeling off ever since spider got taken away. So he didn’t make much off it. He felt awful for leaving him, because spider was like a brother to him. And sully’s stick together always. he wondered what the new place would be like, the people, the trees, the food, and he wondered what it would be like without (Y/N). The once annoying girl who he had to babysit from he was little, the girl without her parents, but who he he since had grown to like and care for, he saw (Y/N) as a independent and strong hunter, who fought for herself and others who where not strong enough, who always cared for the poorer, even when she had so little herself. She was a true leader he would think.
The night sky wrapped itself around him, and he begun to worry. He had not seen her, not since the announcement. “Father, have you seen (Y/N)?” He frantic said, his troubled eyes wondering all over the clan. She wasn’t there. He could feel his heartbeat becoming more harder and louder in his chest. He had to find her.
Back at the mountain (Y/N) watched the forest live it’s own life, and she thought for just a second how peaceful they seemed, and how she didn’t effect them what so ever. She prayed to eywa, to not take Neteyam away from her. He was the one good thing that had happened to her since the sully’s welcomed her in with open arms. “Pleace, eywa” she mumbled out and layers down on the grass to look at the now black sky full of stars.
(1.st pov)
I could hear everything, the wind, my own heartbeat and a distant sound of someone calling my name” (Y/N)!” And a rumble.
I jumped, and spun around. Upon the ikran was Neteyam, looking very distressed as he ran his finger trough his hair and jumped from his ikran. I could feel my heartbeat getting faster “what hare you doing here Neteyam?” I asked. “I could ask you the same” he said and I was soon swept into a hug. My eyes widened. I placed my hand on his naked chest, suddenly feeling very sweaty and hot. “ I needed to escape” I mumbled into his chest and closed my eyes.
“I know” his voice rumbled. I closed my eyes for a second, just saving the feeling of being with him, even for just that second. “You scared me (Y/N), I thought something had happen-“ “something did happen” I pushed him away and sat myself on the same spot I sat just a few minutes ago in the grass. Looking down at the forest.
I huffed. “You’re leaving Neteyam” I could feel my voice tremble as I spoke but I had to stay focused. He couldn’t see what effect he had on me, what my true feelings was for the future leader of my clan. He had a responsibility and I never did. I only had myself to worry about.
“I know I’m leaving, but it’s not for good, I will come back to the clan”
I closed my eyes, and clenched my jaw.
“ I’ll come back for you”. I hissed.
I could feel his hand on my shoulder as he sat himself down beside me. His eyes where on me, his big and beautiful yellow eyes. I could feel the tears star to form so I took a sharp breath in and looked back at him.
I was at loss at words. Opening and closing my mouth like a fish. He chuckled and took his hand away from my shoulder and letting it grace my hair.
He looked deep into my eyes
“ I see you (Y/N)” and just like that time stopped. What once was his hand I’m my hair was now pressing my face towards him hesitantly. I nodded yes, words not forming fast enough. It was like a fire had rose from deep inside me.
his lips brushed mine, softly, delicately, like a butterfly, just long enough that I could inhale his breath, feel the warmth of his skin, and the taste of his lips. He felt like the forest, connected together.
He parted ways with my lips and looked up at me. But before he could speak I kissed him again. This time more hot and breathy, seeking union and closeness from him. The heat rose in my cheeks, as his tongue touched mine, quick, electric and soft. His hand caressing my face. I had never felt like this before, like I belonged with someone. But I did. In that moment I knew Neteyam was my past, my present and my future. And I could wait for him.
We broke apart, and looked into each other’s eyes.
“ I see you too Neteyam”
And his lips where back on mine. This time his tail brushed up against mine and his hand tracking down my spine. Touching my hair. He then kisses my shoulder, and runs his lips on my skin towards my ear, but doesn't quite make it that far. I tilt my head and after his deep breath out he bites me gently. It doesnt hurt, it only makes me want more. I look back at his eyes. His eyes exude love, protection, security, safety, patience, and respect. I smile.
He looks for any sign of regret, but I don’t. I want this, I want him. I want to be his mate.
“Be my mate?” I asked breathless. “I’ve decided that along time ago” he says and smiles. I let my hand glide over his chest, and down his abdomen. I pushed lightly and he moaned. His eyes watching my every move. I got on top of him. I’d never done it before. I couldn’t really believe it; I was doing this. I was inventing something. I took out my bond in my hair as did he and we connected. I could everything, every emotion, very thought, I could feel all of him. We where one. I breathed out a hoarse moan. I could feel him. “Fuck” he breathed out.
“Can I touch you?”
“Anywhere.” I responded
He leaned in and licked the rim of my ear. “Anywhere? Really?” “Really.” Twisting my neck, I pulled his mouth to mine for a brief, wet kiss, sucking his tongue until his vision turned white around the edges. I felt him, all of him and what started as a soft and hesitant kiss had turned into something so much bigger.
I could feel a storm gathering in my body, and it grew with every indrawn breath, kiss and buck.
“Neteyam” my eyes widened. And I let out a hoarsely scream of his name. The storm had broken loose, crackling to my body and his like summer lighting and we were flung to the dark sky full of stars.
We were one.
I smiled
————————-
Months had pasted since my mate, Neteyam had gone. What once was a happy place felt gloomy. But I filled my days up and I kept waiting for him to come back. Deep down I knew somthing had happened or where to happen. The forest just didn’t feel the same without him there. And the humans had kept their distance from our clan. I rubbed my stomach and smiled.
————
One day, when I was gathering stuff my clan saw an ikran flew toward us, and it was jake. Soon more ikrans followed
I quickly gathered the strength to sprint towards the ikran, in hope my mate would be back.
“JAKE! Jake! Where is your son? Where is Neteyam?”
The village had begun to gather around him, and Jake, neytiri, lo’ak, spider, kiri and Tuk, jumped from the ikrans. But no Neteyam.
Jake walked towards me, his face stone hard. Neytiri following gloomy behind him. She looked sad.
“Where is Neteyam?” I asked, my voice whimpering.
“He is with eywa now”
I let out a loud scream. And everyone around us fell into silence. Somewhere from behind me I could hear Neytiri crying. I clutched my stomach and I could feel my breath shivering. He was gone.
“He said he would come back”
He is gone.
I looked down on my stomach, what once was a flat stomach had since that night grown with love and passion. I had found my mate, had a family. But it was soon over.
“He said he wouldn’t leave me”
He is gone.
Jake embraced me, and touched my stomach. Smiling carefully down at my smal frame and big stomach. The baby gave Jake a kick. And Jake gave out a sad chuckle. I could see a tear form in his eye.
“You have a piece of him in you, he will always be there with you, every step of the way. He saw you, and we see you” and then sully’s all embraced me and my soon to be baby. I let out a last cry and closed my eyes. Imagining Neteyam was the one embracing me, telling me everything was okay. And somehow it was him doing all of that. Because he was a piece of everyone, a memory, a son, a friend, a mate and a soon to be father.
So along the line I learned that the forest was connected somehow and that I had had an effect on it; on someone. Eywa had given me a family and Neteyam would always find his way back, even from the beyond. And I knew I was not alone anymore.

You sit at the side of the river, legs crossed as the soft water grazed against your feet. Neteyam swiftly ran brushes his fingers through your hair. Giving the top of your head a kiss before twisting two thick strands together. Your eyes flutter closed as he began to braid, comfort and stability falling over you as you lean your head back into him.
You've always felt so safe with Neteyam. Ever since he came to your village with his family, he was rather sweet. Every morning he went out of his way to personally bring you breakfast, and he even learned 'finger talk' (as he calls it) for you. Your heart lit up at each and every one of his gestures. Nobody had ever been this caring for you.
Flashback
Neteyam walks into your Marui, a tray of food in his hand as he kneels down next to you. "Hi y/n," he said, flushed. You smile and wave to him, watching as he set the tray down on your mat. You gazed down at the food before you, examining everything. It seemed to be sliced and grilled fish, along with leaf-wraped teylu. "Um-" Neteyam stammers for a moment, trying to figure out how to communicate with you. He points to you with his index finger and balls his fist, gesturing it down twice.
Are you horny?
You furrow your eyebrows at the translation, mouth slighty agape in shock. Surely he didn't mean that, right? Before you can fully react, he spoke. "Are you.. hungry?"
So that's what he meant to say. Okay.
You smile giddily, holding a hand up and shaking your head as you sign back to him. "Hungry is only one move down, like this;" You show him. "Horny, is two. You said it wrong, Neteyam." You rest your arms in your lap afterward.
Once he realizes, his cheeks immediately form a bright shade of pink. "Oh! I-I'm so sorry, y/n. I really did not mean that, I swear." He panicked a little. You could tell his embarrassment was taking up his mind, the bottom of his tail is curving up and down, flicking rapidly. You never understood how anyone could lose themselves so quickly. Ever since you were young, you'd been taught that to always stay calm and patient, to never let your emotions overcome you. But of course, the forest people did it differently than you.
You place a palm on his chest at an attempt to help him relax. You flattened your hand and move it to either side, then cupping your hand into a circle and pointing out your index and middle finger, the middle slightly curved.
"It is okay." You shook your head as a way to tell him not to calm himself.
He swiftly nodded, exhaling a deep breath. You smile as his heart beat switches back to normal, now bringing your hands away.
"But, yes, I was hungry. Thank you, Neteyam."
"Of course, no... problem."
He struggles with the last words, but is able to make it work. Neteyam waves goodbye before leaving your Marui, dipping his head underneath the curtained door.
Flashback end
After he'd finished your braid, he taps your shoulder, signaling for you to face him. Your eyes open and you turn your body around, beaming at your mate.
"Does it look good, ma Teyam?" You signed. It took him a minute to process what you said, but he understood you in no time. "It is beautiful, ma tìyawn. Just like you." He pulls you in for a soft and brief kiss, pecking your lips. You simper against his mouth, cupping your hands on his cheeks as you two rest your foreheads against each other. Neteyam does the same, taking your face in his hands, reciprocating the love and admiration that resides in you.
