lmaooo sadly i don't have a pirated site you can watch from, if so, i'd share it (i spent an entire day looking bc i really didn't wanna have to ask my parents for their xfinity acct lol)

of course, the drama is a doping scandal, as in typical olympics fashion.

other, less serious drama is the usual figure skating stan in-fighting. i remember in 2018, when i was a baby figure skating and hockey fan and new nothing ab the sport, i was so surprised by how much hatred random ppl have for specific skaters. atm, the less serious, fandom-y drama surrounds mostly yuzuru hanyu (arguably the best male figure skater in the world right now) and nathan chen (arguably the 2nd best male figure skater in the world right now). tumblr fs fans generally favor yuzu, but bc of various injuries and other circumstances, he's had some trouble competing lately. this olympics, he 100% would've medaled, likely gold, if it weren't for injuries + him attempting the quad axel (a jump i think has never been done in competition before) multiple times, despite it being very difficult. ppl don't like nathan chen for several reasons- over the years, they were disappointed w his performance last olympics (don't have a good memory, but pretty sure he fell/underrotated his jumps quite a lot) and bc he is a very good technical skater (does very very hard jumps that land him more technical points) but is less artistic/graceful than their faves, so they get angry when he outscores them. lately tho, he said some sussy stuff in an interview i think over the summer where he basically said it's hard to be a male figure skater bc people deride men who skate, but people took his comments to mean that he was implying being a straight guy in figure skating when so many of the skaters are queer men is difficult (inaccurate, look up the interview if you're interested). so yeah, of course tumblr had/is having a field day with that, which... wooooooo, yeah, we love people misconstruing generally harmless comments and then using that to completely shit on a guy and call everything he does too straight/hetero and lacking in creativity/artistry as a result (/s).. there's other stan drama, but it's more personal and individual, just ppl disliking certain songs (bolero is very overplayed and Not Good), disliking the judges as a whole (the ISU wayyyy overscores technicality over artistry, and it pisses many of us off), shitting on certain outfit choices, etc.

if you wanna read ab the doping scandal, I suggest the thread on r/figureskating, or this post that basically explains the facts of the situation. for added context, people on tumblr generally detest this girl's coach, eteri, because she is notorious for overworking and abusing her very young proteges, and then dropping them once they get too old to do the insane programs she puts together.

I think Techno's limbo would be a forest mid-snow storm or just his house but he can't leave.

Maybe it's his house but if he goes outside it's a big snow storm. The house could be surrounded by a looping forest if you wanna combine the two

Cause Tommy's was just the void but Wilbur's was a never ending train station, so Limbo doesn't exactly have to be bad, just a place. So, my Brain came up with

Forest that loops no matter where you go while a snow storm is going on, Techno having to walk or sit through it for eternity. He's dead, so he can't exactly feel the cold, but he's not warm either. Maybe he'll play in the snow once in a while, it's not like he can die from frostbite now. Sometimes the storm thins up to a lighter snow, but it doesn't end.

Or his home. The doors to outside don't open no matter how much he kicks at it. The chests are empty and the villagers are gone. Steve isn't inside by the fire anymore. All the windows are either gone or you can only see darkness outside of them.

When Steve dies he'll join Techno in the house. Until then all Techno can do is sit by the fire, watching the flames dance for entertainment. At least he's in his house. At least he's somewhere comfortable.

If he listens closely to the music of the flames he can hear conversations about him. He's not surprised most people don't care or miss him. At least Phil seems sad.

And maybe, since the dead can interact with each other, maybe Ghostbur sits in the house with him. Maybe Mexican Dream plays in the snow with him (MD is in the Afterlife and I will fight e v e r y o n e on that). Maybe Schlatt walks through the snow with him or plays cards with him in the house.

Maybe being dead isn't so bad.

You are confident about your opinions (which are totally right because CANON Sas is passive in relationship, he’s the yin cuz kishi said so and ppl who say the opposite, especially SS, SN and SI shippers are just delusional) and you don’t need other ppl’s bullshit discourse...then why do you engage in N*ruto discourse even? I mean, you tried once, you saw how shitty ppl are then why insist? I get that ppl are social beings who want to discuss things they like, I really get it. But it’s obvious how this fandom (and all fandoms tbh) is, so wouldn’t it be better to keep it to yourself? Maybe do something creative like fic writing, drawing if you can, or writing your own essays about Sasuke&co, making sure you block everyone who bitches at you?

Cause idk, it feels the most rational option to stay in the fandom. Idk how long you’ve been into it but I was here when the ending came out and the word ‘discourse’ wasn’t used. I tried discussing, both ending and Sasuke related dynamics, then I realized it was useless, so I channeled my thoughts in my fics or whatever I have been doing since then, and I blocked everyone I found irritating. And it works. I just don’t care about what ppl think, I write for myself but opinions and fics, and the only moment I get angry is when my fics are criticized lol, cause ppl write in such a shitty way but they dare criticize openly or even worse, passive aggressively those who write better only because the fic is not how they’d like it to be lol. f*ck them. Actually I recently learned to ignore some person’s comments on a fic I wrote for another fandom, cause they are an author and they try so hard to be noticed by ‘constructively’ criticizing that fic for things that show they read it not attentively, so the best revenge is to ignore them. So I don’t understand why such simple thing doesn’t work for others.

Same for guilt...idk why someone would make someone feel guilty for liking Sasuke or certain dynamics. Cause if they succeed it means that they found some ‘internalized’ guilt that existed already, which I don’t get. I’m so very glad that reading my stuff you find it so similar to your thoughts...and this is smth that makes me think that if you write your own thoughts someone will feel the same and they’ll come to you.
