Has anyone ordered any Monsta X merch from their Live Nation website? It's supposed to be a legitimate partnership but they seem to be running a shady operation.

My mother ordered me some stuff for Christmas a week before & paid for expedited shipping & the only thing she's recieved is an order # as they haven't shipped it yet. She can't get in contact w/anyone. I understand things are severely backed up rn at USPS but they haven't even shipped it. I'm only worried because I ran across the Facebook page. The reviews? Horrible. I wish I had seen them beforehand. Evidently this has been an issue for years. Things not being shipped for like half a yr, no customer service to speak of. I'm glad I never bought that hat they tried to push on me while I was watching the Live from Seoul concert 😒