Withdrawing from the moment, Neteyam speaks. "I have a surprise for you." He smiles, moving a strand of hair behind your ear. You cocked your head in curiosity.
"What is it?" You ask. He reaches into the woven pouch you crocheted for him, coming out with a colorful flora. You gasp with a breath at the sight, face ecstatic. You gently took the flower from his hand, sniffing it's pistil and closing your eyes. Paysyul, your favorite flower on Pandora. You'd only come across it a couple of times— maybe 2 or 3, but even so, each time you saw one, you were overwhelmed with bliss.
A shade of rose pink with lavender sprouts blooming out of it's top, and the arouma, oh great mother, was it the best thing you'd ever smelled. A fresh, and savory-sweet scent. If pink had a smell, this would be it.
Opening your eyes, you gaze at Neteyam. Taking his hand in yours, you focus on his amber orbs. Tracing the glowing freckles scattered around his face. You placed your right hand on your chin, moving it downward downward. Thank you.
Neteyam looks at you with pure love in his eyes, twirling his finger as a signal for you to turn around again. You complied, keeping your legs crossed with each other before turning your body to face the river again.
He massages your shoulders for a moment, leaving tender kissing along your upper back. Neteyam reaches his arm around to your lap, grabbing the flower from your cluchted hands and grazing your thigh. You look down for a moment in bashfulness, smiling to yourself. He trailed up to your rigid braid, taking the flower and gently burrowing it in your hair. As you felt him insert the flower, butterflies form in your stomach, reaching up to your fluttering heart. "Done." He simply speaks.
You change your position to sitting on your knees, as does he. You face him once more, eyes shutting as he cups your cheek with his palm. It felt as if there was a dome of love protecting you. Nothing can hurt you while you're in his presence, you've always missed him, you've always yearned for this love. It was only up until now you'd saw it. He saw you, and you saw him.
A/N: I know this was rather short, but I didn't want to make it toooo long since I'm only introducing this. <3 There will definitely be a part 2, and more to come. I love you all sm, mwah!

A/N: A little unsure about my word choice but it's been fun writing from Neteyam perspective for the first time in this series. Enjoy!
Main Masterlist I Little Gift Masterlist
You belong here, perched on his lap with your head notched against his shoulder. So small and pretty that his legs barely register your body weight. He wraps a hand around your outer thigh to angel you further against him. This is perfect.
Everything is perfect.
Pandora has rid of those Sky Demons and his prize, his little gift, is still here in his arms where you will always be. Those traitors are no longer here to tempt you with false promises of escape and a life outside of belonging to the Olo’eyktan. You may not realize it now but they would have broken you. It is only a miracle from Eywa that has allowed your beautiful spirit to stay in tack after all those years of inhabiting the same space as those treacherous creatures.
The RDA may think that you are a gift given by them but in reality it is Eywa that has placed you on his lap.
You were created for him. Designed perfectly inside and out.
His reward for all that he has had to endure.
Now with you safely tucked in his arms and his People celebrating their freedom once more, he can rest. He is free to savor all that the Great Mother has offered him, although you prove to be difficult to rangle at times. That’s okay, he enjoys a good challenge. It makes your earned submission all that more satisfying.
He’s not sure how long one human can cry for but it appears you are shooting for a record. Your tears have soaked the feathers of his Olo’eyktan attire but he doesn’t mind, not when you are snuggling into him for comfort.
His plan of distraction worked wonders during take off but it was only a matter of time before your mind came back online and began worrying once more about the absence of people that never truly loved you. It’s to be expected however Neteyam is pleased to find that your response is not one of anger but sadness and seeking refuge. He couldn’t have asked for anything more ideal.
He is your refuge, your one true home and the fact that you are learning that so quickly makes a sense of pride burst within him.
The glittering gems of your new top compliment your own sparkling tears exquisitely. It had taken weeks for him to make but it was worth it. He would want nothing less for his pet on a night of such grand celebration. However, it becomes abundantly clear that he is not the only one who appreciates the outfit.
It’s the fifth time Lo’ak has turned in the direction of the throne while dancing to check on you. Or at least, that is how his younger brother would be sure to phrase it but Neteyam is no fool. He can see the hunger in those eyes. Typical of his younger sibling to chase after what he can not have. What Neteyam himself possesses.
Their eyes meet and it only takes a moment for Lo’ak to recover from being caught and roll his own back at his brother and turn to continue dancing. He’s not sure how much longer this game will go on where Lo’ak pretends to hold no interest. One way or another it will come out. Neteyam’s arm tightens around your waist, fingers running through your silky hair.
It is then that he notices your little sobs have stopped and are now replaced with long deep breaths. It’s amazing that you are able to sleep through the banging drums and echoing calls but it seems that all of your crying has worn out your poor little body. Such a fragile thing you are.
All the more reason to keep you close. And yet another reason he finds his mind swirling back to the idea of keeping you on a leash. Ideally he would carry you to and fro but there are times where he needs to have his hands available. With your habit to wander off he can’t risk having you fall and break your little neck. A leash would be the perfect solution.
Not to mention how good you would look trailing behind him, sweet little bow around your throat as a permanent reminder of his claim on you.
His tewng [loincloth] is unbearably tight. It presses against your soft thighs but that’s not enough. For perhaps the hundredth time you shift in his lap, unable to sit comfortably on your red ass. You’ve given up on trying to convince him to let you stand but that doesn’t stop that supple little pout from gracing your lips every time you are reminded of the pain. Even in your sleep you try to wiggle and squirm from his lap.
Of course there is another source of your constant squirming. A source that Neteyam finds his fingers dipping down to trace over as the base just barely peeks out of your tight pussy.
This plug is much larger than the cute one you had stowed away in your old nightstand drawer. It had taken more than a fair amount of encouragement to slot that thick piece of plastic inside your cunt but the sight was magnificent. Complain all you want but the way your walls clench around it in desperation tells Neteyam more than he needs to know.
It’s the largest size of his collection which means that tonight is the night. Tonight you will officially become his. Your pussy will soon forever have the imprint of his thick length inside of you, ruining you for any other man. Not that you would ever have the chance to be with another male outside of him again. Jared was the end of that line and the Olo’eyktan feels no hint of remorse for taking care of that pest.
Another flash of Lo’ak’s gaze.
Neteyam feels you stir when he lets out a deep sigh. However reluctant he is, it’s important to set his brother straight. Lo’ak has an overactive imagination after all and the last thing he would want is his little brother’s curiosity and desire becoming an interruption for the wondrous night the two of you are about to have.
Those long lashes flutter open, throat caught on a sharp intake when he stands up and places you back onto the seat. Your dazed and confused look is one that Neteyam can’t help but coo at, the pad of his thumb running over your cheek.
“Mawey, tiyawn [be calm, love]. I will be right back.” You’re already scrambling to your knees, finally keeping the weight off of your sore bum. “Be a good girl for me and stay put, yes?”
It’s a rhetorical question and one that he doesn’t give you a chance to answer before a kiss is placed on your hairline and the Olo’eyktan is parting the crowd. It’s obvious that there is a moment where you consider stopping him. You may be hell bent on never admitting it verbally but the other Na’vi put you on edge and being around him has become your one constant, a safety you can rely on. If not for his urgency Neteyam would take his time in teasing you on the matter.
Your face always looks even more lovely with that deep shade of red, whether from anger or embarrassment or even both.
Later, he reminds himself.
The female rubbing up against Lo’ak looks more than put out by his lagged reciprocation. Her displeasure colors into slight shock when she spots her Olo’eyktan coming straight towards them. Lo’ak crosses his arms as his partner quickly signs the proper respect to their leader. Neteyam dismisses her easily.
“Excuse me, sister. I require a moment with my brother.” Neteyam ushers Lo’ak away from the scene before giving her a chance to respond or offer to give them privacy.
The fire’s light now just barely humming over their skin. The two brothers find a moment of solace on the outskirts of the celebration. Neteyam’s ears still buzz from the sensory overload it has taken for the past few hours.
“If you’re going to ask me for another favor can it at least wait until tomorrow? There is a party, you know.” Lo’ak tall frame lazily leans against the nearest tree and he attempts to hide the way his eyes fly over Neteyam’s shoulder towards you by making a show of tying his hair back.
“Funny considering how eager you were to grant me a favor earlier this morning.” Neteyam’s veiny arms cross over his chest, tail whipping back and forth in the cool wind. If Lo’ak is intimidated he doesn’t show it.
“Aren’t I a wonderful brother?” Those sharp teeth shimmer as he makes a show of giving an over the top sarcastic grin.
“Lo’ak.” Neteyam growls.
“Jesus, calm down.” Lo’ak groans, head thrown back against the bark. “She’s still your little toy.”
“I am not stupid, baby brother. I see the way you look at her.”
“Whatever.” Lo’ak bristles and makes his way to stomp off but he is caught by the upper bicep.
“I don’t want there to be any…confusion.” Silence spreads between them, the only sound being that of Lo’ak’s harsh exhale.
“I was only watching.” He finally says, voice dropping lower.
“And you are free to.” Small steps bring him further into his brother’s space. “But let’s be clear about whose permission you need in order to touch.”
“And I didn’t.” His arm is ripped from Neteyam’s grasp. “I’ve only ever babysat the little brat and done all that you’ve asked of me. If you are looking for problems to address I would start with her running off at every given opportunity. Take a look for yourself!” He flails an exasperated arm in your direction but Neteyam doesn’t even bother to turn.
“I am aware.” There is no need to look in order to know that you have once again tried your hand at another escape. He can see it in his mind’s eye now, your small body carefully hoisting itself down from the high throne. Panicked eyes racing over the crowd in search of any Na’vi that could potentially halt your actions. All that before short legs race off into the darkness. “I’m giving her a head start.”
It’s best not to let you go too far. Eywa knows you are very skilled at finding new ways to put yourself in danger, but a little chase is an exhilarating experience.
