hello okay here is my opinion. food is easy. hot dogs in honor of dean's hot dog pants, OR!!! burgers in honor of castiel being the hamburgler in season 5. tofu dogs/burgers if there are meat restrictions? beverage is harder esp if it can't be alcoholic (do they make non-alcoholic beer?) but i'm gonna go with a float. EYE personally do not like floats (i'm notoriously picky) but angels do what? float. fly. whatever. and a float is two unlikely things (ice cream and soda) coming together to make something more than the sum of their parts (you could use mountain dew and blueberry ice cream for corresponding colors, but i can't say that it sounds very appetizing). alternative, red bull (because it gives you wings) but energy drinks did put my mother in the hospital so i can't advocate for that. holy water? it's it's literally just water, alternatively, a smoothie, because it's fruity. and gay. all of these are really a reach. if anyone wants to weigh in please feel free.

the way in my solar system good omens is the sun and then every other thing i like orbits around it like the way that doctor who is in that spin obvs (bc of david tennant and also bc of douglass being one of the directors in it but also the main reason i watched it was to see doctor peter grump about) spn was literally bc of good omens (apocalypse) the way that LOKI IS RECENTLY THERE AND IT ONLY WAS ADDED IN BC ONE THE SCENERY IS SO DAMN COOL AND LIZ CARR IS THERE

i would say the hunger games also was influenced by good omens but in reality it was my english teacher who is a madman and i am an even madder mad man so like boom (its always the english teachers)

anyways good omens is like my main dish yk like when your eating taco bell you get like a chalupa, mexican pizza, and a drink bc the mexican pizzas are like a new thing you pick up and like the plot line is so good but it only lasts for a short amount of time because the next thing you know you're very very aggressively gobbling down those two chalupas and having a sip here and there to actually clear your throat a bit so you can eat more

Buggie I just cried over my DR self. I know I’m her, but she’s just such a better (stronger) version of myself that it makes me sad 🤷‍♀️ I don’t know how to explain it…

I was watching a video that Liz (tiktoker) made about her shifting attempt (which was successful) but her method was the mirror method mixed with 5 senses method, and it involved her CR self looking towards her DR self in the mirror and I imagined how that would go for me…

Just even imagining seeing my dr self in the mirror made me cry, it’s so dumb but I’m so so so EAGER to be her, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY AM HER!

I understand and share your feelings about this tbh. Like logically do I know it’s me? Yes. But also I CANT WAIT TO BE HER!!!!!! You’re feelings are valid, don’t be so hard on yourself (Hard to do i know 😭😭) but one day soon you’ll get there then do all the shit you scripted and it will be SO WORTH IT!!! Maybe instead of focusing on the sad (Which tbh if you need to to get it out, valid. Feel your feelings bestie.) focus on what you’re looking forward to (it helps get me out of a rutt too) like do you have powers? What’s the first thing you’re gonna do with them first? It figures Jared stans would make nuisances of themselves in multiple lanes. What they've done to SPN and in spn fandom for years is bad enough, but they have to drag their nonsense over into Gilmore Girls too.

And it's Jared stans merely using this iconic, beloved series to try to fluff him up, instead of them having any respect for what Gilmore Girls actually was, and is, and will continue to be.

Same as with SPN they really don't care. If they even watched Gilmore Girls, the point of it likely didn't click with them at all. It's just a tool to them so they can keep screaming about Jared supremacy.

Okay but seriously are some of these clickbaity websites being paid to fluff Jared because a certain one did an "article" (I am putting that in airquotes because of my perpetual disgust with how these so-called professional sites roll) about the top streaming shows of 2022 and including in their tweet headline "and shows with J*red Padalecki" because SPN and Gilmore Girls were on the list, and the article itself includes SPN and The Boys. But nobody says a word about "shows with Jensen Ackles."

This kind of thing is happening quite a lot. Demos being rounded to artificially flatten ratings charts, to make Walker and Windy rank higher than they really are for example.

The way Jared's lane talks about Gilmore Girls has been like this for a long time and it's irritating af. They've even claimed JARED is the reason Gilmore Girls is such a success.

They don't acknowledge Lauren or Alexis or Kelly. Y'know. The Gilmore Girls. Really funny the same lane who screeched so loudly for so many damn years that SPN is Only Sam and Dean turn around and erase three generations of Gilmore women, the titular characters, just so they can fluff Jared.