“Oh yeah, you going to make me chase after her for you too?” Lo’ak spits out, urging Neteyam to roll his eyes at his brother’s antics. He resists however, that wouldn’t be very becoming of the Olo’eyktan.
“I fear you would enjoy that far too much, brother.”
Instead of fiery words shot back the only line of defense Lo’ak puts up is a scoff and frowned expression, golden eyes simmering with words that he knows better than to voice. Neteyam can give his brother credit for that at least. He knows when he is stomping on dangerous territory. You, on the other hand, seem to be learning that lesson far too slow. It seems a cute tawtute like you are more of a hands on learner.
“Can I be excused then, oh might Olo’eyktan?” He flourishes with a sarcastic bow.
“Leave.” Neteyam bites out simply, forcing his eyes to remain trained on his younger brother as he joins the crowd again. It’s a safety precaution just in case Lo’ak gets a bad idea even after warnings. Much to the Na’vi girl’s dismay Lo’ak does not join her again on the dance floor and instead heads straight towards the fermented fruit. No doubt he will spoil himself into a drunken state. Unfortunately for him, Neteyam already has his hands full babysitting you tonight.
He takes his time, however, greeting a few of the clan members and partaking in a small dose of alcohol himself. With your small legs it will take you forever to get a distance that makes this chase even remotely fun. However, once the drink is empty and he has done his dues as Olo’eyktan in the social event Neteyam can no longer keep himself at bay. There are other creatures of the night that could be waiting to catch a pretty prey like you.
Tracking you down is almost laughably easy with your sweet scent wafting through the air. A scent that only grows tenfold when he comes across a peculiar piece of plastic stashed in a bush. It’s the dildo that is meant to still be snuggled up in your little cunt.
A sharp smirk cuts into his features.
For such a smart little thing you really can be so negligent at times. With the dildo out your scent now goes from a dulled perfume to a thick fragrance that coats the air. He recognizes that aroma, he knows the way it tastes. Your arousal has only made you an easier target and now you have done nothing but take out the one piece keeping it plugged. Neteyam can envision so clearly that trail of slick that is sure to be marking your thighs.
Such a messy little thing you are. Even after the way he cleaned you up so dutifully post launch, you have managed to turn into a wet temptation once more.
The small footprints along the dirt are almost pointless in his pursuit now that he has your scent. They only serve as a confirmation that he is going the right way. It doesn’t take long before the sound of your sharp panting reaches his upturned ears. It’s then that the Olo’eyktan takes to the trees. He glides along the thick branches without a sound, gaining a bird’s eye view of your desperate running.
The full on sprint you started off with has come down to a clumsy jog. Even with your small stride he’s sure you could make it a lot further if you would simply stop looking over your shoulder every other second. An action that has you stumbling and grabbing your foot to pick out a thorn from the underside. Little curses rise between your harsh breaths.
And then your breathing is cut all together.
The sounds of claws and wild yips echo through the greenery. By the sounds of it Neteyam knows it must be a small pack of aynantang [viperwolves]. They aren’t close, at least not yet. With your back turned and eyes blown out in silent terror he decides that now is as good a time as ever to interrupt.
Neteyam lowers himself down slowly, muscular arms controlling his descent into a movement so smooth and silent that it is nothing more than a shadow. A shaky hand covers your lips, the little puff of your beating heart pushing your chest out even more. One long step forward and now he can watch your trembling from above, his toes almost touching your muddy heels.
“Their bite is not as sharp as mine, pet.”
You scream before the sound can be stopped, spinning so fast your heel that you land directly on your red bum instead. Even without glowing tanhi dotting your skin, those dilated eyes have a way of making you glow in the night. Even more so when they dazzle up at him with unleashed fear and vulnerability.
You scramble backwards, clawing at the muddy ground until you are clumsily trying to crawl back onto your feet. Fine by him, it’s easier to close the height difference when you are back to standing. He grabs your right arms easily, pulling you back against him. The fight continues as you turn to bash your first against his abdomen, even clawing at his thighs but then another sound cuts you off again.
They are closer this time.
“They hunt in packs.” Neteyam informs you. “Circle their prey until there is nowhere left to go.”
A rustle of bushes to the left has your squirming changing from running away to ducking behind Neteyam. He allows the action, sharp teeth peeking from his grin when he feels the way your soft fingers dig into his thighs.
“My father was almost killed by a pack once. Even in his avatar form he depended on my mother’s mercy to fight the creatures off.” You shake like a leaf in the wind, your face pressed against his lower back when the sounds get louder. He almost feels bad for scaring you so much, tempted to bundle you in his arms and shush your worries away. However, that would ruin the lesson. You are the one that decided to run off carelessly into the woods without him and now you need to understand why you depend on Neteyam for everything. Why you owe him your submission and affection.
“I wonder how you would fair.” A few more wolves prowl from the bushes, inching closer. They creep forward with a hesitance at the sight of Neteyam, driven only by curiosity as your scent continues to fill the air.
“Teyam.” You whimper into his hip, now latching onto the strap of his loincloth to urge him backwards.
“What’s wrong, pet? I thought you wanted to be set free?”
A vicious snarl rip from the right and you stumble to cling to his left side now. That startled little scream is just barely muffled by the way your face is pressed into his hip.
He coos at your little pleas. “Has someone changed their mind, hm?” Any other time you would be barring your blunt teeth at him but he knows that in the height of your fear there is no resistance left for him. You’re too focused on the prowling beasts that flash their own teeth in eclipse’s glow.
“Teyam please, let’s go!” Voice caught on sobs that threaten to rise, you can barely make the words out.
Your fear is palpable, but not just to him.The aynantang [viperwolves] can sense it too. They circle and watch with more confidence as the seconds roll by. Periodically they flicker up to his looming form, as if checking to see whether or not he will be a threat against their newfound meal. It would be easy to scare them off, something Neteyam has done himself many times. He’s hunted these forests since he was a boy and his own scent is something that the creatures have learned to associate with danger.
Standing here now, however, he keeps a neutral position and one that the pack hesitantly takes as an opportunity to cinch closer. A flash of his knife and that confidence would disintegrate until the pack would scurry off into another corner of the forest.
Neteyam keeps it sheathed.
“You’re the one that ran off, little gift.” He reminds you, voice calm and cool.
“I know! I know! I’m sorry j-just please!”
“Please what, tiyawn? You have to be more specific.”
You struggle to respond properly, hands frantically switching from tugs at the straps to clawing up at his arms. Regardless, Neteyam remains unmoved, arms crossed over his chest as he observes the scene with indifference. “Please..please don’t let them-” You gasp rearing back when you spot another viperwolf emerging from the left. It’s been there for a while but it appears this is the first time your weak eyes have caught sight of it. “I’m sorry! I’ve changed my mind! Please, I’m sorry.” You cry out in a shrill voice, plastering yourself under his arm.
“Changed your mind on what?” It’s tempting to look down and see the way you so desperately seek his comfort but Neteyam is wise enough to keep his golden gaze sharply pinned on the emerging creatures.
“On wanting to leave! You can take me home just please-”
“Oh can I?” Your chin is snatched between two fingers, forcing you to crane your neck up towards him. That mask of indifference is gone, replaced only by a fierce stirness you are terrified to be facing twice in one day. “And what makes you think that is up to you?”
It’s hard to look into your eyes directly when they are bouncing wildly in every which direction. Perhaps it is your pitiful way of tracking the oncoming predators, or maybe you simply can not handle facing his gaze filled with ire. Either way, it is adorable to watch your natural submissive nature emerge. And all from a few viperwolves.
Poor thing, what would you do without him?
“I-I’m sorry.” You say, voice so small and timid that only a Na’vi would have hopes of hearing it. Neteyam’s chest rumbles with a deep purr, other hand finally coming up to run through your hair.
“I know you are, tiyawn. You just get confused sometimes, don’t you?” No response is given, instead just a gasp as another creature inches closer and you dash into his arms. This time he wraps one arm around your small frame while the other goes for his sheathed knife. The advance pauses, aynantang [viperwolves] pacing from side to side instead. Your reaction is premature but Neteyam basks in it all the same.
From the heated breath and salty tears painting his lower stomach he begins to worry that your fragile body will soon give out and lose consciousness. Keeping you tucked under his arm is the best move, easily accessible for when he needs to scoop you up without retaliation. However at this point, it seems that you are willing to do whatever it takes to earn his protection.
What a short memory you truly have. Perhaps if you listened to him more diligently like a good pet should then you would already know that his protection has been yours since the first time he saw you. He would defend you to his very last breath. Whether or not you asked for it would be irrelevant. That being said, you’ve always had the sweetest way of begging so who is he to deny himself such a pretty chorus of promises.
They flow now freely from your lips. Pleading, crying, and begging for him to get you out of harm's way. He simply shushes you, making no rush as a rigid arm tightens to pull you even closer.
The creatures are scared off within the first few hisses that leave his lips. Knife dancing under the moonlight with a deadly promise, they yip away reluctantly. Still, there is an advantage to not letting you know how easy it truly is to scare them off so he tells you to look away, to keep snuggled against him where they can not so easily see your fear.
You remain that way when you are lifted into his arms. Your thighs strain to wrap around his ribcage but you eventually manage to lock your ankles together. With your shaky limbs locked in terror you are barely in need of his supporting arm, but he wraps one under your rear anyways. You remind him of a small syaksyuk [Prolemuris] as you cling with fervor, lighting his amusement to new heights.
The walk back is pleasant, even when your shaking doesn’t stop and your racing heart beat is louder than the stomp of his feet. There is still great peace to be found with you in his arms and the promise of a wonderful night in the air. After tonight you won’t dare to leave him, not now that you have developed a healthy sense of fear and even more so once your body has taken him fully the way it was meant to.
He holds back a groan at the thought. Your smell is still just as potent as when you first ran and now it holds an extra tang of emotion that makes it all that much sweeter. He manages to pick up the tossed aside dildo on the way back, but that acts as fuel to the flames.
He has sought after your true mating for months and now that he is on the cusp of finally making it a reality it is hard to keep a rational mind. The natural urge to pin you down and take what has always been his morphs into a feral urgency that infringes on his thoughts. Although, he is determined to take his time tonight because it is isn’t enough to simply fuck you into the ground or find pleasure in that first stretch. No, tonight is about claiming you in every way possible.
About teaching not only your body but your mind that there is no one else it belongs to. No one else that can provide for you in the way he can. Utter and complete submission is his goal. But to get you there, that will take skillful maneuvering and coercion. Otherwise it would not be a quest worthy of his time or attention.
However, there is still one more way he can lock you into his life. One permanent reminder that would forever keep you shackled to him. An action that would have your scent intertwined with his so much so that it wouldn’t matter if it took. Pregnant or not the message would be clear. The confines of his loincloth feel suffocating at the thought. Would your tiny pussy even be able to hold half of his seed? What a pretty treat it would be to see it spilling out from your perfectly pink and tight hole.
Pace now quickened, nothing can take away his laser focus. Not even Lo’ak’s obvious staring as you are carried swiftly along the outer edges of the celebration. Nor Spider who tries to run across the crowd and apologize again. Neither make it to him because all that he can feel is the warmth of your softy body. The pulse of your heart. The essence that is entirely yours, filling his lungs.
Once back in the safety of his kelku [home/house] you are smart enough to not flee from his lap. He manhandles one leg to be thrown to the other side so you are properly straddling him. A sense of shyness must fall over you because you are silent while nervously fiddling with the feathers of his traditional attire. Or maybe you are still too shaken up over the little viperwolf incident to do much else.
Neteyam is unbothered by it, instead using it as an opportunity to let his hands explore. Not in a sexual way at first, just simple brushes that are sure to have you melting for him.
“Now you understand why you must stay by my side. Don’t you pet?” Voice as gentle as the hands that run up the back of your neck, he can feel goosebumps rise in its wake. Eyes still fixated on the feathers, you nod shakily. If it wasn’t so cute he would be tempted to reprimand you for such a half hearted response but it appears luck is in your favor.
His knuckles paint a trail up the back of your neck before swiping over your left shoulder. His other hand softly gathers your hair to the other side so your skin is bared for him. He thumbs at the side of your throat, feeling your pulse flicker beneath his fingers.
“Such a pretty thing like you is not safe out there.” His hands bracket either side of your face, large enough to span the entirety of your head and tilt it upwards. It gives him the perfect view of your expression when both hands smooth up towards your hairline before parting and dragging along your scalp. Lips parted and eyes fluttered closed, he knows he has pressed the right button.
“Creatures eager to snatch you up.” Neteyam draws out, nails ever so gently scratching along your roots. The shiver that races through your body is powerful enough to be visual. Massaging at the area in long strokes proves to have you breaking into pieces. Body practically limp against him, the Olo’eyktan watches with glee.
No wonder Sky People are too soft for this world, all it takes to disarm you is some well placed pets.
“And they’d be successful too,” The tips of his fingers come together to circle your hair into a ponytail. A small sound exhales from your lips, leaning into his touch without resolve. “Have you between their teeth before you could even scream.” That dark tone washes over you in a way so contrary to the warning message, his lips mere centimeters away from your own.
One little kiss, more of a peck really. That is all you get. Just enough to have you chasing after him, a motion that is hard to do when he has you anchored by the root of your hair.
“And that,” Another soft peck to your cheek, “is why you are so lucky to have me.” Neteyam allows his lips to linger longer this time but it’s still just as soft, almost more of a whisper than anything else and with the way you are trapped, there is nothing for you to do but take it. The noise that catches in your throat proves it is far from the passionate affection you desire.
“Isn’t that right?”
“Yes Teyam.” You puff, the softest whisper as you try to learn forward for more. He tutts in disapproval, a slow but firm yank to your hair following. “Y-yes Olo’eyktan.” You correct yourself with a squeak and much to his delight, the fragrance from between your thighs intensifies. He’s tempted to look now and see if it has left a spot on his loincloth.
“There’s my good girl.” He grins and finally you are rewarded with his lips capturing yours. Although slow and tender in movement the heat of the kiss is all consuming, spreading a message that can only reflect his complete control over you. Several times you try to squirm or wiggle but the hand embedded in your hair shackles you into place.
Unlike most times you become a fidgeting little thing, it’s clear that your efforts are to get closer, not further away. Neteyam is a nice man after all and so he indulges that desire. At least to a degree. He kisses you until you’re gasping for breath. He kisses you until slick is seeping through your mini loincloth. And he kisses you until those soft little lips are ruby red and chapped from the harsh treatment.
It doesn’t matter to you, that much is clear by the way you whimper once he pulls away.
“Don’t be greedy.” He smirks against your cheek.
Your greed only intensifies when he slips one hand down to untie your loincloth. His other hand remains embedded in your hair as a leash, one that proves necessary as you are eager to rut up against him. Perhaps he would feel guilty for the way you blush in shame after another tug to your hair. That is, if your reactions weren’t so delightfully endearing.
For reasons mysterious to him, humans have a habit of going against their natural needs. You are not exempt from this issue as you are constantly trying to deny your desire for him, even deny yourself the pleasure you so clearly require. It’s fortunate that you have him to override those silly concerns. And override them he does, quite easily since your body reacts like a live wire every time he is near. The smallest of touches have you aching for more.
Eywa has blessed him with such a responsive little pet and he has every intention of exploiting that sensitivity until you are screeching for him to stop.
Small hands come to dig into his feathered mantle as he idly explores the curves of your stomach. He traces up until reaching the sparkling gems of your top. With two little flicks your hardened nipples are bared for him.
It’s a rare experience to have you so cooperative as he bites and sucks at those little peaks. The emotions of that day have softened your resolve, a pattern that Neteyam makes a mental note of.
He tunes into every sensation of satin skin beneath his fingertips. Atop his thighs. Prickling beneath his lips. Like a flower you blossom for him so exquisitely. Revealing petals that are just for him. Melodic whimpers that only he has the pleasure of inducing. The irritation of Lo’ak’s infatuation fades to the background with you so pliant in his arms.
You are quickly driven to madness, or at least is how you plead when he continues to trace, worship and tease your small body. Neteyam is anxious too. His hard member presses painfully against the fabric of his tewng. However, being the first born son has taught him something that you very rarely exhibit: patience. The fruits of your labors are tenfold more exhilarating once following a period of yearning.
And you yearn for him, little gift. So much so that your dramatic begging has him holding back a deep chuckle.
A river of nectar flowing down your thighs, you act as if you will pitter into dust if not satisfied.
It will be fun training you. Making you learn to sit patiently like a good pet when that inferno of fire burns deep within you. He can devise a plethora of creative punishments for when you inevitably step out of line. Neteyam looks forward to the long process. He wouldn’t want to succeed too quickly and cut the fun short.
Luckily your spit fire attitude is sure to draw it out, keeping him entertained and challenged for a long time.
The reasoning is only further confirmed when he catches you sneaking a tiny hand between your legs. The grip in your hair finally releases only for him to sharply smack away your attempt.
“Did I say you could do that?”
You’re exasperated, pleading eyes staring up at him as a drawn out groan comes from your lips.
“Well are you planning to tease me all night or actually do something?”
You’re pinned onto your back in a heartbeat, this time his right hand curled around your throat instead of your hair. It may not be firm enough to cut off your airway but the oxygen in your lungs freezes all the same.
“Oeyӓ tiyawn I have greater plans for my pussy than using your pathetic little fingers.” He growls into your ear, watching as you are too frozen in shock to bother struggling. “Because by the end of tonight it will be filled with my seed.”
Your throat bobs with a thick gulp, stuttered words struggling to come forth but a tad more pressure against your pulse earns your silence. And to his fascination, your eyes roll back into your head. Fight it all you want, but it’s clear you have always thrived off of his domination. This power imbalance is one that you need. Satisfying that deeply locked away drive you have to be loved, pampered, controlled, and absolutely ruined.
Just in the way only he can deliver.
Squeeze any tighter and his fingers might just lose circulation. Regardless, the dildos have done their job effectively and now you are more than ready to take him. It was always going to be a tight fit, but at least there is little risk of real injury due to his preparations.
You appear less convinced on that matter when his unoccupied hand roughly tugs off his tewng. Wide eyes stare down to where his full length lays along your stomach. He has to admit that in a position like this the size difference does become ever more staggering but he has every faith in you.
“Neteyam please,” You whimper, shiny eyes staring up at him for mercy.
“Please what?” He hums. His fingers curl to massage that special spot inside while his thumb playfully runs over your clit. It has the desired effect, watching as your begging turns towards a different goal.
“Please let me cum! Need it! Neteyam please!”
Neteyam shushes you tenderly, relieving some of the pressure from you little button when he feels your cunt clench around him on the verge of an orgasm. You’ve never looked more beautiful than now, naked and spread across the little nest of blankets and pillows he arranged just for you. Long hair splayed out in every which direction and eyes already coated in a haze, it appears as if you have already been fucked dumb beneath him.
“Patience, little gift. You will cum on my cock soon enough.”
Your alarm flares up once more.
“No Neteyam I can’t! It’s too big, it’s impossible-”
A large thumb presses over your lips to silence you. At this rate you are going to work yourself into hysterics and that would unravel all of the hard work he has done to get you here. A few more intentional circles on your clit has those protests flying out the door. It’s clear you require his help to stay calm and compliant the way you are meant to. The Olo’eyktan doesn’t mind aiding.
Your chest rises and falls dramatically as you melt under the pleasure. And when his three fingers are replaced with the head of his cock lining up, you hardly even notice. As long as that little bundle of nerves is being stimulated, you are hyper focused on seeing out that ecstasy to a finish.