Whose character had role significantly less than what Jared stans would like you to believe. He played Rory's Boyfriend. Didn't get development outside of being Rory's Boyfriend.

Or how about Keiko Agena, who played Rory's best friend Lane, had her own long term arcing and character development. We didn't get enough of Lane, but she was a deeply developed character in ways Jared's never was. And Keiko is a talent who hasn't gotten enough recognition.

Or Liza Weil, an absolute powerhouse, who played Paris Geller.

Or Sally Struthers. Melissa McCarthy. Perhaps you've heard of them.

But sure. It's Jared's show.

i just wanna say tysm for the spn viewing guide. Despite being several years late to it's hayday I've been thinking about watching it since its been flooding my pinterest feed. However i have neither the attention span nor the will to watch dozens of hours of tv in general, but especially not that of debatable quality. It's also nice to get an idea of any not-so-great topics before watching, so ty :)

that said, i feel like the obvious choice is spock. he's like vulcans don't have emotions and then dad sneezes and everybody gets covered with petals. and everybody is like just tell kirk you love him it's so obvious everyone already knows and bones specifically is like you are such an idiot he obviously loves you back and wouldn't even make fun of you for having feelings like i would literally nothing bad can come of this this is your life we're talking about except. kirk is weirdly quiet on the subject when asked. and finally bones confronts him (while spock is in the room) like CAN YOU PLEASE BULLY HIM INTO CONFESSING and kirk is like. the thing is. he already confessed to me. and bones is like What and kirk is like (to spock) buddy i was trying to be patient but i think the game is up bc the game is pretty up and spock has to confess his feelings to the most stunned dr that ever graced the fleet. certain he's abouit to get rejected or roasted but actually bones is way too shocked to do either one

however, you could also do a really fun season 14/15 destiel w this one...cas CAN'T confess or his empty deal will come due, but if he DOESN'T confess the flowers will kill him, which will...also send him to the empty. so everybody else has to figure out what's going on and how to cure him while he literally CAN'T say ANYTHING to help them (jack tattles). alternatively, he figures if he's going to die anyway he might as well die happy so he confesses before the flowers can get him and then they have to go get him back like in many post-canon fics

wah THANK YOU for sending one...also, i don't think i have!! if anyone remembers otherwise feel free to correct me...so HMMM if i was...i'm trying to remember if i have any fandoms where the main characters might not share a language...

the first one that comes to mind is sam and eileen actually. it's pretty convenient for the people around eileen that she can lipread, but as anyone who's tried to learn it can tell you, lipreading is HARD, so it doesn't seem very convenient for eileen. i also think it was funny when sam got "thank you" wrong and accidentally said "fuck" during their meet cute. so i'd probably write it about them! um, it would require a lot more research into signing and etc. but for a basic idea...sirens but not um whatever that was in season 4, with of course all respect to. whatever that was in season 4. but like, you actually have to have earplugs to keep from going insane. eileen could still lip read, but sam would have to rely on sign knowledge <3

10. worst part of fanon

well, i could cheat and say every single thing going on with sam, especially post s6. but i hate specifically that deancas fics are always getting rid of him or that he's just there to react to deancas. like, i know the point of a deancas fic is dean and cas, but i'm unhappy in general with the idea of cas replacing sam as dean's #1 priority, especially in the name of ""mental health"" which is a rant that gets too close to gentrification so i'll move on.

it's just plain out of character for dean not to put sam at #1, and i think part of what makes cas such a great fit for him is that cas is probably the only person on earth who sees that and can roll with it accordingly. just think of how it went with lisa once sam came back into dean's life...he couldn't have both, so he chose sam. he wouldn't run into that problem with cas because cas WOULD ALSO choose sam, on dean's behalf. the only thing cas would put before all of that is jack (his own personal sam), which is why he was so betrayed when dean made jack get in a box and also made him hang out with his dead baby. dean should have reciprocated by putting Jack First, cas expected him to do that because they have been de facto coparenting jack the way they not-quite coparented sam (cas by no means has a parental relationship w sam, but prioritizes him as a parent would). and dean was just like "nah," and for that he OF COURSE deserves to die

anyway, it's a very nontraditional family dynamic/layout which is kind of the point of ~found families~ and all of that in general, and aside from being annoying and insulting when people write sam out of it, it's also BOOORING. i can read about two damaged men fucking anywhere in the migratory slash fandom canon. do BETTERRR