A soft kiss dampens your screech when he slots in just the tip. Already his mind swirls from the sensation but Neteyam manages to reign in his focus. Little ‘no’ s and pleas fall from your lips to caress his.
“Mawey, oeyӓ tiyawn [be calm, my love]. You are being so good for me.” Another inch and it feels as if his own knees are about to crumble from how tightly you cinch around him. Small hands fists into the fabric below as your eyes squeeze shut. Neteyam shakily grasps one with his right hand, placing it along his shoulder that is now exposed with the feathered attire out of the way. “You can touch, little pet. Good girls deserve rewards.”
With your face just barely reaching chest level the Olo’eyktan is forced to bend into an awkward position every time he goes to kiss away your tears, but it’s worth it. Those blunt little nails dig into his lower back. It’s a shame they aren’t strong enough to leave marks that he can cherish.
The air from his lungs are pushed out in a rush as he plunges ever so slightly deeper inside your sweet little pussy. You tense and cry beneath him, scratching as his back in haste. Although mere seconds away from popping his load far too early he still manages to reach down and play with your poor little cunt until more of that sweet essence is trailing out.
“You need to relax for me, pet.” Neteyam grits, tail curling erratically. “Going to suffocate my cock like this, little one.” And it’s true because in all of his years of sexual maturity not once has he ever felt a pussy so tight, so responsive, wrapped around him. It drives him to the point of insanity. It takes every last bit of resolve he has left to not shove the rest of himself inside and plow you into the floor.
But Neteyam knows better than to break his toys.
The next few minutes test his mental and physical stamina over and over as you slowly take him inch by inch. Every slow push of his hips causes a domino effect of tears and incoherent cries from your sweet lips. He kisses and soothes and pleasures your trembling body until you’ve learned to relax again. Only to then restart the cycle when you take one inch more.
However, nothing prepares him for the end result. No amount of dreaming or training could ever have done the sight justice as he sees the way your soft belly bulges when he reaches the hilt. The shape of him is clearly visible, twitching so deep inside of you that it threatens to drive both of you into sensation overload.
The groan that rumbles from his throat is one that you have never heard before. So rough and unleashed that your glittering eyes dilate in response. It’s still painful, that much he can see from the look on your face. So despite every instinct in him screaming to ruin your little pussy until it can take no more, Neteyam remains in place.
Your swollen nub is red from his sensual play, nipples not far behind as he laps and kisses them like they are the last meal he will ever have. That beautiful blush now heats down your neck and torso, as if tempting him to continual his oral fixation. It accentuates most importantly that bulge of your stomach until he can’t help himself anymore, large hand spanning over your tummy to press on that area lightly.
“Can you feel me, tiyawn? Right here?” He presses again, your mouth opening in a silent scream. “Taking me so deep, pet. My good girl.”
And it’s then that it feels as if something has clicked. Your bodies becomes attuned to one another. Burning stretch morphs into something otherworldly, those soft features finally unscrewing into fluttering bliss. And he draws out ever so slightly to rut back in, your head falls back against the pillows.
He’s waited long enough. Pinned long enough. Crawled after you long enough. Now all that his body can do is take what you so freely give him. His hips snap forward without restrain, spurred on by the little sounds that pulse in the back of your throat. Little fingers scatter between gripping his muscular back and tangling into his braids.
The heat that travels from his ears to toes is so intense that it feels as if he may burst into an inferno. And he truly might, little gift. With the way you hug his cock so snuggly as if you never want to let it go, you may simply kill him. He would be happy to go that way. To leave this world drowning in the bliss of your destined union.
And for once in his life, Neteyam lets himself fully go. He chases that peak with fervent desperation. He drinks in every reaction you have to give him. And when the pleasure becomes all too much for you to take. When you grapple to crawl away from him and the mind shattering climax that is around the corner, he pulls you back down with a hiss.
“No more running, pet.” He commands, a growl emanating so deeply from his chest that he almost doesn’t recognize his own voice. He hoists your left leg around his waist, effectively changing the angle to thrust in deeper.
“Neteyam!” A screech like sweet honey from your lips as you finally tip over the edge. Body trembling so hard it takes that firm grip on your leg to keep it there, you crumble beneath him. His stamina is far from being drained as he rides you through it. Every wave of pleasure is stronger than a drug, leading him to cloud nine until he no longer wants to be anywhere else.
“T-too much.” You gasp for air but your body is already succumbing to the onslaught. He can feel the way you are ramping up again. This is far from being over.
“Give in.” Neteyam coos but the ring of that command is clear. There is no other option. That is the way it has always been because from the very beginning you have always been his. And sooner or later Eywa knew that the two of you would be here together, trapped in his love where you belong.
“Oh God!” You cry out, body sliding up the floor with every thrust.
Whether you find his queue by accident or on purpose is unclear but that first tug is enough to have his balls drawing up against his body, bracing to fly into bliss. There is a sticky mess between the two of you, slick enough to have those wet sounds filling the night air. Neteyam runs the flat of his nose over your sweaty temple and curve of your cheek.
“My little gift.” He purrs, body on the brink of rupturing. He says it more for himself than you but is more than pleased to watch the way your eyes flutter close as the sound. Trembling, squeezing, and shattering around him, those are the moments your reserve of denial dries up.
That’s how it has always been. From the first night that he brought you home, tucked under his arm, you’ve had this other side that can be taunted out. Even that night as you had pleaded to be released only to have the gag put back in, his tongue had driven you to stillness. Your screaming of kidnapping had sizzled into a series of moans and ecstatic exclamations.
There’s another side to him too.
The part of him that can finally bask in the one thing he has wanted for months. The part of him that yearns for reprieve day in and day out. The part that demands for rest- for freedom.
Now he can finally surrender himself to the magic that the two of you create. To the sparkle that runs down your cheeks. To the sensation of being embraced so tightly by your little pussy. To the way his name has never sounded better from anyone else’s lips. Eywa has finally given him this gift, his sanctuary from every other pressure bestowed upon him.
And now nothing is going to take it away from him.
Nothing will ever take you away.
Those are the thoughts that coerce his primal nature forward. The same that ramp the fire of his tongue demanding more from you. Pushing you further, harder, deeper.
“You won’t let any spill out, will you pet?” He spits between grunts.
“I-I’ll be good. I’ll be good. I’ll be good.” More of a chant on loop than anything else. One day you will beg properly. You will cry for his seed, for his babies. You won’t question whether or not pregnancy is possible as he fills your womb with his mark.
You will wear that little bow on your neck with pride.
Neteyam forces his eyes open at the precipice. Even as his body convulses and cock pulses rampantly while painting your insides white, he won’t allow himself to miss a single moment. That imprint of your expression as he finally claims you past the point of return will stay with him. The drawn in gasp that is sucked in from your red lips when you feel that warmth will be what keeps him going on day after day. Major to minor details of tonight will be his soundtrack to perfection as he pushes himself to be the best Olo’eyktan possible.
And when the day has worn him to the bone and those day dreams are not enough, there you will be. Waiting for him oh so sweetly.
“I want to sleep.”
Your muffled whine coaxes a chuckle from the Olo’eyktan.
“Then sleep.” He responds, only looking up from your spread legs for a second. So peaceful and sweet you are now, almost drowned in the hammock’s blankets and pillows. The picture of innocence and beauty only to then trail his eyes lower and find the evidence of his primal claim. His bioluminescent seed paints your weeping folds and inner thighs. A new spurt erupts from your still clenching hole only for him to push it back inside with his thumb again.
It won’t make much of a difference. There is no way your small body could ever truly hold all of it but that doesn’t stop him from teasing you all the same.
“Looks like this little pussy will need training to savor my seed properly after all.”
Eyes still closed you let out a groan, trying to rip your thighs from his fingers. You remain trapped as exhaustion finally overcomes you, only a small incoherent curse from your tongue before passing out.
Neteyam grins, reaching up to straighten the little pink bow around your throat.
Please don't be shy. Hearing your thoughts and reactions is what helps fuel my drive to keep posting. Love you, pookies<3

Prologue
Back on Earth there was a saying which echoes: "A motherly bond is incomparable." This sentiment is no different to the Na'vi culture, from birth the first person you see is your mother through tsaheylu, which ignites the emotional bond forever. For the Sully children, particularly Y/n, Neytiri's second daughter, this was no exception.
From the moment Y/n emerged into the world, the was an unmistakable sign of a strong emotional connection with Neytiri, even before tsaheylu was formed. Y/n bore a striking resemblance to her mother, a reflection of their kinship. When she eventually formed tsaheylu with the Tree of Souls, her pupils widening in awe at everything and everyone around her, focusing on her three siblings who stood by their dad excitement written all over their faces. She saw everything in a new light, she saw Pandora the way the Great Mother had saw it, a blessing of innocence only provided to those newly born. She was then lifted into the air to be shown off in front of the people, eyes widening at the sight, she looked around at her people, admiringly, balling her three fingered hands into tiny fists that resembled her determination to her people even at such a vulnerable age.
As Y/n grew, the similarities between her and Neytiri flourished further. Her dedication to her people became apparent through her acts of kindness and support, whether it was the elders with weaving while singing ancient songs passed down from their elders or cheering the hunters on as they arrived from their hunts. Yet, it was Y/n's fierce protectiveness and stubbornness, traits mirrored from her mother, that truly defined her. Despite the two year age gap, Y/n took her role as big sister to Tuk seriously demonstrating protective instinctive reminiscent of her mothers, all while remaining a child, playing and having fun and being a kid, playing with the toys passed down from our siblings, a Toruk toy Neteyam had passed down through the sibling lineage. Though unlike Kiri and Lo'ak, who their father described as "Two talioang fighting for territory," Y/n and Tuk could actually share.
However, as the Sully family were forced to leave their home and seek uturu from the Metkayina sea Na'vi. Y/n was the least bit excited to leave her people and their customs just like her mother.
The passing of Neteyam not only plunged Y/n into grief but ignited a fiery rage within her young heart. Her innocence shattered alongside his departure, leaving behind a seed of hatred that altered Y/n's carefree spirit.

Lo'ak had been acting a bit strange after seeing you and one of your oldest friend training together, perhaps it was how their hands were on your hips correcting your stance.
Or maybe it was the way you saw they looked at you, either way you loved Lo'ak and would never do anything to hurt him.
Lo'ak did not think that way though, he was determined to show you exactly who you belonged too.
After training was over you left the training grounds walking along the path to get back home, while Lo’ak silently followed you hiding behind trees whenever you looked back.
As you were about to enter your kelku someone pushed you inside causing you to stumble and fall onto the ground “Ouch!” Hissing you turned around to see who it was “What the f-”
Lo’ak cut you off leaning down smashing his lips against yours, one of his hands gripped onto your hip while the other tore off your top and loincloth.
“Did you forget your mine princess?” He murmured against your lips, pushing your back flat against the ground Lo’ak moved his loincloth to side before lining himself with your already slick entrance.
Your mate chuckled softly to himself swiping his cockhead through your folds “So wet, all for me mamas?” , when he didn’t get an answer Lo’ak slammed inside you setting a harsh pace.
A scream left your lips as your hands went to his arms “Y-yes all yours!..” , satisfied Lo’ak leaned down burying his face into the crook of your neck scenting you as his own.
“Nafì'u ä tsìltsan 'eve su oe” he whispered in your ear.

Hi, could I get a fic where the Sully kids + Spider learn through Norm what a wedding is so they organize one for Jake and Neytiri? Thanks in advance.
Ask and you shall recieve! This is such a cuuuuuuuuuuute idea~!! Hope you and everyone likes it! Enjoy~!!
P.S: Cover was done by none other than @jakexneytiri check her page out! Thank you darling for giving me permission to use your art!
---------------------
A wedding? A wedding!!!
Tuk sighs dreamily as she twirls and admires a flower kiri picked for her. Admiring the pretty color as how the sunlight reflects it. It somehow reminds her of her parents' love story, how they met and how they mated. In na’vi standards, it was not ideal but to tuk, it was perfect. Forbidden love? How tragic and romantic!
Of course she has seen a few small handful of na’vi courting, and heard stories of her friends' parents' romantic paths. Yet she cannot help but wonder, do humans court the way na’vi do? Or is it different? Only one way to find out!
“Tuk, for the last time, I may be human, but that doesnt mean I know every human custom” spider patiently explains to a happy little tuk. Her tail sways in hopes she can gather as much information as possible. Even with spider’s lack of knowledge, she doesn't give up!
“What about uncle norm? He is from Earth, maybe he knows” tuk suggests.
Spider nods in wonder, slightly agreeing. But then he turns back to her, “why are you interested in human customs all of a sudden?” he asks. Tuk isn't one to search for anything human related, she is fine with what little she is exposed to.
With a happy smile, all too pleased to be asked that question.
“I know all about na’vi courting, but I wanna know about human courting! Mom and dad didn't do either, so I wanna know!”
Shrugging, spider seems to see her point of view.
“Alright, lets go ask uncle norm”
“I'm busy” Norman says without looking at the kids. They give him an unimpressed look.
“Reading star wars comics for the millionth time doesnt count uncle norm” lo’ak says deadpanned. Norman stayed silent for a few seconds before putting his comic away.
“What did spider or tuk eat this time?” he asks with a tired sigh. Both spider and tuk gave him a rather offended/surprised expression.
“WOW, you really take us for a couple of skxawngs?” spider asks, putting his hands on his hips.
“Sharing jake’s single braincell, yes”
“Whatever, we didn't eat anything mysterious, yet, but, tuk wanted to ask you something and now we all wanna know” spider defends while slightly pushing tuk forward.
Having norm’s full attention, tuk finally asks “How do humans court each other?”
norm ‘s shoulders deflated a bit, “of all people to ask, you had to choose the most single, and lonely human”
“Wedding? And the females wear white while the males wear black?” tuk asks as she sees some wedding photos lended by scientists who were married. Norm nods, “thats right. Of course not all weddings are like that, it is traditional but many choose other colors for their weddings” he adds.
Tuk looks at the various photos of brides, many in odd looking clothing. But all were so beautiful. Different long dresses, each unique to their own. Various flowers tuk has never seen before, and the grooms were also handsome. Wearing similar outfits but also in different styles. The more tuk learned about the concept of weddings, the more she began to form an idea.
“So, man and woman plan a wedding, woman finds a pretty dress to wear, walks down the tiny path to meet her mate, they kiss and marry right?” she reviews, norm nods again. Sensing something is up.
“Yes….”
“What are you thinking about tuktuk?” Kiri asks.
A mischievous little grin forms on tuk’s face. Her eyes sparkling with a devious glow. The expression reminds norm of the Grinch when he has a grand scheme.
Taking the day easy, jake and neytiri hold hands happily as they make their way to the village. They had a rare free day to themselves. No duties to attend to, no training, no meetings, no chasing their kids from death related troubles. None. They were free to do as they like.
And what they wanted to do for now was stroll in the village, perhaps collect a bit of fruit. Maybe later hunt for a delicious dinner neytiri has in mind. So many possibilities.
But….
“Woa, is it just me or are the people acting strange?” Jake asks, He and neytiri notice the odd behavior of the people. Many give them happy smiles, way too excited greetings, some even offer special gifts!
“Is there something we missed?” Jake wonders. Neytiri tries to remember but nothing seems to remind her.
As they walk further, there was a huddle of na’vi, all their eyes and ears facing the same direction. Jake and neytiri make their way through, and see someone giving them instructions….
“And look for white flowers! Anything will do, oh and those beads will do so nicely! Yes yes, and take the woven clothes over there! That path must be super pretty!”
It was tuk.
And she was giving directions to everyone like a tiny, cute boss.
“Tuk?” Neytiri calls out in confusion.
Her little one heard her, smiling, tuk makes her way to her parents with a happy squeal.
“Hey babygirl, what's going on?” Jake asks as he picks her up in his arms. Tuk just giggles and snuggles up to him.
“Planning your wedding! Duh!” she responds as if that was the most obvious thing.
“Wedding? What?” There were a lot of things going through his mind.
Neytiri was just as confused.
“What is a wedding?” she asks. But before tuk can happily answer, the rest of their children returns. With arms full of things.
“Ok tuk, took us forever but we got what you needed” lo’ak said with a tired sigh. He, neteyam, kiri and spider were holding flowers, beads, baskets full of white colored cloths, and black paint.
“Kids, what is going on?” Jake asks, more eager to know the answer. Because nothing is making any sense to him.
“Tuk wants to make a special wedding for you guys” kiri replies as she shows tuk her findings, who nods in approval.
“What is a wedding??” Neytiri asks a bit loudly.
Tuk clears her voice, “a wedding is a special mating ceremony for humans. They decorate everything so pretty in white! The female wears a special gown called a wedding dress, and she walks down a flower covered path to meet her mate at the end. Where someone who holds spiritual power blesses them, the mates speak their vows and promises and kiss! Uncle norm showed me!”
The little smiled so proudly of this knowledge being shared.
Jake inwardly groans. Damn norm.
“Tuk, sweetie, is that why are you doing this?” he asks another question. Tuk just rapidly nods.
“A wedding….” Neytiri repeats, still trying to wrap her head around the idea.
The sully family returned to their home in need of a family meeting.
“Why…?” she asks.
Tuk plays with her fingers, feeling more nervous by the second.
“Well…..you and daddy tell your love story all the time. How you guys met and stuff. But you never really did any courting like everyone else. Grandma says that courting is very important, to see if the relationship is possible. I thought a wedding would be nice for you two….cause you never courted…” she explained her reason.
Neteyam was sitting behind her, rubbing her back to sooth her.
There were many things to go over of what she said. Jake brings tuk over to his lap, releasing a deep sigh.
“Am I in trouble” Tuk asks worriedly. Both of her parents shake their heads.
“No baby girl, but you can't do things like this without telling us. Or even asking, how are you sure we wanted this?” Jake pointed out as gently as he could.
Neytiri turns her head towards her oldest four, “and all of you for not stopping her”.
“We also thought it was a good idea…” neteyam answers while scratching the back of his head.
“When uncle norm taught us how humans courted, tuk wasn't the only one to like the idea. And it is true what she says mom. You two never really had the chance to do it right. Why not now?” Kiri tries with calmness in her voice. Knowing her mother is very short tempered when it comes to anything human related.
Neytiri and jake look at each other, a special communication between them.
“You did take me straight to the tree after my trials were finished….” jake reasoned. Neytiri rolls her eyes but fondly remembers that night. Yes, she did, she was not going to let him slip away now could she?
And there really was no room for courting since the war started literally the next day.
Going over her options, Neytiri turns to tuk and jake.
“How does human courting work…?”
Whatever pace the people were working at, doubled. By either prayers, or some miracle of Eywa, neytiri accepted to wed in the human custom. Tuk wasted no time and needed back up from the help of uncle norm. Who became her second in command in all of the organization.
Her siblings become her little servants, repeating her orders to the people.
And someone had a big role to play.
“Come ma’ite, we must get you fitted” mo’at say with a bright smile on her face. Gently she tugs neytiri to her hut, kiri and other fellow na’vi woman takes her away.
“Fitted for what?” neytiri asks, feeling a bit excited for whatever is to come.
“For your wedding dress mom” kiri replies. Closing the flaps of the hut, the ladies began to work their magic.
While on the other side, jake was being taken to a different hut, being led by his three sons.
“Seriously?” jake says while raising an eyebrow.
“Tuk’s orders” lo’ak grins a bit smugly.
A few handful of Jake's friends entered the hut with him, with preparations of getting him ready.
“Oh, and dont forget to write your vows!” spider reminds as he snaps fingers in remembering what tuk told him.
“My vows?”
“This is going to take awhile”
“Oh yeah, its all coming together” tuk says, pride grows in her little heart as the wedding decorations and the set up is nearly completed.
Norm was beside her, whistling impressed. “Gotta hand it to you tuk, you do know how to design” he compliments. This makes little tuk humph with glee.
They were at the spirit tree, white veils, flowers, the Atokrinia’s floating around elegantly. Her image displayed ever so perfectly.
“Ok, it's all set tuk!” lo’ak says as he with kiri, spider and neteyam arrive.
“Good! So we are good to go!”
“Almost” kiri teases.
“We just need one more thing” neteyam smiles, but tuk was panicking a little.
“Did we forget something? It's the bells, isn't it? Dang it I should have-” she was interrupted mid sentence when she felt something land on her head.
Looking at what it was, it was a flower crown.
“A wedding isn't complete without a flower girl” spider says. Gasping in happiness and surprised, tuk shouts in great joy.
“Come on, we still got time!” the three siblings drag tuk away to have her be the prettiest flower girl pandora has ever seen!
The flutes began to play, releasing harmonic sounds as the notes echoed to the people’s ears. Ninat taking the lead of the melodious choir, her voice and the others balance with the instruments. In tune to perfection.
The Atokirina floating all around, giving the path a heavenly glow.
The people sat anxiously, all in rows as they respectfully cleared one long path.
A path the tuk carefully walks through as she delicately lays flower petals. A flower crown on her head, wearing the cutest light pink loin cloth and pearl like bead top. Tuk truly looked like a flower girl. Behind her was the bride. Her beautiful mother, The one where all eyes go to see.
Neytiri walks gracefully on the path her daughter leads. Wearing an all white outfit, her loincloth, her top, her head piece, and the veil she wears. All white. Her hair braided loosely behind, flowers decorated on her hair as well. Neytiri never felt more beautiful than she did at this moment. With a bouquet of flowers she holds tightly, her eyes search for her mate. The love of her life, Jake.
At the alter, at the root base of the spirit tree was Jake. In all of his might glower, wearing a black loin cloth as his warrior armor at the waist, his hair braided in the similar fashion he wore during the war. Feather and bead amended to the braids, and small black paint to enhance his handsomeness. Jake looked so good it made neytiri want to run towards his arms.
As they reached the altar, tuk took her place beside kiri who was wearing a style similar to tuk. Neteyam, spider and lo’ak beside their father as they admire their mother.
Jake offers his hand to which neytiri happily accepts. Removing the veil to reveal her beautiful face, jake could help but mutter “beautiful” in awe. Together they both turn to face mo’at who smiles with heavenly joy.
“Welcome everyone. Today, we gather in great celebration to bring these two wonderful people into union. Through trials and tribulations, these two souls have been challenged time and time again. But their love has pulled them through. Proving to us all that love truly conquers all. That being with your true one, anything can be accomplished”
mo’at gestures to Neytiri and Jake that it was time to say their vows.
But as they speak, tuk listened as best as she could. Hearing her parents story over and over never waivered with time. If anything it only sounded better each time. And hearing their vows right before her big eyes, it was adding a whole new perspective.
Yes, tuk is a sucker for romantic things. Even if her siblings tease her, tuk won't stop. And seeing this made her love romance even more.
“And by the great blessing of our great mother Eywa, I can now happily announce, Jake and neytiri as husband and wife! You may now-”
Neytiri didnt let her mother finish as she dragged Jake down to kiss him like her life depended on it. Jake happily reciprocates.
The na’vi cheered in celebration. Applause, screeches, everything was heard.
Tuk sighs dreamily as she sees her parents kiss.
“I can't wait to get married”
Kiri: “never”
Spider: "nope"
Lo’ak: “not gonna happen”
Neteyam: “over my dead body”
Okie so this kinda became a tuk main story but I like it how it turned out. What do you guys think? Until next time! See ya!

semi-dark!Jake Sully x Fem!Omatikaya!Reader
kinkmas masterlist
warnings: 18+ MDNI, p in v, rushed, oral!male receiving, horny jake, kinda dark, talks of anal.
“You’re doing it wrong!” You slap the back of his head, making him wince
“How am I supposed to do it then?” He angrily growled
You pushed his arm up, adjusting his aim.
“Such a bitch.” He murmured
“I don’t care for your sky people curses, skxawng.” You seeth
Jake rolls his eyes, taking the shot, missing completely.
“Doing it wrong!” You shrugged
“Shut up!” He dropped the bow, taking you by the throat, backing you against the nearest tree
“Jakesuli!” You curse at him, thrashing against his solid form
His hand squeezed at your neck, making you whimper.
“Told you to shut up, didn’t I?” He tilted his head
“The Omatikaya- people- don’t hurt their women.” You choke out “They- they protect them.”
He smirks, leaning in. “Good thing I’m not one of the people.” He growled “Yet.”
He suddenly pulls your head back by your kuru, completely exposing your neck to him.
“Shouldn’t let predators have the upper hand, right?” He scoffed before biting down on tour neck
“Jake- Please- Let me go!” You cry, tears forming as his teeth pierce your skin
“Can’t do that baby. Gotta show you who’s in charge.” He grumbled as he kissed on your new wounds
“You’re wrong if you think you have any power over me, I- Ah!” Your cut off by another harsh tug at your kuru
He forces you down on your knees in front of him roughly and unties his loincloth to reveal his throbbingly hard cock.
You look up at him through your eyelashes as tears begin to run down your cheeks.
“Don’t give me that look baby.” He pats your cheek “C’mon.”
He takes his cock in his hand, bringing it up to tap it on your lips, waiting for you to open your mouth for him.
You purse your lips, refusing him.
“Look baby… my cock is getting inside you… whether it be your mouth… your little pussy… or hell, even that tight ass.” He threatened
Your eyes stare up at him in fear, so you give in to him, parting your lips for him.
“Good girl.” He smirked down at you. “Yeah, stick that tongue out for me.”
He looms above you, his face shadowed by the darkness of the room. His eyes are piercing and full of raw lust.
His intense gaze is focused intently upon you and you can't look away no matter how hard you try. You're scared and desperate to get away, but you know you can't.
He takes a step closer and your breath hitches in your throat. You can feel the heat radiating from his body, his presence smothering you as he towers above you. His voice is a low growl as he orders you to do as he says.
He leans in close, his lips brushing against your ear as he whispers to you. His words are explicit and you can only nod in response, too afraid to disobey. His grip tightens on your chin and he forces your mouth open, pushing your head down onto his cock.
“That’s right… take this big cock down your throat.” He growled down at you
You gasp as the sensation of his hot skin against your lips sends a sensation of pleasure and pain through you. His breathing is ragged as he guides you, pushing your head down and up in a steady rhythm. His taste is a mixture of salty and sweet and you can barely hold back your whimpering.
He thrusts particularly deep, holding your head against his pelvis until you slap at his thigh to let you go.
“Didn’t even gag baby…” He smiled, and then resumed his harsh thrusts into your mouth
Your eyes are squeezed shut as the pleasure builds within you. You can feel his hands gripping your hair tightly, guiding your head faster and faster. Suddenly, his grip tightens and you feel him pulsing and shuddering within your mouth.
“Fuckin’ swallow it all… take it down your throat…”He moans “Such a good little girl.”
You pull away, breathing heavily, your face flushed with embarrassmen. You can feel his eyes on you as he grins in satisfaction. You dry heave, desperately trying not to throw up.
“It’s alright baby.” He whispered “Did so good…”
You look up at him, teary eyed. “Fuck you.”
The corner of his mouth quirked up, “Funny you say that…”
He drops down on the ground with you, pushing you onto your back and you just can’t find it in yourself to argue with him, you just let your tears flow.
His rough hands felt like fire on your skin as he began to untie your loincloth. His eyes were intense and filled with desire as he watched your every move. He whispered in your ear, “You have no idea how good you look right now.”
A sob falls from your lips, making his eyebrows furrow at you.
“Be a good girl, don’t cry, it’s gonna be alright.” He coldly laughed
His words sent shivers down your spine and heat to your core.
He ran his fingers over your body, tracing every curve and exploring every inch of your skin. His touch was gentle yet firm, arousing you in ways you had never felt before.
Jake began to kiss your neck and collarbone, making you gasp with pleasure. His lips moved to yours and you felt a deep connection with him, as if he was inside your soul. His tongue danced with yours, tasting and teasing you. He then moved lower, exploring your body with his mouth.
He whispered dirty words to you, telling you how good you felt and how he wanted to make you feel even better. His words, combined with his touch, made you moan and writhe in pleasure.
Jake moved his hands to your hips and lifted you onto him. His hard length filled you and you felt like you were on fire. His thrusts were deep and passionate, making you feel like you were about to explode.
He kept whispering in your ear, telling you how good you were and how much pleasure you were giving him. You felt dizzy with desire and you couldn't help but want more. He continued to thrust hard and fast, taking you to heights you had never experienced before.
As he moved, his hands roamed your body, making you moan and arch your back. You felt like you were in a trance, and time seemed to stand still.
Before you can reach your peak, you’re suddenly flipped over, ass in the air and he’s thrusting into you harder than before.
“Jake!” You call out, your head now shoved into the ground
“Cmon pretty thing, I’m almost there, wait for me baby.” He grunted as he thrusted into you deeper
“Jake- I can’t, please!” You cry
“It’s okay baby.. I’m right there with you, go ahead and cum, cum for me baby…” He moaned “That’s right… clamp down on this cock baby.”
You release as he spoke to you, your pleasure finally making your body go lax.
“Wanna put a fuckin’ baby in ya.” He groaned, making your tense back up, “Oh you don’t like that? Mm… makes me wanna do it even more now…”
You cry out, burying your face in your arms as he continued to plunge deep into you.
“Fuckin’ tight pussy choking my cock… fuck. Gonna cum…” He let out a guttural moan and went still
Immediately, he’s spilling into you, making your moans louder.
“Next time you try that shit… I’m gonna fuck this little hole.” Jake warns as his thumb grazed over your asshole

Protector | Lo'ak Sully
summary: you heard how Jake referred to his sons after the reef accident and you couldn't take it anymore, you were tired and decided to defend your confidant, not caring about getting in trouble with Mr. Sully, the na'vi who raised you.
gender: angst, comfort
pairing: Loa'k Sully x gn!omaticaya!reader (can be read as platonic or romantic, but use of "best friend" once)
warnings: Jake being a mean dad (sorry Jake, luv u), heartbreak and insecure Lo'ak because of his daddy issues, father and son argument, reader talking back/defending Lo'ak, “you brought shame to this family" scene, use of “y/n” four times.
a/n: so... people argue about if Jake is a good or a bad father. All I know is that I like Jake, but I would fight him to defend Lo'ak (I know l would lose, but stil). l like the idea after l read "Life of a traitor" (on AO3, by SelfObsessedCaramel) and a one-shot that I read here a long time ago but I can't find the user to give credits, basically reader defends Lo’ak too and Jake and Neytiri are a little mad and surprised, but happy because reader was a good mate for their son, I think reader was a human (tag them if you know who the author is, please). English is not my first language, be kind, please <3.
Masterlist
When Jake and Neytiri decided that you, an orphan, could go to the Metkayina clan with them (because you were raised by the Omatikaya clan and the Sullys), Tuk was the one who smiled the most, Kiri was relieved because she didn't have to deal with other people's shit alone, Neteyamn was glad because you, their childhood friend, made things easier by thinking with a intelligent brain and not with a skxawng brain like his brother.
But Lo'ak, oh, Lo'ak. The boy was so glad, relieved and excited, all of this because you are the only na'vi that listens to him, actually listens. All the time his family is too much for him he can go with you and with a single look at his expression you can know something is wrong. Yes, he loves his family, but sometimes he feels like a burden and a weird thing incapable of belonging. With you he doesn't feel like that because you know him.
That's the reason why, when Jake said that horrible thing "You brought shame to this family", you almost heard your best friend's heart breaking. A small silence between Jake, Neytiri, Neteyam and you was enough to remember one of all the times when he came to you trying to feel better after an argument with his dad.
When you were kids he would find it difficult to be vulnerable in front of you or expose that he needed some type of physical contact to feel better, since he felt that he had to be a great little warrior in front of you so that you wouldn't make fun of him. But the first time he fell off a tree (when Spider, Lo'ak and you were trying to grab some fruits) you quickly managed to hug him and put his head on your neck, stroking his hair to calm him down while Spider went to look for Jake. Since then Lo'ak was sure you would always be there for him, no matter how vulnerable he can be.
One day, at 12 years old, you were searching for materials to make new matching beads for Lo'ak and you. The sound of the river didn't let you hear your friend approaching. He scared you when you turned around and saw him a few steps behind you.
"Skxawng, you scared me." You laughed. When he didn't make fun of you, you notice the way he was looking down, trying to hide a few tears.
"What's wrong?" You asked, worried.
"My... my dad." He cringed at his own broken voice. "Ugh, never mind. It's ridiculous, always the same bullshit.
"No, no. Lo'ak, whatever you are feeling is valid. Come here, you wanna talk about it?”
Both of you sit next to the river, with a basket full of materials behind you. You embraced him and he let himself cry on your shoulder. "I was just trying to help. Neteyam was bringing this huge animal for the meal, I tried to help him, but I slipped. l couldn't grab anything to stop my fall because of the huge animal and I ended up stepping on my brother's bow," You grabbed his hand and squeezed it trying to comfort him. "Neteyam wasn't even mad, he knew it was an accident, but my dad told me that l had to be more careful, that it was my fault if Neteyam couldn't hunt in a few days because he had to make a new bow. He can hunt with his knife! But it's always my fault in my father's eyes, as if I don't know that l always mess up things.” He sighted. "He said.. yelled that if l wasn't able to help, I had better not get in the way.”
That broke your heart. Lo’ak was a bit of a rebel and curious soul, and sometimes he could get in trouble because of that (because he wanted to show people that he was good enough in many aspects), but he never had bad intentions.
Maybe to other people he didn't care when he was scolded and apparently just got mad and defensive, but you knew he was sensitive too.
"Okay. Maybe your dad is stress right now. You know that recently the clan have had problems hunting enough for the meals." Lo'ak nodded. "However, that's not an excuse for treating you like that."
When he calmed down, he lay down looking at you with red puffy eyes. You tried your best to make him laugh by splashing a little bit of water to his face.
"Don't worry, we are gonna go hunt together and help Neteyam to make a new bow."
"Deal."
"Can I go now?" Your best friend asked.
“Any more trouble, I jerk a knot in your tail. You read me?” Jake asked while you cringed at the fact that he still thought his sons were little soldiers.
“Yes, sir. Lima Charlie.” Lo'ak was giving him an ‘I don't give a fuck’ attitude, just like every time he just wanted to stay away from his father.
“Go on.” Jake said after giving him another scolding look.
You followed Lo’ak, watching his tail swing angrily. You bit your tongue trying to control the disgust you were feeling towards the na'vi that always gave you a sweet pat on your head every time you felt down. Because it was unfair the way Mr. Sully treated Kiri, Tuk, and you with patience the days you guys were just not able to handle life, but he didn't let his sons explain when something didn't end up as expected.
All of the Sullys were so worried when Ao'nung told them that Lo'ak was nowhere to be found outside of the reef, but you almost had a panic attack in front of Neteyam because you would not be able to handle losing another friend. The burning pain of not knowing where or how Spider was was enough for your heart. So, of course, you weren't happy when you noticed the antipathy of Mr. and Mrs. Sully.
Your sweet touch helped Lo'ak to maintain himself calm, but your own calmness disappeared when you listened:
“Where were you?” it was Neytiri's voice.
«Oh, great mother, she did not just say that to Neteyam.»
“Yeah. What happened to ‘keep an eye on your brother’?”
“Sorry, sir.” the oldest Sully brother answered.
“No. Where were you?.” Your voice resonated between a heavy silence. Jake and Neytiri looked at you confused, Lo'ak turned around, thinking what he heard was a hallucination, and Neteyam was shocked.
“Excuse me?” Jake said, unhappy by your sudden disrespect.
“You are the parents, not Neteyam.” You repeat, starting to feel a little angry. “An older child is not supposed to be a third parent. You are the responsible ones for the security of your children.”
“You think I don't know that, y/n?”
“Well, sometimes it is not how it looks.”
“Y/n, I know I'm not your father, but you need to respect me. Especially when I-"
“Respect is something that is earned. And yes, I'm thankful for all the things you guys have done for me, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna pretend you are not being mean with your son.”
“Y/n, is not the right time...” Neteyam tried to talk to you.
“It is. All these years, I've been respectful about your parent technique, but I will not stand it anymore.” You got close to Jake. “You are understanding with Kiri, Tuk, and me while you are mean to Neteyam and Lo'ak, using the excuse that you are trying to protect them. But you don't act like a father. You act like a soldier who can not forget.”
“You don't know what you are talking about.”
“Maybe I don't know all the things you went through on Earth, and I'm not judging you because I know you were hurt too. But because you were hurt doesn't give you the right to hurt others! Especially when they are your family.” Lo'ak watched the way your tail swung side to side in an anxious move. “You don't think words can hurt? Because day after day I see one of the most important na’vi for me, thinking they are not good enough for anyone because of you, and thinking that they are not worth being loved.”
That made Neytiri flinch and look at her son with a hurt expression.
“Listen…” Jaks said after giving a quick peek to Lo'ak, who was now standing next to you.
“No! You listen, because you never do!” You weren't yelling, but your voice was loud enough to make Jake realise he had never seen you like that. “You don't know where Lo'ak was or how he ended up there. You can't tell me you believed what he said about Ao'nung trying to stop him.” Neteyam didn't know where all of the sudden confrontation came from, but deep down, he was a little bit happy that someone was telling his dad about the things he didn't see. “And still you don't let him explain what happened. You never listen when Neteyam tries to tell you things fail, not because he wasn't being responsible, but because he's still a kid, not an adult.”
Neytiri wasn't happy about your attitude, but seeing Lo'ak shocked made her realise that maybe all the things you were saying were somehow things Lo'ak (and Neteyam) wanted to say.
“We know you try to protect us, and you want us to be strong, but you forget that we are still kids. They need you as a dad, not a soldier. They need your love and comprehension. And yes, you need to scold them sometimes, but not make them feel unhappy with themselves.”
“That's not my intention” was all Jake could say.
“That's what you are doing.”
You sighted, tired of all the emotions you went through in just one day. You grabbed Lo'ak's hand and walked away, while Jake, Neytiri, and Neteyam admired the way their son and brother looked at you with pure love.
Lo'ak and you were sitting on a big rock, admiring the beautiful ocean and purple sky. Both of you haven't said anything since you arrived there, wanting to be left alone and in peace after the confrontation.
“You know you are incredible, right?” Lo'ak was the first one to break the silence.
“Yeah? Well, now your parents hate me.”
“I'm sure it will pass, Neteyam will help you.”
“And what about you? You're gonna leave me to die in your parent's hands?” I smiled a little bit.
“No, no. I will never do that.” He said, looking at you, almost directly to your soul. You didn't expect to feel nervous under his gaze, but his eyes were telling you a lot of things that he couldn't process into words. “Thank you.”
“You don't have to thank me, Lo’ak…”
“Y/n, thank you.” His fingers found your hand, so they started to caress your hand gently. “I admire you so much. Sometimes I don't know if I wanna be Neteyam or you.”
“You have to be your own person.” I grabbed his hand. “Because Lo'ak is just as perfect and enough. And I know that because I see you.” I said with a soft tone.
A shy but playful smile appeared on his face. He looked cute when he didn't dare to make eye contact with you for a few seconds.
“I see you.” He answered after looking at you again.
